sometimes when i look in the mirror i feel like i cant please anyone. i look at ALL of my friends who are soo skinny and i feel fat. i know im not but sometimes im scared to wear shorts or skirts that show of my legs. its not like i eat unealthy, i have my share of sweets but i usually end up working it off. my sister is also really skinny and sometimes she calls me fat but as a "joke". when i look at models in a magazine i feel even more fat like i way 500 lbs. or something. i know im not fat but when i look in the mirror, fat is the first word that pops up in my head. how do i lose weight and how do i lose enough and not too much? also, how do i feel confident about my weight?

hey there =) alright well, i TOTALLY understand how you feel. Believe me, we have all been there. The WORST worst worstttt thing you could do is start comparing yourself to other people, ESPECIALLY MODELS. it is TOTALLY COMPLETELY 100% FAKE. okay? honestly you have to be media aware. Trust me, BEAUTY VARYS. Also if you want to lose weight the easiest way is to do cardio, and aerobics. That helps get rid of fat. like jog or run for an hour a day on a treadmill or outside. Then when you think youve lost enough fat, to shape up and look trim you should do situps for abs, and work out your arms and stuff. Yoga is one of my favourite things to do as well, so you can look into that. In order to feel confident about your weight you must first accept that beauty does not mean "thin". there is nothing wrong with having curves. Great wonderful amazing guys dont all go for thin, skinny girls. WEIGHT is not an issue. as much as you have probably heard it, its the personality that counts. just be an amazing person, and LOVE yourself. you are truly an amazing individual. Also please dont take your sister seriously. Also with the right dedication, motivation you can FOR SURE lose weighttt. so, i hope i helped PLEASE keep me in touch =) i really wanna know how your doing okay?

hmm inside jokes.. we dont really have any it's more like things we've said, exact quotes that we make fun of eachother for, like other than that the only thing i can think of is that we always say "the only thing we have in common is TV and sleep lol" and uhmm.. she made me a song once (well not really, she messed up the lyrics of a real song and pretended it was from a guy i liked) yeah other than that it's just the stupid things we say when we're around eachother like "you stole my ankle when i came out of my mommy's tummy" haha.. but we already have a quote book wehere we wrote all our funny quotes lol. hmm ohh another inside thing - we tried to make one of those gingerbread ouses that are already prepared so you just have to put it together and decorate it) and we FAILED! it kept falling apart so we ended up having a fight with the icing instead hahah :) (maybe i could get her another one of those prepared gingerbread houses and write something cute like "we'll get it right one day" ?) hahah wow sounds like you guys have had a lot of fun times, and it also seems like you love her a lot =) the gingerbread idea does seem like a good idea actually. you can also get her something from one of those joke party stores (im not sure if you know what im talking about but stores like--party hut, spencers?) they have alot of little things that are meaningful yet hillarious. also i was thinking of making a quotebook but since you guys have already done that, thats out. lol, hmm you couldddd make a scrap book of things that youve kept over the years. or write a song for her. but make your OWN lyrics. you could make it funny instead of cute mushy stuff since your 'enemies' haha. you know, something along those lines maybe? just lemme know of more details if you want more suggestions and ill do my best =).

a personality is like a personal identity. like...how you act, talk, walk, think, these are all traits that everyone has, and they are unique to YOU. physical, social, mental, emotional these are all also characteristics. for example, if you have a MEAN personality, your not a very pleasant person. if you have CARING personality you want the best for others. see how theyre different? and adding in little details with other characteristics makes each one unique.

my "UnOfficial" bestfriend (we love eachother and would probably die for eachother, but have a "we-pretend-to-hate-eachother" kinda friendship, like we act like enemies but we're not) is my cousin. yeah, to make a brochure properly you need microsoft PUBLISHER. that allows you to make them. Also, if you really need the page to turn horizontal on microsoft word then go to file, page setup, and near the orienation category it should say landscape. click that. and there you go =)

hey okay i had to delete my other answer since it wouldnt let me write a new one. =) but okay well lets seeeeeeee, you can get the boys attention at the beach by wearing something REALLY HOT (not slutty, or too revealing but like you know what i mean?) and like walk past them ..or if u see a really hot guy surfing or whatever compliment him. if u see a guy just lieing there on the beach ask him a question like "oh i love the colour of your towel or i love your shorts, or u know? strike up a random conversation. at the hotel you could be like oh are u so and so's cousin? and theyll obviously say no and u can carry on a conversation SO easily from there u know? same thing as the restaurant and the boardwalk. you can just be like " oh did u drop this?" with any random item u know? and now for touching them. III personally touch ALOT when i laugh at something, like theyre arm in a flirty way. trust me. go for the arm.=) they love it. and noww, you can tease them by pretending to not be interested once you know THEYRE interested. but dont be TOO mean or else theyll get frustrated and give up. flirt, but tease them at the same time. make jokes and u know keep your options open.

A frined and I went out the other night and we went to see the movie Norbit when we were deliberating on what movie to see I asked my friend if she had already seen the movie Dream Girls because the last time we talked about the movies we both had not seen that and she said the last time she wanted to go to the movies she didn't go because she could not get anyone else to go with her, so I said whenever you want to go to the movies again call me i'll go with you. But she had already seen it so being me out of curiousity I asked when and who did you see it with not in a condescending way I just asked out of curiousity and she told me the girl she had seen it with and when they saw it. Later on that night we were talking about going to get a job interview and she told me that I might have to go along with her and another friend but she said don't tell her where we going though I don't like people like that she be asking to many questions she be wanting to know who what when where and how stuff that aint even none of her business. Do you think that was a shout out to me and do you think I was wrong for asking the question that i did?

right click, and go to settings and do everything from there. if that doesnt work maybe your computer has a virus.
