well when i was alot younger the doctor thought i was depressed which i wasnt but then the medication made me depressed so i had to smoke pot all the time now im all paranoid about everything i was wonderin do you think i could sue this doctor cause if i wasnt put on that stuff in the first place cause nothin was wrong with me i wouldnt be like i am now im to scared to take prescribed drugs i would take morphine or somethin strong like that... but yeah do you recon id win the case?

as the person before me said, i dont think you could sue. if you started seeing signes of depression, you should have stopped taking the medicine right away and bring it to your docotrs attention right away. you said you were a lot younger when you started taking the medicine, and your 17 now, you had plenty of time to realize it and stop taking that medication. also, being depressed didnt MAKE you smoke pot. that was your decision. you bought the pot and smoked it, not your depression. so you yourself could have prevented it. so, my person opinion is that you wouldnt win if you sued your doctor, sorry!

clearasil persa gel 10 works wonders. as for coverup, i just started using l'oreal true match super blendable, and it is amazinggg. it blends perfectly, and doesnt give you that caked on look. you can barely tell i have it on, thats how good it is. its a little pricey, about 10 dollars, but it is veryyyy worth it

you should deffinetly bring it to her attention, in a calm way. try not to be bitchy about it, because she might not even realize that shes flirting to that extent, or she might not realize that it makes you mad. just explain the situation to her, and if she is a real friend, she will stop, but if she doesnt, then you might want to re-think your friendship with her, because is it really worth being friends with her if your going to be mad all the time?

Hi, ive had my retainer off braces off for about 3 years and have been wearing a retainer since. like 2 years ago my orthodontist told me i could wear my retainer at night only and have been doing so. one time during the 3 years of wearing my retainer i forgot my retainer at home for a week when i went on vacation, nothing happened when i put it back on. now, i forgot it again when going on vacation for a week, but for some reason im seeing a slight gap ~.5mm wide forming in between my two front teeth...how much are my teeth going to move, should i be concerned, if i put my retainer back on when i get back will it be ok? You should be fine, just when you can put it back in, wear it during the day and at night for a few days if possible, until you see the space getting smaller, that way your teeth will go back quicker than just wearing it at night. if you dont see a change in a week or so, then it would be best to call your orthodontist and tell him what heppened.

i just posted a similar question the other day, and the common answer was 18, so im going to have to say 18. as for good ones, im not really sure, i just know the age part. everyone who answered gave me this big "theyr bad for you, dont use them, excersize, blahblahblah" spiel,but i think if your going to take them thats your choice, just know the risks and just be carful. if you have a local GNC store or a fitness store near you, i would go talk to them about different diet pills.

He could have popped your cherry, or he could have scrapped somewhere with his fingernail or something if it hurt. i wouldnt really worry about it too much. if this is around when you usually start your period, then that also could be why, but i doubt it.

i had to do something similar to this last year. i found a car add in the newspaper, and usually the add will have an intrest rate. if it doesnt have an intrest rate, my teacher told us just to use 7%, because thats usually what the intrest rate is. you said you have to find a car loan? im guessing that alls you have to do for that is to use the amount a car costs, and then multiply it by the intrest rate on the add. im not sure if thats what you have to do, but it sounds like it.

i just got mine done a couple months ago, and it doesnt hurt too bad. what hurt the most actually was when the piercer clamped my lip lol.it kind of all depends on your pain tolerance. i have a pretty low pain tolerance, and it didnt hurt all that bad. the piercer did it pretty quick, me and my sister got ours both done in about 15 minutes total. what takes the most time is cleaning all the supplies and everything, the actal piercing doesnt take every long at all. the piercer makes 2 dots for where hes going to pierce it, clamps your lip, pushes the needle through, and then puts the hoop in. mine wasnt swollen for that long, a couple days tops. and it wasnt really a noticable swollen. i went out to eat right after i got it done, and the waitor though i had had it for a while, because it didnt look like a new piercing. its not that bad, and its deffinetly worth it=]

So yeah as you can see from the title my boyfriend has mono. When i found out i was wicked upset. I didnt give it to him and im getting tested for it next week because when he had it and we didnt know i madeout with him, but thats not the point. Im so scared somethings going to happen. I know he can die from this but im so confused. Everyone is telling me different stuff and like now im not sure how he can die. And like i've been like really upset and miserable since i found out on monday and i talked to him and he says hes in a lot of pain and ive been trying to pretend like he doesnt have it and treat him normally on the phone. My mom and my friend told me that he's going to be alright but they dont know that. Everytime i bring it up to my friend she says hes fine and starts talking about some guys she likes. Im getting really annoyed. And im getting wicked scared that im going to lose him. But are not showing or telling anyone this.

my sister had mono for a couple weeks, and she was fine afterwards. your not nessicarily overreacting, but try not to get overly upset about it, he should be fine. the only way mono can kill someone if if theyr up and doing things, like sports or similar things, because theyr organs are weak, so if they get hit in theyr stomach, theyr organs can rupter. if he's being careful and staying in bed, he should be fine.

I'm 14/m and my best friend (also 14) and I have been j/o together since we were like 11... we just think its fun but my MOM caught us 2 days ago and now she's convinced that I'm gay. I totally disagree with Ender's answer. it doesnt necissarily MAKE you gay or bisexual. and even if you are, its not wrong.
i would give your mom some time to cool off, then talk to her about it. explain to her that your not gay, you just find it fun. it sounds like your mom could be homophobic, so just talk to her and assure her your not gay.

a good way to do it is to make her lay down, then hold her favorite kind of treat over her belly,far enough away from her head so she cant reach up and get it, and move it out in one direction away from her. make sure she doesnt get up to get the treat, but that she stays on the ground, because if she wants the treat bad enough, she'll have to roll over to get it. just like with the sit and lay down, it takes a longg time and a lot of repition. im not sure if that will work on all dogs, but thats how i taught my dog to roll over.

it all depends on where you live as to how old you have to be. the peiercer also depends on how old you have to be. my sister got hers done when she was pretty young, 12 or 13, with my parents consent and her birth certificate. i would call the place that you want to get your belly button pierced at first, to find out for sure how old you have to be, with and without parents consent.
as for the pain part, i dont know for sureee, but as far as my sister said, she barely felt it, but she has a high pain tolerance. the piercer that pierced her belly button said he was going to count to 3, then do it, but he did it at 2, so she wasnt expected it, so she would be nice and relaxed, and so it wouldnt hurt as bad. but it all depends on your level of pain tolerance.

OK me again?i like argue with people over the "N" word.especially african american men.They feel the word is alright and i feel it sn't because of it's history.I feel the word should be erased completely because it holds us back.I don't think there should be any double standard on the word becaus it's worng for a white man as well as a black man to use it.So I just want us to understand things on a higher level.So all i am asking is your opinion. the way that the n word is mostly used now a days isnt to insult black people. a definition that i found for the word is-a disparaging term for a member of any socially, economically, or politically deprived group of people. i see it as offensive, when used in certain ways, when a white person blatenly uses it to insult a black person the way it used to be used, but a lot of black people call eachother that, in a nonoffensive way. so, it all depends on who says it and the context its used in really.

usually weight loss is over all of the body, but if you want to focus on your belly, you could do some stomach toning excercises, such as crunches, sit ups, and side bends, which should help to give a smaller look to your belly and tone you stomach muscles.

the people at myspace are adding some new stuff to myspace, so in the process, there was a glitch with the alert messages. if it happeneds, just ignore it if no new friend request or comment appears. like someone said already, tom put an alert up about it. whenever he makes alerts, it will show up as a box under your inbox, sent, post bulliten, ect. box and it will have toms picture in it. that usually keeps you up to date on things. if it keeps happening, i would email myspace about it, theyr usually pretty good about emailing you back with whats going on and possible fixes for the problem pretty fast. so just hang in there, as annoying as it may be.

i dont know how to put in tampons, i tryed a number of times but still.

you should talk to your mom or the next older female that your most comfortable with about using tampons. i had the same problem, and i didnt want to ask my mom about it, but she showed me how to do it, and i got it right away after she showed me. it may be extremely embarassing, like it was for me because im not all too close with my mom, but it is wellllll worth it. i swim a lot, so it made it hard not using tampons. and its just a lot easier and much more comfortable using tampons than pads. it will be well worth it in the end, believe me.

I really need help maybe from someone whose done scavenger hunts or something along the lines of that. My boyfriend and I have been together for a while and friends for a year and we are finally officially boyfriend and girlfriend. I really want to suprise him with something super cool possibly a scavenger hunt. Only problem is he lives about 20 minutes away but we go to the same school. I don't know where to do it or how to make it really special. Since we have school that day maybe after school around my town. my sister did that for her boyfriend last year.it was wicked cute. the neighborhood her boyfriend lives in has a little park, so she hide little peices of paper around his neighborhood that all rhymed, that led to where the next clue was, but didnt come right out and say where the next one was., starting at his house and going all aroung his neighborhood.the last clue led him to the park. she was sitting on a swing in the park at the end of the scavenger hunt, waiting for him. when he went up to her, she gave him a big hug and a kiss, and gave him a card. if you live near a park, you could do it there, or just around his neighborhood. it was wicked cute, and he loved it. it is very time consuming, but you could have a friend help you out. its worth it=]
