NO! Do NOT cut your feet!! Its just the way your feet are. If you really dont like them, look into surgery. But do NOT cut them.

I am just wondering...what is the south beach diet? What is normal for a girl that is around 5'7 to weigh? (14 years old) Thanks!

The South Beach Diet is a diet that has three stages. I don;t remember them all exactly, but you cuts out different things in each stage. The first stage is to teach you to practice good eating habbits. The second stage is when you lose the weight you want to. The third you do for, well, ideally, the rest of your life.

There is no real "normal" weight for someone your age. It depends on many things, such as your bosy type, whether or not you've hit puberty, as well asm nany other things. Another thing to keep in mind is that at you're age, chances are that you're still growing and your body is changing and will change a great deal in the next few years.

Q: i really like this guy alot. And he tells me im gorgous and that he likes me too. Then we went to the movies with me and my best friend. And the next day he ends up liking my best friend instead of me! should i move on? or what should i do?

I was wondering if anyone has any advice on how to stay fit and in shape. I have been lifting weights running swimming biking everyday..I would like to lose a few pounds even though for my age I am pretty skinny..It would just make me feel better about myself. You seem to be doing a good job so far. Just realize that losing weight takes a while, it does not happen instantly. Also, keep in mind that muscle weighs more than fat, so if you are building up muscle while doing exersize, you may not lose weight, but you will be toned and healthy.

Eating healthy is extremely important. Make sure you eat enough food so that you have the energy to keep up your daily workour routine. Carbohydrates are a great sourse of stored energy. (Nevermind what Dr. Atkins says.) One important thing about eating- cut out in-between meal snacks. Only eat when you are hungry.

At 14 years old, you may have made your decision a bit too quickly. People change. Chanves are, by the time you and he are ready to get married, you'll both a changed an imnense amount. And 2 months? That isn't a very long time.

Do you really want to commit yourself to this guy for the rest of your life? Thats a very long time...

Friendship isn't about how long you have know each other, its about how strong the bond between two people is. Just beause you've known someone your whole life, doesn't mean that you have to like them and get along with them.

Q: I'm 18 and I'm 5'3'' I weigh 132ish. I'm not really overweight or anything. But My tummy is just flabby. For 8 months due to sports I did 200 crunches and ran a mile, also did leg things on the wall. None of that is toning my stomache. I don't know if I'm doin something wrong or if any1 els has had this problem before. Maybe Im just weird. If ya kno anything else I can do to tone the tummy let me kno!

If you are really intent on getting rid of your stomach, then you may want to moniter your diet. Stay away from fatty foods.

Also, this helps me, it may not help you, but we have a weight machine, and I do the exersize where there's the bar above your head and you pull it down.... I don't know if that made much sense or not...

Keep doing the crunches.

Q: I have a problem with conflicts, well you could say that. And whenever I feel really bad I cut..... It's hard for me to stop, because it brings out anger, I don't really know what to do, and I need help.

Tell a friend who you trust and who you feel can help you through this. Whenever you feel the urge to cut yourself, call this friend. Stopping a long and hard process. Also, try doing other things when you get angry instead of cutting to take out your anger- go rollerblading, punch your wall, snap a CD in half. Something else which might work is if you take and ice cube and hold it on your skin until you feel the burn then it might take away the urge.

Maybe he thinks that you aren't over her, and that you don't like the fact that they are going out. Talk to him, and just reiterate the situation that you two are friends. Perhaps Jack has a reason to suspect that the text wasn't purely platonic.

Q: After a graduated from high school two years ago, i met a girl that liked one of my friends. She started talking to me about him and trying to get them together. OVer the summer she talked to me all the time and she eventually liked me and we got really close. We almost got together but decided that we stay friends and thats where we became best friends. Talk to her. Tell her that best friends dont treat each other like crap. Or treat her the same way that she treats you. Ignore her. If she really cares about your friendship, then she'll get the hint.

You can't always get people to just stop doing druge. As much as it sucks, its his life. If indeed he does like you, then you could try telling him that you wont go out with him unless he stops doing drugs. (I mean, dont just randomly bring it up, but I think you get the idea.)

You get a boyfriend by not shopping for one. If it happens, then it happens. Boyfriend Shopping is bad.
