You may have a high metabolism and thats why you feel like you eat all the time and dont gain anything, or why you feel like youre overweight. Some people are able to eat whatever they want and maintain a normal body image.

If you dont like the way you eat all the time, then cut down. You should eat 1500-2000 calories a day with a perfect balance of sweets, carbs & proteins.
Just try and eat healthier if its really a problem for you. Do whatever you have to do to feel okay with how you look/weigh =]

There's risks and danges with any piercings. 'Cause I mean come on, they're putting ink into your skin. But I dont think its of any higher risk than any other place. I've known some people who have them behind their ear and you just take care of them like you would any other tattoo. neosporin & such. I havent gotten a chance to use the massively mini media player, but I'd already reccomend the iPod video. I was very impressed and satisfied with it when I bought it. I have the 30gb video one, and its amazingg. I favor the ipod video though. Also i feel that its able to be more trusted because it was produced by apple, and theyre a big company. the massively mini media player just came out of nowhere and you dont even know if anythings guaranteed or anything. Well. I cant answer that, only you can. Make sure you know all the risks and possible consequences. Birth control isnt 100% effective and neither are condoms. My mom got pregnant twice when she was on the strongest form of birth control.
