My question is about the rule of underage users on the Advicenators website. No need to say that it's for insurance purposes or what-not because I have researched the site for that. What I would like to know, that since you have to be 13, is it allowed to get someone who IS of age to ask the question for you. Everybody has problems, at any age, so I don't get why this would be faulty. Any aditional information is welcomed.
(In case you're all wondering, I am 16.)

hey, downloading limewire and songs from limewire that DONT HAVE A COPYRIGHT is LEGAL. but downloading songs that DO HAVE COPYRIGHTS is ILLEGAL.
I was just wondering, because I know a lot of people make friends online and then meet up offline, and I've done it myself quite a few times.
Do you think that the type of forum or chat room you meet people on helps determine whether they are really who they say they are or how likely they are to be a paedophile?
For instance, do you think it's less likely that someone you've been talking to on a Christian chatroom/forum would be a paedophile than on a secular one?
hey, you would be more likely to meet a rapist in a sexual chatroom. being in a christian chatroom does not make you a 100% safe either, so dont think that. theres always that chance of meeting the wrong person. be careful.
ok.. this is going to sound really stupid but i'm deadly serious. i'm 15 and i've never actually got in with a girl. I really need advice because if i like somone and want to kiss them, doing it wrong will probally screw up my chances with them. I'm not ugly and i'm not weird, i've just never actually kissed a girl :/

hey, well im not sure if you are talking about a quick kiss or a makeout. either way theres no wrong way to kiss. i had my first quick kiss when i was ten and i had my first makeout when i was twelve. dont feel bad about being fifteen. its just a matter of time and when you think your ready. just go with the flow.
okay well im thirteen tomorrow and my boyfriend is a year older than me and yesterday my boyfriend told me that his best friend which is my best friend's boyfriend kept asking him how far me and him have gone but he wouldn't tell him. then they made a bet that my boyfriend would finger me by the 27. and last night i asked my boyfriend if i was just a f**king bet to him and he was like oh how do you know about the bet? and no your not just a bet. and we only made it because he wouldn't leave me alone. and then my boyfriend told me that it was also because he feels weird because my two best friends and their boyfriends have sex and stuff and he feels weird because we haven't and he feels left out. and then i was like well what are you trying to tell me ? and he was like well maybe we should do it because i want to because i love you. and i was like no. and he was okay with it but then he kept asking why and stuff and dont i want to know what its like and stuff like that. and i was like yeah i'm curious but i'm not ready to find out. we have only been going out for almost three months. it would be 3 january 10th. and then he was like well i love you and i want to go farther with you. and i was like " okay, i want to go farther but not all the way " and he was like "would you feel comfortable with 3rd?" and i was like yeah i guess and then i found out today that my best friends boyfriend bet my ass that he wouldn't finger me and my boyfriend bet my best friend's tit's that he would. i don't know wahat to do. i don't want to let him finger me if its all just because of a stupid fricken bet. im not a whore or a slut but i'm also not prude. a little advice please?

hey, i think that the makeup looks better. the key to wearing makeup is to look like you have no makeup on. keep doing what your doing[just mascara, eyeliner, and some coverup].
Does water really help your skin? I have really bad skin so I started to dirnk 8 glasses of water a day but as soon as I'm done I have to go to the washroom right away and all the water just comes right out! =S
hey, yes its good to drink water. it usually do help out with your skin. eight glasses of water a day is just too much. try drinking three glasses. one in the morning, one in the middle of the day, and one at night. also tap water will not show you any results. you have to use brand water like poland springs.

Well me and my boyfriend have been together for 2 years and things have been great recently. We have been through alot but we have stayed together through it all and are doing amazing. He goes to another school than I do. At his school he can go out to lunch. Well there are these rumors going around at his school that he has cheated on me twice, with two different girls. Both days he supposedly cheated on me was on a Tuesday. Every Tuesday his parents are never home because they go to bowling tournaments that day. He also doesn't have a car, but on Tuesdays his parents let him drive their truck. So he always drives to lunch those days. Well one of his friends said that he had heard that my boyfriend had had sex with these two girls at seperate times. And what makes it more ironic is that my boyfriend's friend dated both of these girls before. Now his friend won't tell me who told him and everytime I ask my boyfriend he denies it of course and said he will get the number to each of the girls if he had to so I could actually talk to them and find it out for myself. Now I don't like to jump to conclusions so I try to manipulate a situation to see if I can make a liar tell the truth. Today I told my boyfriend that I had gone to the store and bumped into one of these girls. And that she had told me that it was true and that they had sex. Of course I lied and made that story up. I said it to get a rise out of him so maybe he would be honest and cough up the truth. But he didn't and actually said he was going to go to his school and have a talk with the girl and ask her why she would say a thing like that. So I am in a difficult situation. I don't have much prove except for substantial evidence, since he actually could have cheated on me those days, but that doesn't mean he actually did. I just need help on calming my worst fears and how to handle this. I don't want to believe his friend, because his friend has been trying to date me ever since me and my boyfriend first got together. So he might not be the best source to believe. Should I push the subject or give my boyfriend the benefit of the doubt?
hey, the first thing that you need to do is to stop making up lies. you will get caught if he asks that girl and then you will lie to get out of that lie. basically what im saying is that youll just end up in one big web of lies if you dont stop. i wouldnt beleive his friend if hes been trying to get with you since day one. you have to have a talk with your guy. tell him that you will be less mad if he just comes clean with the complete and honest truth. if he is still denying it then maybe he didnt do it. you have no actual witnesses or proof that he cheated. you have to decide if you trust him or not.

hey, the deal is he is a jerk. if hes saying that he would do sexual stuff with you again while going out with someone then thats bad news. that means that he would hookup with you while going out with her. even if he said that they are going to break up they were never going to. if you havent noticed its been almost a week since he said that. my advice to you is to never go out with this boy. if he would cheat on his current girlfriend with you then what makes you think that he wouldnt cheat on you too?

I am 16 years old and a Junior. I received my transcript and realized I didn't do so well and I will just say that I am not proud of the grades I got (I mainly got Cs, Ds, and some Fs), however, this year my grades are dramatically better. I am now getting As, Bs, and Cs. But, now that I am finally doing better, do I still have a chance getting into college? I know my college choices are limited, but do I still have the chance? And if not, what could I possibly do to save myself to get into college? Like if I kept those grades up all during my Junior and Senior year will that keep my chances of going into college?

hey, yes you can still go to a college! you wont be able to get in one of the top notch schools tho because of your grades from before. if worse comes to worse then community colleges are always an option =].
at my school, we go back to on monday because we were on winter break for 2 weeks. well as most of you ive been staying up really late.. from 1-4 a.m. and i have to go to bed for school at 9:30 because i have to wake up early. the problem is that im not gonna be able to fall asleep that early! any tips? please dont say go to bed early for the last couple of nights because i cant.. i babysit basically from 8 PM-2 AM tomorrow and so thats not a posibility.. also me and my cousins are having a sleepover on saturday and we go to bed really late. any tips on falling asleep quickly on sunday night? hey, whatever you do dont take any medicines or pills. those are dangerous. while your trying to sleep just lay down in your bed nice and comfy with the lights out and the tv off. no radio either. thats what i do. i just end up falling asleep from being bored. when that doesnt work i leave the tv on, but i put on something that i really cant stand like cartoons so that i also get bored that way.

last night i found out i have mono .. yeh i know that sucks but anyways my boyfriend said that i could get some stuff online with his american express gift card he got for christmas. i found some stuff i wanted and i got him a sweatshirt. i didnt know the exact price for all the stuff last night when he asked so i told him id look in the morning and he asked what i got and when i said i got him a sweatshirt he got mad. we talked about it last night he said he was mad because i knew that he didnt want the sweatshirt and to get stuff for myself. but today he asked him if i cancelled the order so he didnt get the sweatshirt and you cant so i said i would go to the store and return it and then give him the money back for the sweatshirt and i told him how much the bill was and he got mad even though he told me i could use the whole card which was 100.00$ he said that im rude and disrespectful and that i dont listen. i was trying to be nice and get him a little present. i dont understand why hes so effing angry please help
hey, i dont get that situation either. if you he told that you could use the card then he shouldnt have had a problem with it. he should also be greatful for you taking the time to buy him a nice cute little sweatshirt. tell him that next time dont say something unless he means it. dont say it in a rude way cause then the fight will just get worse.

I have the old original iPod. I have had it for more than a year. I never had a problem with it until this past month it has been freezing alot but i normally let it die and its fixes itsself cause that was the only way. zNow it wont do anything. Well sometimes. At times a can turn it on but it wont play songs. It will just say the name for 3 seconds tehn move to the next song, so on and so on. Other times i cant even get it on its just blank and flashes a bunch of werid signs. And it wont let me update it. Whats wrong with it? And i wanted to go get if fixed where could i go. Also my mom doesnt know if she gotr a wrrenty how can we find out?

I'm really bad at push ups and I can hardly do more than 3 the proper way with a good posture. (Although I can do almost 25-30 girl push ups easily) Are there any exercises to make those muscles (the pectorals I think they're called) stronger? Or any exercises make me stronger to do push ups better?

Hi, I'm a sixteen year old female from Canada. I like to wear short skirts and shorts in classes since I find them to be flattering and my school is very warm. Last year, our vice principals always told me to change because they were 'too short'.
I have a few problems with this. If I'm not exposing too much (in my opinion) can they legally give me a detention if I do not change? What might happen if I did not go to the detention?
Also, can I argue that they only ask tall people to change since the clothing appears shorter? One day me and my best friend were walking (wearing the same skirt in different colours - accidentaly) and they asked me to change, not her. We were together when it happened.

hey, well i totally get where your coming from. i love to wear short things also. but im very short. anyways what you think doesnt matter because the school represenitives can completly over rule you. as long as your going to their school, you live by their rules. you will probably get a call home and another detention if you dont go to the first one they give you.
