around the end of summer I started doing my backhandspring on the ground by myself but i was too scared to do it on the gym floor at my school btw i don't take gymnastics my mom says its too much money or something anyways i havent even attempted to do a backhandspring for about 5 months but im really really really scared..does anyone know how to get the fear of tumbling out of my head because almost everyone on my squad has a round-off backhandspring thnx! I rate
okay well you really need to make sure theres a mat. if you fall on your head, thats really bad, im sure you know. make sure you jump with ALL your might so you can get over. keep your arms straight and by your ears. work on snapping your legs when you're landing so you don't fall on your knees. swing your arms really hard. or see if someone will spot you on the first time. be careful! =)
