hey i was wondering if neone knew of ne good at home exercises 2 lose weight fast that works manly ur legs and stomach and some arms and some diets 2 go on ??? thanks
don't diet, just watch what you eat. there is a difference. diets can be the worst thing for weight loss because of the added stress that it puts on you, and stress is one of the biggest factors in weight gain. i'd just say run, do some light weight lifting for your arms, do situps, jumping jacks, and stuff like that. you don't need to go spend millions of dollars on stuff to lose weight.
