ok, I'm a little bit over weight, and i'm wondering if anyone has any good exersize routines, or specific diet scheduale that i can follow to lose some weight without useing diet pills or anything like that.

btw, I rate 5's to ANYONE who gives an answer.

i would jog. drink a lot of water. cut back on all the junk foods. grape fruit is a good diet fruit. eat all the fruit you can. sit ups and running helps. ♥
