My mom dosent really like it when i have parties but i REALLY want to have 1!! What are some thing i can tell her to convince her to let me have 1??(besides ill clean up and set up?)
And if my mom says yes what are some fun things i can do at my party? (btw im 14)

Just tell her that you will be sensible, and if you are not planning on inviting too many people tell her that it will only be close friends.
Tell her that you and your friends will be mature about it and that you will be able to show how mature you are if she lets you have this party. Tell her that if anything goes wrong with this party then you wont ask for another one afterwards, She will know then how serious you are about having it.

You could play truth or dare, twister, watch movies, make up dance routines (i dont know if you think you might be too old for that), put on face masks, make ice cream sundays.

There's this boy that i really like and want to get to know better. He gave me his IM and we were talking today for the first time but we didnt have much to talk about. i know this is kinda a stupid question but i want us to get close and become really good friends. i know that comes with time but what can we do to become better friends. my question in case u didnt catch it is wha should we talk about? i've heard of games where you take turns asking questions with each other but would he think thats stupid? I dont think asking questions is stupid
Just start chatting normally and then ask him questions like what sort of music he likes and what films he likes, favorite sport or something. Things like that. Ask if he is busy at the weekend and if he says no you could ask if he wants to hang out.

This guy took a picture of my friends and I and everyone looked really good but I looked REALLY bad and everything I looked just really greasy and just crazy and I felt really ugly when looking at the picture.

And he's part of the yearbook commitee and I have a feeling that he's oging to put it up but he refuses to cut me out.

Is there anything i could do? i'm going to like cry!

I know that looks aren't everything but this is highschool, it's SOMETHING and when all these different people that I don't know buys the yearbook and sees me in the picture and never saw me before, that's going to be the first impression of me to them.

Take another picture of you and your friends and ask the guy to put that one in instead.

how long do you need to go to college to be a pediatric nurse? and are there any good colleges in new york that are good and easy to get into, and not THAT much money? moneys a little tight at my house

I live in England but i think it would be about the same time to qualify as a pediatric nurse. You go to college for around 2/3 years depending on which course you choose and then go to university for around the same length of time, Doing a course that is focused on what type of nursing your want to do. In your case pediatric nursing.

As for finding a college in New York. Go on the net or get prospectuses from different colleges, talk with the colleges about how much the courses will cost, The college may do grants. They do here in England im not sure about the US

Everyday I wake up knowing that I'm not going to do anything. I just always feel like everyone is having loads of fun and I'm sitting at home. i'm left out! I just hate this feeling. any advice?

Try and join a club, or take up a hobby such as bike riding, running, walking, swimming, drama/ dance club, anything really you could even volunteer at a local charity shop, im sure they would appreciate the help and you'll feel great knowing your helping out.
Do something you will look forward to doing in a morning. When you have something to look forward to it brightens up the day.
Arrange to meet with friends more often too

So i had an idea to host a halloween party with my friend mariola. i want her to invite her friends, who i've met twice. it kind of ended up as me planning a party at her house, and now i feel guilty. i don't want her to say no or to force her mom to cook dinner for 12 extra people!! what should i do? all we've done is briefly talk about it// joke around. advice?

Ask her if she is okay with having a party and ask if her mum will mind cooking.
Ask her parents if she is allowed to have a party and how many people she is allowed to invite.
Ask her who she is thinking of inviting and once the guest list is sorted then plan it.
If you are both planning together then it doesnt seem like you are taking over and she will appreciate the help in planning the party

I dont really know much about puppys but i think biting its ear to show dominance is okay (obviously not too hard) Or maybe a small hit, not too hard again but just to show them who's boss lol.

Of course the girl can kiss the guy first, He might feel embarassed about making the first move. Start holding his hand, see how he reacts to that. kiss him on the cheek to start with and then lips

Maybe you could suggest sitting with other friends at dinner time or if you dont want to leave her invite other friends to sit with you guys.
You could talk to her and say that she is too clingy or in a nicer way say that you want to hang out with other friends aswell as her

This is really embarrasing, but does anyone have any products that work for people with clammy hands (and sweaty armpits)?? or just strategies, clothes to wear/avoid, ect.

I have clammy hands too and sweat quite alot in warm weather
Try and use hand cream, that might work but its just a guess.
but for sweaty armpits use a roll on deoderant and then use a spray, you have twice the protection then. If the two together dont help you could put a little bit of talcum powder on, not too much especially if your wearing a black top. It might sound weird but it does help

I like it but i think the skirt is pretty short, and some people might not like that, especially your parents. I'd look around for other costumes but if you do want to buy it, maybe wear a different skirt. maybe an all black one. The top, wings and leg warmers are really cute though

How do you apply eyeliner? whenever i try, i get like a strip of skin between my lash line and the line of eyeliner. also, is there a subtle way to wear eyeliner, ie for school?

I apply eyeliner to the bit of skin just above where your lower lashes are. Some people find that really difficult to do, and it hurts if you do it with a blunt eyeliner pencil, so make sure its sharp.

i was wondering:
how many times do you have to meet a guy (if you don't go to his school) before you are an option for him liking you?
i've met this one guy twice. once was when my friend invited me to go to the movies with her and her friends (he was one of them). we didn't talk that much. the second time was the next week, at the same friend's bday party. we sat next to eachother on multiple occasions.

am i on his radar now? i think i might like him but is that just naive?

Most girls dont go completley on looks they go on personality and sense of humour etc. I like guys like Ben Affleck, Drake Bell, Rupert Grint, Rory Culkin. Loads of different people really. I am Male 13.

I have liked this girl now for 5 years.We are the best friends you could ever hope for. But she doesn,t like me any more than just being friends. Now for a while I was fine with it, I just kept thinking I dont like her anymore and it worked,m for a while. I went to camp over the summer and she met,What she called a really hot boy. This made me realize I still like her. Now when ever i am around her I hurt. Now heres the question i dont know if i should quit being her friend or talk to her which is really hard when on the subject of me and her. Plus it doesn,t help that i feel stupid for feeling this way, should I feel stupid.

No you shouldnt feel stupid, you cant help who you like!!! Talk to her about everything you feel and see what her reply is. If it is a neagative response liek she doesnt like you then at least you still have her as a friend even if it cant be anything more
