well the first thing im going to say is that guys are as scared of talking to girls as girls are talking to guys. so find the person you want to be your boyfriend and talk to him, like ask him to explain a problem in math or whatever subject you have with this guy. then try talking to him durring class and see what you guys got in common. if your comfertable then ask him to a movie but if you dont want to really go anywhere (i know most 7th graders don't) oh and also dress really cute the days you know your going to see him... hope you get one ;o)

wow i have gone through that too.. we met last year and we flirted alot and over the summer he said he liked me and some other girls, then we hung out and did stuff every time. ended up when i went on vacation for a week he hooked up with some other girl he liked- try to meet somebody new and older, but make sure hes not the type thats trying to get in your pants. theres many fish in the sea :o)

the least attractive this is when all you think about and talk about is either your self or sex
if your talking physically then to MAKE yourself more attractive- smell good and wear nice clothes, make sure your clean too :o)
least attractive thing physically to me is hairy guys or fat guys or bad smelling guys.. haha ya

wow thats horrible- you just lost your chance, there really isnt anything to do because now hes moved on and has a girlfriend, try talking to your parents , tell them that you and this guy have been really great friend and hes always been there for you and that you would like to date him, but be reallly nice to them and make him sound like a great guy oh and dont mention that hes black because that shouldnt matter one little bit, then wait until you can get him alone and tell him you still like him and that you know he has a girlfriend but you miss him, and if he really like you maybe he'll end up dumping that other girl for you, but then again you probably hurt his feelings when you told him you dont like him anymore and thats why hes not talking to you so i guess its a make or break type of situation- hope everything turns out for the best

O.K. This is sad and I have no idea what to do. My best friend, Haley, wants to kill herself. She's never met her dad and her 200 pound 7 year old brother gets all the attention and her mom's a total slut. She gets books about death and she's writing letters to the devil and God. I don't know what to do about her. She's threatened me that she will kill herself and it scares me that she will. I don't know what to say or think about this. We met last year but got really close. She's two years older than me and I could really use advice on what to tell her. I need help, or my friend does. Please don't be sarcastic about this because I'm scared and you will only make it worse by replying rusely. Anyone who answers nicely, I'll love you forever.

first of all make sure you tell her how much she means to you and how much she means to other people like her mom and brother, even though they dont seem like it. also if she EVER says "you have to promise you wont tell anybody im going to kill my self" you cant promise that no matter what because if you do and then you tell her mom or somthing then she will never forgive you and/or think you dont care enough to be a friend- so make sure you get aside from promising that. also try talking to her mom about it if possible, tell her that YOU dont think shes getting enough attention from her, yes her mom will probably not like you very much but you will get her thinking more about her daughter and spending more time with her. and one day when she seems REALLY ipset make sure your there for her no matter what even if she says she doesnt need you make sure your at your house waiting by the phone incase she calls because then shes knows that you wouldnt leave at her time of need---- wow i hope what i said helps you and i really hope your friend gets better please keep me updated and leave me a note in the INBOX if you have any more questions because i have been though alot of deaths by suicide- ill be praying

Now I know most people say "Oh I hate school!", but really, I do. I get made fun of so much but I try to brush it off because I don't want to seem like a weak person. One girl and a few of her friends call me a dike whenever they see me. I don't know why, I'm not; I don't know what gave them that idea. One kid calls me fat and makes fun of the clothes I wear. For one, I'm not fat... I'm not the skinnest person ever, but I sure as hell am not fat. Then theres this other guy, who also makes fun of the clothes I wear. For instance today I had a Sid Vicious shirt on and he harrassed me the whole way home about it. "Oh my god he killed his girlfriend" "Sid Vicious is so gay" "I hate the sex pistols" "You're a loser if you listen to them" I really have had it and I'm really sick of school, I just can't put up with it anymore and have no idea of what to do. I want to drop out so bad, I just can't put up with people and there stupid jokes. Anybody know what I can do about this. i think you have one of two options:
1. attack them back- give them a taste of their own medicine and the way i look at it- if they dont like you because your strong enough to fight back then your just getting them upset. which is great because, yeah who likes to be upset right?
or 2.kick their ass- haha yes, people say violence doesn't solve anything but it sure does make you feel better and they will be to afraid of getting beaten up again to make fun of you

hey awe yeah thats happened to me too but the thing is, most guys are just as scared, the guy im dating was pretty shy and so was i but keep talking to him and be outgoing! like, ask him to hang out sometime or just be like, "we dont get to talk all that much" and see if he askes for your number, remember the only way for somebody to like you is for them to actually know you so dont be shy :o)

Ok, in school I'm in the "popular group" and my friends are really nice and everything but sometimes they really annoy me. Here's why. Whenever a guy asks them out they'll like automaticlly say yes (even if they don't like them), and when a guy dumps them or they dump a guy they'll be going out with someone else within an hour. Anyway, for some reason this really bugs me. I don't really no why either. Now a guy asked me out and I said no because I don't like him and now they keep calling me too picky. What do I do? (link)

sounds like your too mature for this group, im guessing your in 7th grade? you should meet new people because you seem almost too good for your group.your not being picky, because you dont want to be stuck dating somebody you dont even like! whats the piont of that right? try telling your friends you want to be dating a person that your truly like instead of the first boy that asks you out.. have fun and be safe!!!

I have an oral presentation to give on monday (it's powerpoint) and i'm terrified... like this is one of my biggest fears ever. Whenever i go to give a speech or something my voice starts really quivering and shaking and it sounds like i'm crying. awe!! i know alot of people that happens too! if your afraid that your going to mess up infront of other people think of it this way.. you will never see those people again, when your 19 EVERYTHING changes you probably wont talk to but one of the people in your highschool. also, if that doesnt help. after your presentation nobodys going to remember, they have more important things on their minds then why you do with your life ( no offence) and also, think of yourself being more important then them. that they are there just to learn from you. and if my mess up on facts i highly doubt people could correct you so dont be scared!! hope i helped!! ohh and if your a debater, youll find out alot of people do speeches on SLEEP DEPRIVATION. its really easy so if your allowed to do a speech, id do that :o)

Hes going to go out of his way to talk to you, hell make up stupid excuses to stand by you and he will always look up to see if your looking at him. He will tease you about small things and he'll never forget to call you and when he hugs you, hell hold you really tightly and it will seem like hes never going to let go.. hope i helped!! :o)

First of all dont say you like him until you have really gotten to know him, trust me it will come back and bite you in the butt/ anywhoo a note would be really cute! but if hes the jock/preppy type he might show his friend and try to act like hes too good. so my advice is when you see him say hey at first then work your way up to a real conversation... hope it all works out for you- Good Luck! :o)

I was always obsessed with a guy and I would always talk about him. And when my friends would talk about him, I would continue and say that i love him and all that. But he already has a girlfriend, so I dont wanna talk about him anymore. I wanna avoid talking about him when my friends are talking about him.
