okay im 13.. i started my period 2 months 3 months ago.. and like they went okay for the 1stand 2nd month i had it.. but this month i havent had my period and i usualy start on the 20th and its the 24th.. and im a virgin just so you kno ..lol .. whats wrong with me?? is this normal?THANKS!
Nothings wrong. Every girl has irregular periods for a few years after they first get it. It's perfectly normal =)

hey guys.. well pretty soon my friend is having a keg party(drinking) and inviting everyone because her moms going to be out of town that night.. and i want to go but im scared that the cops will come and we all will get busted.. shes done a lot before and never gotten caught by her mom or anything but since its this big of a party im not sure if i should go or not it would be a ton of fun but i dont want to get totally screwed.. so let me know what i should do, thanks...
Well, I wan't to say DON'T GO!! But technically, it's your choice. No matter what I say, you're still going to think about it. You need to decide what is more important to you. Look at the possible outcomes. You can either go to the party & possible get caught by the cops, OR miss the party and stay home, invite some friends over, & have some (safe) fun. If I was in your position, I would definately stay home & have my own "party" with my friends. But again, YOU need to figure out what's most important to YOU =)

i am babysitting with a friend so we have to split the money and the town isnt very rich about how much should i charge 1 kid per hour 2 kids per hour 3 kids per hour and 3 kids per hour

It definately depends on the age of the children for what price you should charge. If you are babysitting an 11 year old and a 12 year old, that's not as much work as babysitting one 3 year old. Get my point? So it doesn't necessarily matter how many kids. First you have to look at the ages. A good price for 1 kid (no matter what age) is around $5. If your babysitting 2 kids, look at their ages. If at least one of them is young-ish (under 6), charge around $8-10. If the children are both older (between 7-12 years), charge around $7-8. If there are more than 2 children, keep raising the price. =)

Well it might be hard to get a job at 13. I think you have to be 14 to get working papers. But in the mean time, I know girls usually do it, but you could babysit. It probably doesn't sound like a good idea to you (because your a guy), but you can make decent money. Also, since it's heading into winter, when it starts snowing you can shovel snow for neighbors. That can make some good money.
When you turn 14, there are many places you can work, such as a local ice cream shop. All you have to do is look around =)

I'm guessing you are in 8th grade? Well, I'm not sure if middle school will have working papers, but high school definately should. All high schools are different, but when you turn 14, go to your guidance counselor and ask for working papers. If they don't have them at your school, go to the high school where you will be attending. Ask them & they should give them to you. The school has to fill out part of the papers, and you also have to fill out some information.

Nope, you don't have to do anything different than a regular Xanga user. All you have to do is make your Xanga like everyone else. Then just put the layouts on your site, and there you go =)

Think of what kinds of things he likes. What kind of music does he listen to? You could get him a CD of his favorite band, or a T-shirt for a band he likes. Guys like those kinds of things =)
There's this guy, who I'll call David. David has liked me since 6th grade (We're high school Freshman now), and a close friend of his and mine told me he's asking me out within the week, and she persuaded me to say yes. DON'T go out with him if you don't like him. Never ever ever do that. Leads you to trouble. If you don't like him like that, you need to tell him the truth. Don't be mean about 'rejecting' him though. Tell him that he IS smart, funny and kind, & that he is the perfect guy...just not for you. Also say that you still want to be friends with him, just no more than that =)

Sometimes, when you start to think that someone likes you, you begin to think about them. It doesn't mean you necessarily like him though. It happens a lot. You have to decide whether you like him or not. Talk to him a little bit..get to know him. Then you should know for sure =)

okay i have a problem =/ my friend who i am really close to asked me to homecoming the other day, and i said no. well all along i have really wanted to go with him but people at my school hate him because he dumped one of them like 2 years ago, and they are still upset with him. the thing is, i said no because i didnt want people to be mad at me since it is only the 2nd week of school. okay i have AIM, and i just found this font i REALLY REALLY loved using, it was so cool. it is called "Sydnie" is htats how you spell it; but it all of a sudden like dosent show up in my list of fonts, and when i signed on it said sydnie, but was typing as "Arial."
if there is a way to get this back on AIM, any way. someone please let me know thanks
Check and make sure you that when you changed your font, that you SAVED it. Also make sure that you actually saved it for your screenname and not just for one IM. If you do it just on an IM, it won't save it for good.
So go to My AIM

>Edit Preferences
>Font
>Choose your font
>Click OK! (don't forget to save)
This is the only thing I can think of that should keep it from working. I'm pretty sure the Sydnie font is on every computer. Try this & If it doesn't work, let me know! I'd be glad to try and help you fix it. =)

13/m Long story short, I like her a lot, I told her, she doesn't like me back. Here's my current problem: I think she's ignoring me. Like at schoool everything's just too weird to talk to her. Awkward, let's say. So I've been trying to patch things up. I tried inviting her over one day. Saturday, she was babysitting. Sunday, she had rehearsal for a play. Same thing happens week after week after week. Just today I tried asking her to come over. Same story. No good. I really want to make things all better. I want to be able to just talk to her, which we haven't done in months except for on AIM. Our only 3 classes together, we're across the room, which sucks. So we don't even see each other much. We used to goof off a lot as friends. Like all the time. Things were cool. But now they're not.
Last night was a school dance. I had asked her a few days earlier. She said she had rehearsal. So I went with three of my friends to eat food and drink punch & soda. And guess who was there, that's right her. So those three guys were like pushing me to talk to her, bribing me, etc. Eventually, I talked to her. Apparently, she sent me an e-mail (I checked this morning, it didn't go through) saying that the rehearsal was cancelled. Then this girl started teasing me about my e-mail address (I made it up when I was 7) and the one I like hugged me.
It's not the first time. Third, actually. First time was last year in science. I told her I was feeling like crap. She hugged me. I got scared, never having hugged anyone outside of family before. So I rejected it. Second time, we were at a carnival. She had persuaded me to get on all the wild rides. Hardly anyone was there yet, so there was no line. After the fifth one, I started vomiting. "Oh my god, are you OK?" and hugged me. I stood there and just murmured that I was fine. Third time was last night at the dance. It's my best one yet---I stood there. Yes, that's right, I just stood there. Then I did the stupidest thing in the world---I cut it short for the $5 I had been bribed for.
I'm such an idiot. I've been waiting for another moment in which she would hug me, and here it is. What do I do? I run away to get $5. (In the end, all he gave me was a quarter...) But I couldn't help it. I literaly couldn't think! My mind was drawing a complete blank! The only thing going on in my head was in my subconcious, saying "Get out of here, fast!". My concious side was just scared and confused, and didn't know what to do. For those of you who have read Flowers for Algernon, it was exactly what Charlie was feeling. Whenever he got too close to Alice, his inner child would pull him back and prevent him from doing anything. I guess my inner child was still scared of commitment and everything. I want to hug her, considering it's the first of many steps to a successful relationship, but there are no opportunities in the halls at school, and as I said before, there's never a good time for her to come over. So I guess I'm just doomed to be a hopeless freak with subconcious fear of so much as a hug...
I guess my three big questions here are:
1) Is she ignoring me?
2) If so, how do I prevent it?
3) How can I hug her?
I know it sounds really pathetic. All I want is a hug. There's all these people here asking about banging and stuff, and here I am, eager to get a hug. But you have to realize that I've never had a relationship before, and I don't believe in dating unless there are true feelings. And if you believe that teenagers don't know love, I acknowledge that fact, and I'm not the same as every teenager on Advicenators. Besides, it's important to get a feel for what dating is like before we start the real thing, eh? And don't treat me like a little kid. I may be 13, but I'm not stupid. I'm just socially distressed. No smartass answers either, please. And if you give a response that doesn't have any advice in it, you are liable to be reported, as one of the rules in the Terms of Service is that you may not give unhelpful advice. I usually rate. Wow. In your last paragraph, I totally agree with you.
Okay, you said you guys used to be good friends? Then you told her that you like her. That probably made it awkward for her. When you invited her over, it might not have been that she didn't want to hang out wiht you. She just might have been nervous and made an excuse. I'm a girl. Girls get nervous too. Also, you mentioned she sent you an email saying that her rehearsal was canceled. Probably true, eh? That means she wanted to let you know that she could go to the dance now (On the plus side!). Okay, so you're saying you are 'scared', I guess, to hug her, but at the same time you want to hug her. She's showing you that she wants to hug you too by doing it. She was probably nervous about doing it, but went right ahead and did it. My advice is that I think you should talk to her. If you have her phone number, CALL her. But the best way to do it is in person. You say you never see her. Talk to her and ask her to make time for you because you need to talk to her. Tell her what you wrote in your question. The truth can never hurt.
Now I see, you asked some questions.
(1) Personally, I don't think she's ignoring you. She could have the same feelings you do, about being nervous and all.
(2) You need to talk to her, as I said before.
(3) After you talk to her, and get things straight, just DO IT. I know, I know, it's said easier than done. But you keep saying you REALLY want to hug her. Don't think negative. You know you want to, so just do it.
