i am a 14/f and there is this boy that lives down the street from me that is a couple of years older than me and i really like him and want to get to know him better. Everytime that i am outside practicing volleyball he drives by and will wave but he never has said anything to me at all. What should i do to catch his eye? i really want to get to know him and he seems like a great guy to hang out with even if all we become is good friends. Please help me! Thanks! (link)

Walk down the street or something and if he is outside say hi to him or start talking to him. That is all. Or, you can go tanning in your front yard. Lol, that will get his attention!
