Q: hey all today i was skateboarding with my brother and his friend and my one friend made a ramp out of wood and i went to skateboard like go up the ramp and well i fell and the bad part is i landed on my arm i mean on my arm and when i got home my arm started shaking and my hand to and know it hurts alot i think i twisted it when i fell to so what should i do should go to the hopspital or go to get it x-rayed or should i just leave it alone. i will rate 5's for reasonable answers thanks kindly.

you should probably go to the hospital to get it checked out. if i were you, i wouldn't go to the ER, i would get an appointment and go to the orthopedic doctor.
