I got an iPod for Christmas and I downloaded iTunes and everything! The iTunes works I can listne/download any song! But the prob. is the songs won't transfer to my iPod! PLEASE HELP ME!

Don't iPods come with software you have to install? Like, in the box? Maybe you should look through the packaging again and see if you missed a CD or something. Sheesh.

I realise its been a looooooong time since you asked this question but I just found out something that might be useful. Try reseting your iPod by
1.Plugging it in to charge then
2.Putting it on 'Hold' then back off
3.Holding down either Play/pause and 'Menu' or the centre circle button and 'Menu' until the Apple logo appears
