Hey well as you probably see I am 19 and I'm Christian (JesusFreak) and go ahead ask me something hopefully i can give you an answer thats right and ok with you. Have a good day

okay, so normally for my average every-day food i eat would be:
breakfast- special k with milk/yogurt and sometimes with some sort of fruit.
lunch- a wrap w/ turkey, cheese, lettuce, pickles. or a chicken ceasar salad.
and normally for a side i have raisons and an apple/orange.
supper- either a healthy choice tv dinner, veggie burger, another bowl of special k, or sub from subway.
and then for snacks i usually have apples or oranges, carrots, pinnapple, etc.
and i also have a multivitamin.
as for excersises i've starting using this motor track thing for a half an hour and 100 crunches a day.
what i'm asking is, am i doing this right? or am i going overboard or what not?
and can you give me some more tips on how to be healthy? i'm trying to loose 30lbs..
A huge misconception is that your supposed to eat more for dinner and that isn't true...its supposed to be the other way around biggest meal is break fast...then lunch...then supper...you need the calories in and carbs to start your day out right if you eat the majorty of your calories at night you dont work it off like you would if you ate it for breakfast
Okay, I didn't know what category to put it in, so I just put it in the random one.
Usually I give the advice, but I don't know what the hell I'm supposed to do. Let me explain:
My boyfriend is a marine. He came home from base because a family member passed away. While he was home, we had unprotected sex. He pulled out, but lately I've been feeling sick. I don't know if I'm pregnant or not, or if I really am just sick & it's something that'll pass. I don't have a job, so I have no money to buy an ept. So I don't know what to do about that.
On top of that, he's going to Iraq tomorrow. =( He'll be home in 6 months for 15 days, but when that times up, he goes back for another 6 months. And I'm not the type that deals well with things like this, so lately I've been super depressed. I haven't been to school in about 2 weeks because of my depression, and I don't know what to do. Talking to people is NOT helping, and not even my music can save me. I usually listen to music when I'm upset, and it helps me a ton, but it's not helping. I'm just scared that something's gonna happen to him.
A few years ago, I had two friends in the army, and they both promised me they wouldn't get hurt. They died a month apart from each other. He tells me he'll be fine, and that nothing's gonna happen, but those people are CRAZY and who knows what they're gonna do!? I don't know if I can believe him because I've had two friends die there and I'm not sure I can handle it again. I'm paranoid, but I've got no choice but to be.
And my home/family situation isn't really a big help either. I've got a quick temper, so it's not easy to make me mad. Lately they've been doing everything they possibly could to piss me off. My father comes home from work whenever he pleases. My mother's always asleep, and they never grocery shop, so me and my brother go hungry until they buy us something to eat for the day. And today, my brother did the stupidest thing ever. I live in New York, so naturally, it's cold out. My mother was shoveling and she never does that, so I went outside to ask her why. My brother thought it was hilarious to pull a prank on me & lock me outside. It was about 10-20 degrees out, and I was outside in just a hoodie & some jeans. I wanted to get back inside the house & I could see him laughing. It's not funny. It doesn't take much to get me sick either since my immune system is ass. So I was pounding on the window to get him to open the door & I did it three times. The third time, the window shattered and my fist went through it. It didn't cut me, but then he started yelling at me telling me that my father was gonna kick my ass when he got home, and that I was an idiot.
I have low self esteem already, so comments like that don't help much. I don't know what to do anymore. I'd leave for a little while, but I've got nowhere to stay. My cousin just had a baby, so there's no room at her house. Another cousin of mine, we don't get along, and my grandmother's house is just..no. It's like jail there. I don't know. My family's driving me insane, and I'm gonna end up committing suicide before I'm 18. I'll be 16 in a few weeks. I'm already suicidal, but I haven't cut since about September/Octoberish, and I don't wanna start up again, but if things keep going the way they are...I'm scared I am gonna start back up.
What do I do? My life's falling apart and there's nothing I can do about it. =(
Wow you have a very intense life...It is certainly admirable that you have put up with you have this long...unfortunaly their isnt much you can do for the pregnancy in some states there are free places where you go to get tested you just have to find a place...and your right their is no way to guarentee your boyfriends safety but that is apart of their jobs not many people can put their life on the line for their country...the only thing you can do is deal with it...im sorry to say the best way to do is talk about it...your friends that you do have will support you...grow closer to the people you love..if you have one person that loves you, your life is worth living
how long does it usually take before you kiss someone...(nothing big...)

There isnt a certain time length...I waited six months to give my girlfriend the first kiss but then i was really nervous...I think the best idea is to wait a while after a couple dates so you don't give the wrong impression

right where my inner thigh meets my pubic area, some of my skin peeled off, and it's really tender and hurts alot.

Hey I know you dont want to tell your parents or a doctor, I think the best suggestion is look up online and do some research...none of us are experts I will do some searching onlin and let you know if I find anything

I think your very cute...and thats not a pity answer...i think the best thing a girl can do is where eye liner and and eye shadow to bring out the eyes....I really dont see how you dont like the way you look...I am sure you have guys lining up to get your number

recently i was chatting to my mate (crush) george, and he was trying to guess who i fancy and i sed what classes he was in of mine and he knew the guy i fancied his name was george (theres bout 4 georges in my year at school). anyway so that left him and the guy i liked before*. he said to me is it george davies* because it can't be me...thats the bit that got me confused.
so anyway im pissed off at my mate because she told george that i liked him but she said not to tell me he knows. so she told me that she told him. and now he dont know that i know he knows, confusing i know. but im just really confused of why he said "it can't be me". and also tomorrow i have four lessons with him and he's guna say something to me about tonight.

I think the best way is to act like nothing happened...it will drive him crazy...and eventually he will start up a conversation if he really wants to talk about it...also the reason why he said it cant be me he was hoping you would say it was him because he has a crush on you...most guys who ask aboout your love life..want to be in it...

hey...just a bottle of your perfume wouldnt work my girlfriend got me a teddy bear that she spray with her perfume and whenever i see her she resprays so i can sleep with it at night and its like she is right there

In the summer holidays me and my family (mum, dad, bruv)are going to Spain. I really want my best mate to come (she wants to come as well).
My mum did mention her coming before but not since. Also, I know she might be able to because 've been to Edinburgh and center parcs with her which is a lot of money, and mum wants to take her somewhere with us. I just don't know about Spain.
But, the question is, what is the right way to ask mum whether my best friend can come?
I think the best way is just casually bring it up like...remember that time you said my best mate can come along with us on a trip, did you really mean that because I think it would be really cool if she came with us to spain...i think that would be the best way to go about it

I would try making another part of face start out perferably your lips and sometimes there some colors of eye shadow will take away for eyes
All right, my friend and her boyfriend (they're both 16) have been going out for about 8 months now, and neither I nor my friends have seen much of her at all. Honestly, we get to talk to her for more than 5 minutes about once every couple weeks, and it's really getting us all down. We've tried talking to her, but it's practically impossible because she gets defensive and then drags us into an argument, instead of talking and understanding. I understand that now she's got a boyfriend who she cares about we're not going to see as much of her, but it's been taken to an extreme.
I just really don't know what to do about it. I'm really close to her, and it's getting me and my friends down. We don't want to lose her, but it's frustrating that she's dropped us for a boy.
hey alot people go through the same situation your in..thats exactly what happened with me and my girlfreind...I lost alot of my friends because my main priority was my girlfriend...and that probably what she is thinking that she wants to spend as much time with her boyfriend there at that period where there really starting to connect on a different level..honestly you can't compete with her boyfriend so instead compromise hang out with her when she is with boyfriend or in advance be like can we hang out next tuesday...no matter how much you argue with her you wont win
I really wanna go to a Hurricanes game before the season is over. (its hockey if you don't know) My boyfriend said he would take me. I looked on ticketmaster and the only tickets it would give me were $125 a piece. He has a good job, but I don't want him to spend that much.

Um I caan't wear high heels for this wedding I'm attending and I have really ugly feet so I guess I'm gonna have to go with platform shoes. Anyone suggests anything? Is there a way to make my feet look more pretty? It's clean but it's just an ugly feet. Like everyone in my family all were high heels and have really pretty feet but I can't and my family keeps saying I have ugly feet which makes me sad =(
I think boots might be a good choice under a dress they mask your feet and plus they are sexy and look excellent on people with slender legs if you have them or another choice is a nice flat or wedge you can find some that give the illusion of a high heel but instead they just have a think sole

I think it has alot to do with attitude of the day...you wake up and your like wow I look good today..you carry your self different people look at you because your exuding confidence...and when you feel good your actually more honed into all the good stares and the compliments that make you feel better and in return you still feel you look great...the same way with bad attitudes..you go in a public place you notice all the people looking at your unmatching outfit or your bad hair day...its basically how you wake up wheter you decide you will have a great day or a good day or a bad day

Ok a while back I heard some of my guy friends discussing something they didn’t want me hearing. My friend *Bob was asking my other guy friend if he had ever gotten his "red wings". If you don’t know what that is don’t worry i didn’t know at first either. I found out it is when I guy has sex with a girl ON her period. That is just sick! I'm a guy and I think that is gross...I agree with the other ladies though it is about scoring...doing something with a girl a girl would normally say no too..It's more about competition with other guys and I guess bragging rights otherwise if no other guys were around the guy wouldn't talk bout it...
Is 5'0" average height for a 16 year (almost 17) old girl? I was 4'10" when I was 11 years old. I'm now taller than my mom by about an inch.

It really depends on the person...as society as a whole your right..people put emphasis on blue/green eyes are beautiful...but that doesnt mean yours arnt...if you want to make you eyes look prettier guys like it when guys use eye liner and mascara that make your eyes look more defined....
