i want to wear eyeliner this year. not alot, but kind of noticeable. except when i put it on, i always manage to mess it up. does anyone have any tips??
uhm. if you want it noticable but not TOO too much then you should just put a thin line under your eye really close to your eye, and one thin line on the bottom of your eyelid near your eyelashes. (its kinda hard to explain so if it sounds wrong..sry!) well just keep practicing and eventually you'll become an expeRT! good luck + please rate me->tysm
