i've recently become a vegitarian. my mother is worried that i wont get enough protein, what are some foods that i can eat that contain protein (besides meat, obviously)?

eggs, yogurt, walnuts, cashew nuts, cheese, pumpkin, soybeans, lima beans, cottage cheese, beans. thats all i could find. just check this site out. or go to a search engine like yahoo or google and search something like "high protien foods" or just whatever your looking for. http://www.teamflex.com/nutrition/high_protein_foods.asp
