it means Instant Messenger (( IM )) and yes you can talk to someone if your on MSN and they have AOL it doesn't matter.

it sounds like you to are flirting friendly not in a "we want a relationship" way. plus he has a gf i would just keep being his friend i know that stinks but since he already has a gf it becomes complicated and well would you rather a relationship with this guy or would you rather keep a friendship with this guy?! I really like my boyfriend and i know he really likes me, but when i am around him i don't know what to say. I have been really depressed lately and don't know what to do at all. I feel like everyone is out to get me and i'm always getting so mad over the little thing people do. I don't even feel like hanging out with some of my best friends sometimes. I've also cut myself a few times but I don't want to resort to that. I don't want to talk to my mom and please don't say "You need to though" I would feel so weird talking to a counceler and my friends just don't understand. I'm lost, confussed and need someone to give me some advice on what to do.

Maybe the reason you feel depressed is because of all the drama that surrounds you life and you say that you don't like being with your friends sometimes. well i suggest that you take a break mabye stay home by yourself and give yourself a break. sometimes i don't want to be near my friends, biut i'm still friends. you just need to take a break and i would suggest talking to a close friend or yours or getting some help because you shouldn't resort yourself to cutting.

well if your really interested in him then go for it. you'll never know until you do and who cares if you said you would never date a freshmen. if he has all the qualities that you look for in a guy then GO FOR IT!!! just approach him and flirt with him and maybe even tell him how you feel get comfortable with and get to know him.

I hang out with a big group of friends who used to be really nice. My boyfriend and I split up and now our whole group of friends is kind of split down the middle. I don't talk to my ex and he doesn't talk to me and it's really uncomfortable. I still have friends there but I find being around my ex hard and most people there seem bitchy now. I would go and make new friends but there isn't really anyone else that I get along with or click with. What should I do? (link)

just move on and forget the past. go out with your other friends and socialize at maybe a dance or volunteer or maybe you could even participate in a dance class or sport and make even more friends. the point is if this guy makes you feel weird you might as well forget him because he isn't worth you time.
