Ok, lets get it on.
It depends who you're trying to get back on, and you have to tailor your prank to suit the target. First of all, try and be funny, rather than just malicious- that way they wont get any sympathy off anyone else. Lets see... I found out the other day that carp can survive chlorinated water for about a week. You can buy one from pet stores so if they have a pool you could really ruin their day. Sign them up for junk mail, but be specific. You want free samples of embarassing products which aren't sent in unmarked packaging- try the internet. Put little tiny stones in the hubcaps of their car cos the noise will drive them crazy. Write messages on their lawn in paint thinner. Cancel all their credit cards (its easier to do than you think, all the major ones have specific numbers to call).
And just for you, since you asked so nicely, here's one I only heard yesterday. Apparently if you put a condom in a petrol tank it sinks down over the exit valve, stopping the car. His car will go start/stop/start/stop and it'll drive him crazy. The best thing is that condoms break down in petroleum, so by the time he takes it to get fixed, the problem will have 'mysteriously' disappeared. Meh, or just stuff sugar in there, whatever works.
