Well boys being boys are mostly huge sports fanatics. It's crazy to think of how easily they store this slew of information in their heads. If he is one of those boys, you can totally ask him sports questions i.e. in football what are downs, or what is a blitz. Or you can ask him about his favorite sports teams. However, that may make you seem like too much of a pal instead of a potential girlfriend. The only other things I can possibly think of are just how well do you know him? Just ask him questions about him, and in turn you can sort of compare childhoods. One night I spent around 4 hours talking to a guy, and we spoke about everything from elementary schools, to how unbelievably weird we looked in middle school, and we laughed about songs and bands we used to love when we were young. Just try to get to know him. =]

okay so i have a problem.. i'm not a big phone talker, so when my boyfriend calls me i never seem to have anything to say.. he says it's a big problem that whenever we get on the phone i don't really talk. the thing is, i 've never been big on talking on the phone. and now my boyfriend is upset because he doesn't think i like to talk to him.. that's not the case at all! and i'm really upset about this so my question is.. does anyone have anything or any tips when talking on the phonee i could reallyy use ANYYY help!! thanks (link)

I'm not sure if this will help at all, but have you told him that you're not really into talking on the phone? You should explain this to him, so he doesn't feel hurt when you don't talk to him. You can also add, that for him you're willing to talk on the phone. The only thing I could suggest about the actual conversation would be to listen to what he has to say, and just ask him questions about that and take an interest in what he's talking about.

When I was a kid, I used to pick my eyelashes. I thought it was fun. But I grew out of it. However, my mom told me I used to have really pretty long eyelashes, now they are not long, but I have a lot of them. But if it's something you are doing and you are no longer a child, then it's not a phase but something you should get help with.

I am 16 years old and I have missed my period for almost more than 6 months. But during that I have been getting these abdominal pains, which, most of the time, feels minor and i feel little pain. But then there are these huge abdominal pains that hurt so bad i can't even move! It worries me so much. I do have an appointment for a Gyno which is on the 23rd of January but I feel it should be sooner because it sounds so serious to me. People tell me I might have a cyst, but I wonder if my symptoms are related to a possibility of getting/having one? Does anybody have any ideas on what it could possibly be?
And I get really heavy discharge, and it comes out anywhere from a gray color to a yellowish color that smells horribly bad.. so I don't know if that relates to the problems that I have above, but I hope it helps at least somewhat.
But as a note, I do have the option to go to a male Gyno (since the one I made an appt. for is a female), however I am extremely uncomfortable going to one. I would hate to sound sexist (which I am not one), but I would feel my privacy is invaded so I chose not to go to a male. Also, the female Gyno I have is the only female Gyno that covers the insurance that I have in my area (like within 20 miles) so I can't just "go find another one."
.. And no I am not pregnant nor sexually active; I am a virgin.

I am not entirely sure if the discharge is correlated to your periods. And I totally understand about the male gyno making you feel like he is invading your privacy, but if you have no other option but a guy, you have to just suck it up and go. This is your health, and you just cannot risk it.
When I was about 16, I missed my period for a couple of months too, and I was not sexually active either. It turned out to be the fact that I was stressed out, and it affected my period. So if you're in a tense state, it can affect it. Either way, go to the gyno, they will know best.

alriight so my friend lucy used to be like my best friend. she moved but we still kept in touch and hung out every now and then. it's hard though becaus we're both busy with our lives. we always plan on hanging out but it kinda falls through, and i was gonna go to a party at her house for her birthday but they were all getting drunk so i didnt go. i want to hang out with her, but every time we've tried its fell through so i haven't seen her for a year (except when i saw her for like 2 seconds at the beach). i know if you're truly friends no matter how long its been it'll be like old times, but i just dunno what to do when we're together. i dont wanna just hang at my house because that would be boring. any ideas or helpp? thanks (link)

Well, what do you both have in common? I recently started hanging out with an old friend, and we have gone to the movies, I've helped him shop for presents, and we've gone to eat dinner together. I don't mean to sound mean, but what do you define as a serious relationship? You shouldn't worry about whether or not you have kissed a boy or not, when it happens, it'll happen. A lot of girls haven't been kissed by age 14, I wasn't. It didn't necessarily mean there was something wrong with me, and when I finally got my first kiss it was worth the wait. Just don't freak out about it...and one day you'll be kissed and have a serious relationship.

hey. i'm always happy to help someone else who has to campaign..i have been through it before (three times actually)...and i know, it can be hard.
if you are handing out flyers and stickers..make sure they are colorful so that they grab people's attention....use diff. fonts...(but that are easy to read)...bold ur name...and write your name capitalized everytime...oo and the word president as well...so that the most seen thing is your name and pres. so even if they don't pay mind to it...they will see your name and pres...
pass out pins for your close friends to wear...make sure they wear them for the duration of campaigning.
also if you can...make a banner or use poster boards...that you can hang around the school, use bright colors
the last thing i would say...is to make sure you talk to your peers..let them know what you stand for
other than that...all i can say is good luck...hope your campaign goes well and do not get discouraged if you lose or if people are mean.

I don't think it makes you a slut, I honestly think you just get bored. But, if this one is lasting, it hopefully means that you are serious about him. Just take things slowly, and if you really like him, don't mess it up and break up with him, you will regret it later.

I hope this doesn't sound rude, but he doesn't seem liek he is worth it. You have dated him before, and it doesn't seem like he has respected you much. I would just say...forget about him. You don't want to be stuck ina relationship w/ a guy that doesn't care about you. There are more guys, who are willing to do nice things for you and reciprocate their feelings. So move on and find a new guy, one that will be great to you.

Honestly, all you can do is tell him. it's worse if you avoid him, you are going to hurt his feelings more that way. Just tell him, that in the summer, you truly liked him, but you don't know what happened but you don't feel the same way anymore. He should understand.
If it's too hard for you to say it directly to him, write him a letter, which you will personally give to him, and make sure you tell him you still think he is a great guy, just so he doesn't feel too crushed.
