okay so theres this boy and he likes me and i do like him to. but hes afraid to come talk to me in school n stuff. i mean hes a freshman n im a sophmore and he has no problem talkin to my bestfriend and i jus dont kno what to do. i really do like him a lot. but its jus bothering me that we never talk and were going no where. i truly though he didnt really like me. but since he told my bestfriend hes moved to a lunch table closer to mine and my friends say hes always sneaking looks at me. so i really jus dont kno wat to do and im SUPER confused

you CAN make the first move BUT if you dont want to be subtle and flirt! smile at him just be very welcoming hes just shy and doesnt know what to do but if he knows you like him and he likes you then MAYBE you and your friend and him and like his friends could go hang out. if he feels more comfortable around his friends then maybe thats what you need to do at first! i really hope this all works out for you good luck!

We're never apart or amost never apart. but recently Dime..one of my friends... is paying more attention and hanging out with Charlie more(a girl by the way so are dime and me) but Charlie spend more time with me. then when Charlie is away and it's just me and Dime she sticks to me...and she acts normal with me and diff with Charlie. what should I do? be careful! ive got a group of friends and its the 3 of us me and my friend were really close but when we got into highschool we met our other friend and we were fine for a while but she basically stole my best friend from me and it sux. it sounds like you and charlie are like me and my best friend were. our other friend (your dime i guess) just kinda came along and if charlie doesnt say something well your gonna be screwed over you NEED to talk to them before its too late tell them that yall are 3 equal friends and you should act like it if you need to pull dime aside and tell her that it bugs you that she hangs w/ charlie more then do it! if you avoid the subject NOTHING good can come of it. good luck!

go for a walk, take a nice bubble bath! indulge yourself! if your hurting and even if your not you should spend a day or 2 all about yourself. go to the mall with your friends, shop, just get out there and do something! realize that its his loss not yours and make that first effort to move on! go get your nails done or do them yourself just focus on you and try to have fun, if you get caught up in that then your probably not going to be thinking about him of course it will take some time to get over but not dwelling on it will make it faster! good luck!

I am 20. When I was almost 15, I was a bridesmaid in my only sister's wedding. I didn't really want to be, as my sister and I don't get along, but she wanted me in her wedding because it's "traditional" to have your sister as a bridesmaid. As a bridesmaid, I was outfitted with a butt-ugly uncomfortable dress to wear. After the ceremony was over, I promptly gave it to Goodwill.
Periodically since then, my sister has asked for the dress back, claiming she wants to borrow it herself or loan it to a friend. I have never had the nerve to tell her what I did with the dress and have always claimed I "lost" it. The question came up again recently and my sister kind of exploded and demanded to know how the dress could have been "lost" for nearly six years. She actually went to my room and began digging through my dresser drawers and closet (without my permission), trying to find the dress. I told my mother about it all later and confessed what had really happend to the dress and she was horrified that I had given it away.
This is really a two-prong question:
1. Was it wrong for me to give away the dress? I was under the impression that it was mine to do as I liked with -- no one indicated that it was only on loan -- and I had no use for it. I always give away possessions I don't want anymore, it was not a reflection on my sister or her wedding.
2. Should I, after all this time, finally tell my sister what I did with the dress? I believe she suspects the truth by now anyway. (link)

ok so first you were 15! thats reason to make a mistake in the first place and yea usually in a wedding the dress is yours to keep unless your told it isnt BEFORE the wedding you gave it away because you didnt want it you probably just should have given it back to your sister if you didnt want it but hey we all make mistakes right? i think you should tell your sister and apologize but remind her you were 15 when you gave it away and admit it was a mistake hopefully if she sees your sorry she will forgive you. good luck!

ok dont change the way you look to get girls thats just bad if a girl doesnt want to date you only b/c ur blonde then shes shallow its really a preference some girls like darker hair but looks shouldnt be the basis of a relationship if you treat a girl the right way she will probably see beyond ur hair color and if she doesnt its her fault not yours b/c shes missing out! good luck!

you actually are normal weight the BMI(body mass index) for your age and height yo should be anywhere from 100 to 140 and be average weight if u want to "look good" and be normal weight i suggest aiming around 120ish just so ur right in the middle and you can take it from there good luck!

okay last night i went out to eat with some guy that liked. We had good conversion that night but when we got in the car before we got in the car i knew he was going to try to hold my hand but anyway so he tried and i didn't give a chance because i wasn't ready or whatever and i always do this whenever he tries to hold my hand and i don't know why and i almost gave him the chance but i didn't know why but maybe because my parents were in the car but how can i give a chance not knowing my parents seeing us? i want to hold his hand but i don't know my mind or my body won't let!?..

dont worry about it if u like him and he likes you dont be too nervous to hold his hand tell your parents tho b/c they might be shocked if they see yall holding hands and you didnt mention it the reason your probably not letting yourself hold is hand is your too afraid of what will happen so dont be afraid and go for it! good luck!

hi, I'm a 17 year old guy. this girl (a bit older than me) across the street mentioned to my brother that she wants to borrow a game, which i happen to own. well i'm done with the game and think this might be an opportunity for me to get to know her better. would it be too weird and too forward if i went over there, and gave the game to her personally? i barely ever see her around the street, but i quite like her and thought i could strike up a conversation with her. so.. would this be too weird and intrusive to go over to her place and give it to her? shes been waiting for me to finish it for a while. just want to know what the done thing is in this kind of situation.

Sorry about the catergory. I have an oratory contest this weekend, Sunday. The woman in charge told me that it is not neccessary, but would greatly improve my score if I had my speech memorized. I have already submitted my speech, and it falls into their time limits - five to seven minutes.
So how can I prepare for this. I don't think I'll have too much trouble with memorizing the three pages. What would be the best way to memorize it or learn it. I need to stick to the speech if I did memorize it - so that would mean keep my ideas in order.
Also, I'm afraid that when it comes to actually speaking, I'll get stage fright (heart stomping out of your chest feeling). That always messes me up. Any ideas or suggestions? Things to remember for when I practice? How to practice? Thanks a lot - will rate. (link)

ok so im in debate and i kind of get where your coming from because in congress and extemp your supposed to have your speech memorized as well. try to remember key points if you can memorize that everything else should fall in place.
As far as the time limit goes try to speak clearly and not necessarily slow but not so fast no one can understand you which may be hard if your nervous. The thing is when being in front of an audience it takes practice to get over stage fright make your speach in front of friends and family and practice. if you practice you shouldnt be as nervous. good luck!

i broke up w/ my boyfriend about a month ago and it really hurt me too i thought i made a mistake and im not gonna lie it was really hard for weeks i just wasnt myself and i dated him for 10 months the thing is tho it takes time which i know you hate to hear but the truth hurts sometimes. besides you need to realize its his loss because he is missing out on a really great person. also if hes not ready to have someone to love he may have broken up with you because he doesnt want to hurt you anymore he doesnt want you to love him so much and be rejected because that hurts just try to get over it and realize it will take time

ok so i kno its friday night and ur already at your tournament im in debate this is my first year and ive done cx ld and congress basically cx is very stressful and ld is more laid back and formal like you will realize after today. you have more time between rounds which is nice b/c ur less stressed out. I forget what the new topic is but i know the old one was about eminant domain and private enterprise basically dont drop things that will hurt you answer questions as well as possible and persuade the judge as much as you can dont be an ass b/c thats kinda how you lose its a hard change from cx to ld but you figure out which you like better after you try ld i hope your tourh went well!

13/f ok so i moved to a completely different state and i came into the 8th grade. well i met this really nice group of girls and then they introduced me to their guy friends. and i lets say his name is jack. well he's on my bus and i really like him so we have been talking online a while and we've talked in schooll and on the bus a couple of time. but then his friend jordan on the bus asked me infront of him if i liked him and if i wanted to go out with him. so i sed he's my friend besides i'm not sure if he wants you aking this infront of me. so jordan kept saying over the next few weeks why do you like her jack, do you wanna go out with her and sumtimes her sits with me on the bus and i'm rele confused and i dunno if he likes me or not but jordan is gonna ask him if he likes me and hopefully he'll tell me but i really like him and i dunno what to do please help! okay so some wise words my friend told me... the longer u play the what if what if what if game the more confused youll become. also if you dont let him know and you keep liking him the more your going to like him and when you find out if he likes you or not and if he doesnt youll be more crushed then if you just come out and tell him you like him because then if he doesnt then he will be easier to get over. just tell him what do you have to lose? it may feel weird for a while but in a couple days it will be back to normal just be open and honest and it should all work out. hope i helped!

yea you may be having a panic attack i do that sometimes just dont be so eager calm down and casually talk it out if you get worked up over something then your going to get stressed out and that can cause crying too just try to relax and not think about it so much calm down and just dont be so fustrated w/ it. hope i helped!

you know your in love when you just know. its really not a what if thing when ur in love you can just tell and if you wanna know what it feels like and you are in love then guess what thats what it feels like if you feel unsure chances are you are inlove but your too scared to admit it to yourself true it can be scary but it can also be exciting so i would just go w/ your emotions and hope for the best why hide something as amazing as love? hope i helped!

Me and my boyfriend had sex 3 times on monday. The first with a condom, and then the second, he started off without a condom (I dunno if there was any pre-mature ejaculation) but then finished that with one on. Then the last time we did have a condom. And he only pulled out the first time. I just got finished having my period Saturday. So I was wondering is there a possibility that I could possibly get pregnant? And know yall say well get a pregnancy test, but how long should I wait to get one?

Okay, so. I have a huge problem that I need serious help with. Okay. So me and my boyfriend are crazy about eachother. Like, for the first time in my life I could honestly say that I am IN love with him. And I know that may sound like shit because I'm not older or anything but I don't think age means a thing. (I'm 14. He's about to turn 16.) So anyways. His mom totally like, hates me or something. But that's beside the point. So he got grounded for getting a horrible grade in Trigonometry. But it wasn't exactly his fault because I mean c'mon it's Trigonometry and he's only 15 and he had come in half-way during the semester and had to make up all that stuff he missed. Hell, I can't even spell it. So anyways, he got a 37 in that class. And he got grounded. At first it was only until progress reports so I didn't think it was all that bad. But I just found out last night that he's grounded until January 12th. Meaning he can talk to me on the phone all he wants, but he can't see me. At all. So. I'm gonna go absolutely insane until then. But by January 12th he'll have his car and he'll be able to see me a lot. So is it worth it to wait? Keep in mind, I truely am head over heels in love with him.

yes its worth the wait trust me when your in love it can withstand anything i know it sounds corny but its true try going 7 months without getting to be around your boyfriend trust me its hell and were fine it will be hard at first but its only 2 months compared to 7 and plus youll still get to talk to him its not like he fell off the face of the earth but i also know what its like to want to move on but you cant trust me ive been through some pretty messed up stuff this last year anyways if your still confused about anything im me gilmoregirl21291
