Yes. I'm a myspace expert. Go onto my profile www.myspace.com/rockstolemysoul and you will find, somewhere on my page something that says "THIS PROFILE WAS CREATED WITH....." click on that and it will take you to somewhere where you can make a layout. Then when you generate the code, put it in your "about me"
You only use Html color to type on your profile, leave comments..etc.

Okay so my gynocologist put me on seasonale and it gives you 1 period every 3 months. Well this is my first time on this medicine and im only on the second month around the time my period would normally be. So I've had this "period" for about a week and 5 days and my cramps arent even like period cramps, they are sharp pains not like aches. Is it possible that I'm pregnant, the lining of my uterus is cleaning out, or i had a miscarrage? I want to go to the doctor cause it hurts and the blood is brown not red... what's wrong with me? Please be honest... can I still bleed and be pregnant? (link)

Yes, you can still be pregnant when you have your period. It is possible. You need to go to your doctor and speak with him about this SOON because this is irregular. I wish you the best of luck.

i really like this guy.. a lot =[ i know im only 13 but i like him so much i really do. Holy Hell girl! Get some self-confidence. Screw those skinny girls. You should love yourself for who you are. If that guy doesn't like you for how you are, look, or act, then you need to move on. If he can't like you for who you are, you don't need him. I'm not going to try and tell you hwo to get this guy, but it sounds to me like it wouldn't work because you would feel the need to impress him. If a guy doesn't like you for who you are, you don't need him sweetie. Besides, that whole 5 girlfriend thing...I'll bet they weren't real relationships anyways. You should stay away, emotionally, from this guy.

ok. tonight i was with my friends. there was a bunch of people but the main people are keith and mandy. i like keith... and i went out with him before but then he broke up with me cause he just "wanted to be friends" and then tonight i was out hanging out with my friends and mandy got all mad at me cause i wasnt hanging out with her alot cause i was flirting with keith. i even hooked up with keith. now mandy is really mad at me cause me and keith didnt spend alot of time with anyone tonight except each other... but now i dont know what to do. she seems really frustrated... i cant even describe the whole situation. but maybe people could try to help? thanks... UUUUh oh! This sounds like a little jelousy.... I think that she either likes Keith, or is just jealous that you spend more time with him. I know how it feels to have a friend spend more time with her guyfriend/boyfriend then with me. Kind of irritating.
Well, you might not like this, but I do think that Keith is kind of a bad choice. You went out, you broke up, give it up sweetie. Guys like this aren't meant to be given another chance. Make a stronger bond with your friend that's a girl, and just be strictly friends with that guy, and if he keeps flirting it up, tell him that he needs to stop and you're not interested.

Okay, you might not like this response, but I think you should go as a fairy princess or something. You said that you are girly. Don't show off too much skin because it's October and likely to be cold. I think that you should go for a cute princess dress, bought at any target, walmart, costume place, a crown, and some matching shoes. This would be the complete, cute, comfy, and totally compliment-prone outfit for a girly girl.

Well, that's my area right here. Of course you want to be intimate with him. And don't say "let's make out". Bad move. What you should do, when you're alone because PDA should be kept to a minimal, is slowly peck him on the lips once or twice, then move in with a LITTLE tongue, do NOT fork your tongue in and out of his mouth. Keep in mind that he'll kiss you the way he wants to be kissed, so mimic his kissing style. If it gets boring, spell out your name with your tongue, repetitiveness gets boring.
And for both of your sakes, kissing is about the mouth. Don't worry about what your hands are doing, don't grope him. And don't feel the need to rush into anything else.

Yea this question is probably been like said a million and a half times. But I'm almost 17 years old and i wear a 36 B Only within the past year have my boobs become pointy. I hate to tell you this, but there is no way to change your breasts without getting surgery. I am not suggesting that you get surgery though, but you are still a young teenager, and you have many more years for your body to fill out. MANY more years. Young teen girls such as ourselves often get frustrated because our boobs "just aren't big enough, round enough, firm enough, soft enough" there's nothing we can do about it, and in time, I believe this problem will solve itself.

Okay okay okay! Stop right there honey! You are not in love with him. You are just attracted to him. You can convince yourself by telling yourself what you just stated. He's too old, old enough to be your dad, and he's a teacher. If you did do anything with him, he could be arrested. You need to just give it up and find someone your own age. Teacher crushes never work. And if he is interested in you, that's a really bad thing because he is an older man and that's perverted. There are plenty of younger guys out there who I'm sure are wanting a relationship with a sweet girl like you. So wait for that to come, don't go after your teacher.

Okay, First off, don't chase after him and call him endlessly. You two just got in a fight, mind you a big one, and I can see your reasoning for being mad, but give him some space. You've been dating for two years, and I don't think this will result in a breakup, but you just need to give him space. Give him time and he will call you, when he does,apologize for getting upset and explain why you were upset, don't say "I'm sorry" over and over and over... Good luck

Well, for first off, excuse my language, but i'm trying to be blunt with you, it's not because you were nervous because that does not affect your privates. This is totally normal, you're not supposed to be fingered for longer then 5 minutes or, you get raw, thus the burning. So my advice it to either use some lubricant next time, and if it starts to hurt while he's in the process, ask him to stop because if it hurts then, it'll hurt for days, believe me.

I'll be brief. There's this one pretty girl I knew in Junior High; although we weren't offically an item, we were very close friends. During the time we knew each other, we didn't exchange phone numbers, email, or anything like that. To make a long story short, I got in trouble with the law and was kicked out of the seventh grade. After the ugly rehabilitation process, I was missing her ALOT, but eventually I had to get over it, and started high school on a fresh note. Today, I get a call, and it's her. Obviously, I'm stunned she called; she tells me she got my number out of the phone book. She said she missed me and we talked for a looong time about our lives right now. During our chat, she talked about how she thought she was worthless, how her mom was being treated for AIDS, and bascially, things aren't good for her. She also said she liked me then(she even used the word "soulmates"), and although I told her I did too, the words didnt quite come out the way I expected. And thats where my question comes in. I have little to no experience with women, and would like to know ways to assert myself confidently, while not acting like a total jerk. I also want to make her feel less worthless about herself, because I do care for her. On top of that, she has a boyfriend already. How can I do all of this, without her thinking I'm trying to intrude on their relationship? She wants me to call her tomorrow at 7, so answers would greatly be appreciated before then. Okay...Yes, it seems like you have a difficult, and a confusing problem at hand. Well, she called you out of the blue, so it is a definite sign that she has some interest in you. A DEFINITE sign, but the whole boyfriend thing... That's a litle odd.
When you talk to her at 7, ask her about her relationship with her boyfriend and how that's going. Listen and respond. Then you should just go for it and tell her how you feel about her. But don't go "I LOVE YOU" because that's a sign of being desperate. Just say "Look, I've cared about you for a long time, and that feeling still holds true today. If you want to make something of that or if you feel the same way, then you should act on it, but I'm not going to try and intrude on your present relationship"
Plain and simple like that. That shows that you are not trying to break her up, but it still lets her know how you really feel about her.

Okay, first off, do NOT smother her with "I'm sorrys". It will just make her feel the loss even more. You should let her know that you are there for her, and that any time she needs to talk, you're there, but don't do the sorry thing. In time, she will recover from this loss. I know how it feels to lose someone really close to you, and of course you're sad, but just knowing your friend is there for you is the best thing in the world, just not the sorry thing.

First off, "prep" isn't really even a liable word. It was made to describe a certain style of dress. It's not a type of person. It just defines how you dress. Being preppy is not being girly. This is just a stupid label people give to others. So my advice, just don't call people preps.

The question is not are you too young to date. The question is are you mature enough to date. No one can determine that but you. Dating isn't about holding hands and making out. It's about having a real relationship with a guy and being able to talk to him and be there for him, and vice versa. So unless you feel ready to make a commitment, then no, you aren't old enough for dating.

I'm going to tell you from the get go. Energy drinks aren't good for you...period. All they do is shock your nervous system, giving you a boost of energy, and then you crash...So my advice to you, seeing as this is an advice collumn, is to give up the energy drinks and opt for gatorade.
