how do you get music on your phone i have the vcast software that i downloaded from verizonwireless.com and all my music is on it but i dont have a usb cable or whatever to get it on my phone. what kind of usb cable do you use and where can you get one?

there is a specific cable that you can get for verizon phones to import music to them. you could probably find previously used ones online, but i would recommend getting one from a verizon store. good luck!

ok this is gonna be kinda long.. but i would really appreciate some advice on this =) okay so basically i went out w/ this guy for like a year.. then i broke up w/ him for a few reasons. and he kinda knew that i liked one of his best friends a little but that was only for like a few days. and i kinda just wanted to be single. andd my friends didnt really like him so i got pressured from them too. so yeah i did it. and i was really mean to him after. like i would just bitch at him for no reason.. i guess i did it because 1. i still liked him but i was like trying to push him away 2. he got over it pretty quickly..probably b/c i had done this a few other times 3. his friends were bothering me 4. he found a new girl like a week later (they werent going out though). yeah so anyways i was pretty much a bitch to him and i dont think i was the best gf either. and it kinda sucks that it took all this to realize that but i know its a lot to ask but i just want to be friends w/ him b/c like when you go out w/ someone for like a year you get kinda close w/ them and then its like a big loss in your life when theyre just gone. but the problem is he doesnt want to talk until the end of the summer.. and by then i dont think we will ever talk againn soo yeah what should i do? like i understand i was such a bitch to him but i apologized and some of the reasons were his fault. what should i do? sry its so long xoxo (link)

well you put yourself in a difficult position with this, but the most i can say is that you apologize again, and say everything you just said about the reasons why you want to be friends with him. you could also try telling him why you acted the way you did, so he understands. good luck!

yes, in general that is what is expected to happen. many poeple have sex before that, when they are dating, but couples that want to wait until they are married usually have sex on their honeymoons.

when i talk i use the word "like" soo much. its so annyoing and i hate it. i serously can't tell one story without using the word "like" at least 5 times. how can i stop this habbit? (link)

i used to do this A LOT. it drove my mom crazy. what she started doing was telling me every time i said "like." by making me aware every time i said it, i started to think about what i was about to say and chose to use different words. ask your friends to let you know when you say it, that might help.

How do you open a locked door?
I saw in a movie that you can open them with a strong card. Is that true? I tried it with a hotel room card and it just bent it. ha ha.
Can you explain to me how to do it?

when you use a card to unlock a door what you are doing is sliding it down over the bolt on a door to push it back so you can open the door. however, if the door is locked with more than a bolt lock it will not work, and usually it wont even work on a regular bolted door because they make doors so you cant do that now.

lots of peoplehave trouble falling asleep, it's not that uncommon. obviously you could get a prescription for sleeping pills, but im assuming you would like other suggestions, or you wouldve gotten pills. when you do a physically strenuous activity and make your body tired, you are more likely to fall asleep. so if you work out before you want to go to bed, or play a physically challenging game that will help. you could try reading a book that you find very boring, or you could listen to relaxing music. good luck!

if you have been dating for nine months already, you obviously really like each other, so as long as you stay in contact i dont see why it wouldnt work. if you truly like each other and trust each other then there is nothing to worry about. i think you will be able to stay together no problem.

i know what believe in but i dont know if there is a religion for that.
i believe in a higher being of some sort, but i dont exactly know what it is.
i do and always have believed in reincarnation, that when you die, your soul lives on until it has reached peace with the earth.
i believe the body should remain clean and nothing unnatural should go in it. like that's why i dont believe in taking most medicines.
i believe that everything happens for a rason, whether it be good or bad.
i pray sometimes, i just dont know exactly what i pray to.

your beliefs are very similair to my mom's. i do no think there is a specific religion for this, it is just more a spiritual way of living. when you pray, if you believe in a higher being that is who you pray to, you just dont have a specific name, like God, or Buddha. you would be considered as not having a specific religion, just spirituality.

for a year now.. i have felt nothing but hurt and sadness.. i have physically hurt myself and i have had many paniac attacks. nothing is helping. i need help i know but my mother says there is nothing wrong. i feel though that there is something wrong.. i think of death a lot and i think of hurting myself a lot, my friends always pick me up and tell me to stop being depressed but whenever we go out lately i've been in a bad mood. i don't know what to do. i'm scared one day i'm going to be so mad and depressed that i'm going to take my life away. i understand what youre going through. what you need to do is find things in life that bring you joy. do you like to paint? then do that as often as you can. if you like to swim, go swimming as often as possible. watch movies that make you laugh. read books that make you feel good. when you do things that make you happy, you are going to be happy, its simple as that. find something you love to do, and you will enjoy life while you are doing it. if you cant find any friends at your school, look other places. try signing up for a club or a sport not at your school. that way you will be meeting new people who have the same interests as you. you want friends who will appreciate you for who you are, and value you as a person. you need people who will be there for you and support you. i dont know if you are a christian or not. im not going to try to change your mind. but i will offer some encouraging lyrics from a song called "me and jesus" by stellar kart. HUGE PROBLEM. I am going to be a freshman this year, and im going to a highschool where I dont know ANYBODY. I mean, not one person. I cant even tell you how unbelievably scared I am.

i was a freshman last year. everyone is always really nervous to start high school, because its a bigger school with more people. however, high school really isnt scary at all. there isnt any point in worrying about getting lost, because there are always people who will help you find your way, and not only that, you wont be the only person who cant find their classes. it happens to everybody. you may not know anybody, but there will be a lot of new students who dont know anybody. you also dont have to worry about whether or not you will make friends, because everyone who doesnt know anybody will be very glad for anyone who wants to hang out with them. high school isnt that different from middle school. the only main difference is that the schools a bit bigger, the dances are better, and theres more activities you can get involved in. just act natural and you will make plenty of friends. good luck!

Ok ive read things and it say that the 7th book is the last one. Is that really true I mean like wat are the odds that she'll make more? I know this sounds a bit selfish but I just can't believe that it's the last book.

this really is going to be the last book. j.k. rowling has said that it will be, and she doesnt plan to write any more of the books. also with the way the book has to end, either harry or voldemort has to die, and you cant really have any more books written off of an ending like that. as sad as it may be, harry potter and the deathly hallows will be the last installment in the series.

i have heard the term burnout used in two ways. a burnout is sometimes considered to be the people at school that do drugs and are high all the time, more commonly referred to as burners, or the bums in their late 20's to late 30's that dropped out of high school, have a bad job or no job, have no social life or any life at all, and basically have done nothing worthwhile, ever.
