im 15 ilbs over weight i want to lose those FAST how can i?

exercise everyday, eat more healthier and you cant lose weight in 2 days it takes time.
Just stick to a exercise and diet and youll lose some weight

this girl in my grade i dont like.. well she told us she had sugery and she cant eat.. we asked her sister(who would not lie) said she never got surgery.. and her sister said shes been telling her mom she doesnt eat at school.. i dont like this girll.. and its none of my buiesness... but i need to help her eat.. shes about 5'2 and 75 ilbs.. it looks like you can break her in half

Tell somone you trust. like your school counsuler, teacher,parent any trusted adult. They will know the right thing to do. To help her . She could be doing this for attention or she could really not like how she looks or other reasons. But if you really are conserned.No matter if you like her or not you need to tell a adult.

I want to become a nicer person and stop judging people and gossiping about them behind their backs. I constantly find myself doing these things even after I promised my self that I wouldn't. I've lost friends because of me being like this, and I want to be someone others can trust and be someone they can call a good friend. Do you guys have any tips on how to become that type of person?

Everytime you find yourself saying something like gossiping,rude remarks,judging.Stop yourself, It may take awhile but try not to. People may not immediatly want to be your friend if you stop. Changing somones opinion about somone takes awhile.

I have this Friend and she told me this secret about her haveing sex, and well being the good friend that I am I didnt tell any one, but the other person she told told the whole school and now the whole school thinks that its me and now they all like hate me. I dont know what to do she keeps blameing it on me and it wasnt me. What should I do tell the other person to confess, let it be, or talk the friend about it. I am so confused please help me.

Go talk to your friend about it, I mean thats really immature for her to blame you and then not ask you before she gets all worked up over the wrong thing. That other girl shouldn't be scared and fess up, She got herself into the mess , She can find her way out. Talk to the girl that the rumor is about and tell her complete honesty and im sure she will understand if she is a true friend. The whole school has no right to get mad at you. It's not about them so they shouldn't be involved. Im sure everything is going to be fine
