Its different for anyone that does it. There isnt a certain way to give one. Some face the guy, some face away from him. The times can vary, too. Some do it for the duration of a song, and some keep going even without music. Basically, its exactly what it seems. Dancing on a guys lap. It's like upward dancing, kind of. Basically, from my understanding its grinding on a guys genital area, to try and arouse him. So I suppose you move your hips back and forth on that area to some music, and there ya go.
