Ive liked my friend for a while now, he lives in England, while I'm here in america. He told me about a month ago that he has truely loved me for a while now and how he'd love it if we were together. When I bring up that we should date he says no, but he stays single for me. I know long distance realtionships dont usually work well but he comes here for vacations, and might move here soon with his uncle. How do I tell him I'm really serious about this and i think we should date? (link)

He probably doesn't want a relationship because you two live so far away. When he does come for vacations you two can hang out and go on dates but nothing serious. There are always more boys and you will eventually find one you like that likes you back and is closer.

I'm a freshman and I broke up with my boyfriend, now I realize that that was a very stupid move because I still like him. We are friends right now but I want to be more then friends. Another problem that I'm facing is that my mom doesn't want me to date anyone at all anymore. What should I do? Any advice would be helpfull. (link)

First of all you must realize that there are more boys on planet Earth and if things don't work out with this one so what. Before you do anything with this one again take a few moments to think, is this truly the boy I want or is there another that I like. Thinking is the most important thing to do and just trust your judgment. Also try talking to your mom and see if you two can reach an agreement as far as dating is concerned.

I REALLY like this guy at my school. We had a thing going over the summer, and we still do, sort of, but he doesn't seem to want to make our relationship public yet. I think it may be because I'm a sophomore and he's a senior. Are there any ways I can make myself look older? He already knows I'm mature, so I'm not concerned about my actions... Also, are there any ways I can make him really want me? He likes me a lot and finds me attractive, but tricks that will make him like me even more would be great. Guys, if you can it would be great to get your opinion on how you like girls to dress. Okay first of all this is just my opinion on things but I do have a pretty good idea on whats going on in these type of things. First of all smile a lot and flirt when you are with him. Remember not to come on to strong though or you could push him away. Also I like athletic girls that know about sports. If he is an athlete he probably likes the same thing so learn something about sports. If your body language is good other factors won't make big of a difference.

Trust me on this one because I have seen it many times before. The only way to move on is to find someone else that you like. Once you start having feelings for another person the old ones should go away.

Well first of all don't fight really hard for his affection because you could waste a lot of time and he will probably pick the girl that he gets the least attention from. When you do talk to him make him seem like no big deal but you still like him. Hope you win and good luck.

Okay, well there's this guy who sits next to me in my science class. I think i'm starting to like him...a lot. and because i sit next to him in science there is always that little small talk and i don't really know how i can make something more out of the small talk. There's this guy and I've known him for 2 years now; he's in 3/6 of my classes.
I haven't really ever talked to him, but I want to be friendly with him, and I don't know how.
I mean, would it be weird if I suddenly start talking to him?
He sits right across from me (we're facing each other, lol) in one class, and right behind me in another.

Just give him a compliment. Make sure to smile and keep eye contact. Body language is a big part of conversation so if you get that right you should be fine.

I know this may sound really stupid. I have this friend, we are really close and what not. He's a guy and I'm a girl. Well, he doesn't believe me that I can be really girl. He mentions how I don't go after guys and I don't show my "sexy" side and I don't really act sexual. We are both going to a party tomnorrow night. 2 weeks ago he said I better dance with him. Which means grinding and what not. Do you know any ways to show him that he is wrong and I can be someone I don't exactly show easily. Maybe somehow turn him on and loosen him up. He's been messing with my head lately, he admitts it and says he loves to do mess with my head. I'd love to get him back. Any ideas?

Of course I have some ideas. He mentioned that he wants to grind with you but also that you can't be a girl. When he asks to dance say " I thought you said I wasn't girl enough" then walk away and find another boy to dance with. Make sure you look especially nice at the party. Pretty much ignore him and talk to like every other guy there. You be aight just have fun with this and let me know how it goes.

Basically you seem to have a good base already. Sorry to say this but since u guys are such good friends that may mean trouble from the start. People hardly fall for their friends because they see them as brothers or sisters instead of bf gf. On the other hand it may work in your favor and I can tell u really like this guy so I will help out. Start flirting with him and if you can try to hang out just the two of you. I have a school dance to go to tomrrow night, and my boyfriend decided that he will come with me, even though he has never been to a dance. he lacks confidance in that depertment. how can i teach him to dance, or is there anything i can do to give him confidance? what kind of moves can i teach him? how can i help him move is body so that he can learn?

If you are in high school or middle school there are only a few dances a guy needs to know how to do. They are slow, grind, and slide. Teach him how to grind dance, do the electric slide, and slow dance which everyone is programmed how to do. Knowing the cha cha slide which is just following directions helps also.

I would say the first one on the left. To look like that run, light weights(not to heavy though), and eat good nutritious foods.

First of all just know that confidence comes from within not the outside. You have the power to create all the confidence you need inside you. Sports do help a lot and joining clubs will to. Working out and staying in shape. Helping others is a good way to boost confidence. Confidence is a mind over matter thing. Good luck.

Know I am gonna be a little tough but trust me it will work if you listen to me. A lot of my friends have this problem so I want you to be strong and listen to all I have to say. First of all you need to get over yourself. Crying everyday over a guy that has a girlfriend is just pathetic. Sorry I had to say it for your own good. Second it is not love you are feeling just mild infatuation is all. To get over him find someone else you like better. He's out there you probably won't even have to look very hard. Remember infatuation cannot be created or destroyed only changes in form. Find someone else to pour your infatuation on, someone that will do the same to you. Listen you are probably in high school and don't need to be worried about these things. Live life and have fun. By the way don't become his fiends. It won't work I promise you that.

The most important part of flirting is body language. Remember chest out, back straight, eye contact is key, and don't forget to smile. Just smile and eye contact alone improves chances by 50%. I have liked this guy since the beginning of the year. Let's name him Bob. Okay, well Bob used to be nice and funny. And then I found out he starting using drugs, and I kinda stopped liking him. And I started liking other guys. I would still like Bob. But I knew that nothing will ever happen between us. And I personally hate people who do drugs. Well Bob change dramatically. So like I said, I start liking other guys. But know that it's summer. I can't stop thinking of anyone else except him. I really want to forget about this guy because of his drug addiction. Find other guys to think about. I my recent studies of the heart I have found out that infatuation like energy cannot be created or destroyed, it can only change forms. Find someone else to like and it will transfer. This may take time though. Look at Bob's flaws like drugs and compare him to your image of a perfect guy. Good luck.

This is tough because going out with other people doesn't work. Keep trying it though and it will eventually I guess. Play sports and work out. Also talk to a person you trust about your feelings. Look at her bad traits and soon you will forget about her.
