I know that tattoo's ruin job prospects, but to what extent? I have a tattoo on my upper arm- the middle of my bicep and tricep. People barely see it because its never warm enough here to wear short sleeves. Would it ruin job prospects even if you cant see them? like..if they would be covered with a shirt?
I read about a firm in japan, if you showed anyone a tattoo, you would be fired. what do you all think?

Okay, so I'm 19/f, my boyfriend is 17, going on 18.
We've been together for a couple of years now.
He's one of those "it's my way or the highway" type of people which can be really frustrating.
Over the past couple of years we've had good times but it seems like when I think about it, all I can remember is all the shit he's done to me..and I have always been a pushover about everything. He's just so inconsiderate in so many ways..
But, like I said there are good times too, so I don't want to make him out to be a complete jerk.
But anyway, lately I've been thinking a lot that I might be better off without him, because he basically controls every aspect of my life.
We've been fighting a lot more lately because I've started taking up for myself more and we've come really close to breaking up several times. But every time that we start talking about it I just get so scared because I guess he's just all I know anymore..I'm so used to him being around and it's hard to think about him not being there anymore. So, basically I just want to know what to do and if maybe it's possible for two people to be meant for each other, but just not right now?
I don't know, I'm just really confused..any advice would be great!
Have you talked to him about this? This relationship doesn't seem healthy to me. If you don't feel good about yourself in a relationship, something needs to change, whether you need to take a break from him, or to break things off entirely. Breaking up does cause a lot of pain, but it wouldn't be the end of the world. If you haven't done so, talk to him.

i recently just got the cell phone from at&t called the karma. i really like it but the only thing that bugs me is the backlight never goes off, like it's constantly lit up. is there anyway to make it so it just goes black or doesn't light up?
have you tried going to the settings menu? There's usually a brightness adjustment feature there.

My name is Walt as you can plainely see from my user name. I am 18 years old an finishing my last year of highschool and for as long as I can remember I have not had the ability to feel emotions. All i can feel is alot of built up rage and hate. I tried to think of what makes me this way, but honestly i can't. I used to be afraid of everything (heights, rollar coasters dying, etc....), but now i have noticed I fear nothing. My chemistry teacher made a blast of fire with grain dust. I did not know that that was going to be the reaction and yet i didn't even flinch. I have an IQ of 142 so im pretty smart but i only pay attention when i am interested in a topic. Last I've been faking emtions aslong for as long as i can think of, everyone i know only knows me because I learned to fake these "emotions". Is there anybody else like me? If so how do you deal with this problem. Are we stuck like this?

Anyway, if you want to feel more accepted, you only really need to find one friend. If you do that, chances are that more will come. Once you open up to someone, it gets easier to talk to people in general. Don't feel like you need to fit in with "society". As long as you have people you can trust, the rest doesn't matter.

At my church they do this thing where they send 500 dozen cookies to a local jail for the holidays, to inmates. At first I used to be like.. why are they giving homemade cookies to bad guys? Until I asked someone today at church and they said its so that they can be guided into Christianity hopefully for a better life. So that makes sense to me, and I'd feel good knowing that I could have impacted someone's life like that. I'm only making 2 dozen of them, though. I'm Roman Catholic.. so what religious phrases could I put on the cookies? Idk what to use to write on them, too... like frosting I guess? Anyone with other creative ideas please tell. and please tell me like several quotes I can use to inspire people that like it can get better and everything and they will always be accepted in the church and they can repent and all that.. thanks so much! Running is really the best way to build stamina, but within that, there are different kinds of running. You could run distance, sprints, or stairs. Jumping rope is another good building workout.

Ever since 7th grade,(I am in 11th now) I had a thing for this kid(Mike). We had a great friendship,he liked me a few times ,but i always liked him. I think he always had a little thing for me too,but we never went out. On my left hand, I originally thought it was just a branch off my head line. When it occured to me that it could be my fate line joining the head line instead. They aren't joined by much though. Just a hair. But my fate line is curved the same way my life line is curved.
My right hand is really strange though. The head line on that hand is kinda unclear.. there appears to be a gap inbetween that line. in terms of thickness.. like you can see the lines that connect the two parts together.. it appears to connect to my life line as well, but faintly. I'm not sure if there are faint lines on my right hand.. but there are two very light forks jutting out from my head line.. they look like this / \. They don't intersect each other though.
And another thing.. its kinda unrelated though. I have 3 dots on my hands that aren't birth marks.. they just sort of appeared from like 2004 til now. I'm 15, btw. theres 1 on my left hand inbetween the fork my heartline makes. its the most prominent. and theres another just above the first line from the bottom on my thumb. and in the same location, but on the pinky finger of my right hand.

what is slickering? I suggest taking it to someone who knows computers well and can actually look through your files to make sure nothing on your hard drive is causing the problem. It might just be a battery issue, but in case it's something more serious, it's better to go to a pro.

First you say you think you have it, then you say you have it? I think you really should go to the doctor. It's the only way to truly verify whether you have pin worms and the best way to figure out how to treat it.
