ok, here's the scoop, i asked one of my friends to talk to the guy that i like....she said that he hates me and thinx i'm ugly and stuff. i don't know whether or not to believe her and i don't know what to do. i don't really think he'd say that, but should i ask him or what? please help if you can. thanx

yes, you should go talk to him. it's possible he likes you but your friend is secretly jealous so is saying he hates you. asking him yourself is the only sure way to know. be casual when you ask, and you will most likely get a straight answer. if your friend was right, well theres other guys out there. but if he really does like you, have a one on one talk with your friend. go somewhere where theres no a lot of distractions and tell her how you felt when she lied. if your friend is sincere, she will be sorry for it. the best thing would be to forgive her and let her know your there if she needs anyone to talk to. =)
