Hey everyone. I have my own column, but I can't answer my own question. I met a guy online back in May or around that time. We didn't talk much until now, and we've gotten soooo much closer. We both think we're soulmates and meant for each other. Even though I haven't met him, I feel this connection, and it's really cool. I just don't know what to think though, because I hear all those stories on the news and everything, and it really scares me. What if he's a rapist or a serial killer or something?! I really don't think he is, because of some of the conversations we've have, but there's always that chance. I just want to know you're opinions on this, and what I should do about it. Is there anyway I can find out he's really 16 w/o actually meeting him? Thx in advance, sorry about the length. Happy Holidays 2 everyone!

a lil young for the online chatting to strangers.. yea i would be a little bit scared, cuz all of those news specials on the tv about meeting people from online chats are bad, but to find out a way if hes really 16 is that he could send you pictures, but anyone could have the same one cuz they;ll just take them from other people.. web cams are live pictures sent thru so when your talking to him you can actually see him and him typing so that you know for sure its him. hm.. thats pertty much the only way that i would think of knowing the truth =/ unless you meet him.. but idk, hopefuly hes not lying or anything and in the future if you guys do meet up good luck! x0
