How old do you have to be to buy weight loss pills? And does anyone have any suggestions of good ones that work well?

LaceyIsPrettyBomb answered Tuesday March 13 2007, 8:50 pm: i just posted a similar question the other day, and the common answer was 18, so im going to have to say 18. as for good ones, im not really sure, i just know the age part. everyone who answered gave me this big "theyr bad for you, dont use them, excersize, blahblahblah" spiel, but i think if your going to take them thats your choice, just know the risks and just be carful. if you have a local GNC store or a fitness store near you, i would go talk to them about different diet pills.

And it's sad to say, most of them will probably work well, at the beginning. But as soon as you stop, or your tolerence to whatever its content is (such as Ephedra), you will most likely to gain back the weight, or even more so than when you started out. But yeah, its 18, unless its one of those herbal pill sort of thing where you can buy from like some stand. Not from store. I bought this "herbal" kind of pill, they worked... But I did gain back the weight and such. [ Sk8RcH1cK1773's advice column | Ask Sk8RcH1cK1773 A Question ]
