ok, well i like my brothers friend.. lets call him... BOB, ok well BOB likes me too and we always talk and hang out and we've kissed and he sometimes gets all playful touchy but just like flirting and stuff and i wanna go out with him but hes afraid my brother will get insanely pissed off at him.. I talked to my brother and he was like "whatever.. hes cool so i dont care" so i was like, sweet. Well i dont wanna ask this guy out cus i just dont, im not scared or nething but i wanna talk to him about "us" but i dont know how.. i dont think this is making sense.. BUT ANYWAYS i dont know how to talk to him about it.. its reatrded cus i can usually go up to a guy and tell him i think hes hot or that i like him and stuff and they would be like "sweet" or something BUT i CANT with BOB... What would you do if you were in my situation?... I rate high..

Well, you did the right thing to ask your brother about it. 'N even if you're nervous, go up to "BOB" and tell him. Tell him that your brother said that it was okay for you two to go out. *rate me for my advice, not for me just answering this question* Good Luck, 'n Hope I helped!
