Hey, tomorrow I'll be going to an interview for a job where I'll be helping sexually abused teenagers over the phone. The thing is, Im not sure they're aware of the fact that I'm only sixteen, but even if they are.. I need advice on how to get this job. (not actually a job, I'll be volounteering, so i won't be getting payed!) What kinda thing would they like to hear? Should I dress in any sort of way to show how strong I am as a woman? First, they could ask if you've been sexually abused, which is usually an optional question, but I would answer it honestly. They shouldn't judge you solely on appearance. They're more listening to what you have to say. They may not be willing to hire you due to your age though. They may be looking for someone with a little more relationship experience, which at 16 you really don't have a lot of. They may also be looking for someone that can really relate to the teens and since you're a teen, that could be a benefit or it could hurt your chances. You never know whats going to happen. Its great that your wanting to help though. Don't regret it, even if you don't get the job, it was worth the effort.

Okay, you said not Wal*Mart, but still. At Wal*Mart they carry a bra from Hanes that is called "Loveable" They carry them in a 32C (thats my size also) and they are pushup bras and totally comfortable. Not all walmarts have them, but you can also try the Hanes website and just look up "Loveable" They have padded pushups with almost no padding and pushups that are full of padding, depending on what you are looking for. And they are only $9.99

Well .. I had just turned 14 about a month before I has sex for the first time. He was 18 and we had been together for like .. a month. I had always said I wanted to wait until I was old enough to take responsibility for my actions, but I gave in to his pressure. Before that night, I had NEVER done anything sexual with a guy outside of making out. I really regret having sex at such a young age. I would sneak out of my house just to be with him. We were together a few months after that and then he moved out of state and his best friend said he had been cheating on me the whole time. My boyfriend has the same problem with his phone. Its nothing she did, its just the phone itself. They aren't very good phones to begin with .. and i think it has something to do with the memory or something.

i had an alergic reaction to veet rasera.
it looks like i took a red ballpoint pin and drew dots all over my legs. its been there for 3 days and i can tell that they are tiny scabs.
what should i do about getting them to go away sooner and not leave scars?

It might be an allergic reaction to something in the veet. I got the same thing after using it, but my mom said it could have been because i had shaved my legs like a few days before and the skin was still tender from that. It might be like a form of razor burn. If it doesnt go away, have it looked at. I wouldn't worry too much unless it stays for awhile longer. Use unscented lotion to keep your skin from getting to dry and put neosporin on it.

I know you said besides cover-up, but in the line of make-up, try a yellow based concealer under your regular cover-up. It will conrast the purple/black in the circles and make them much less noticeable. Also, when you sleep, sleep with a liquid filled face mask, but put in the the refridgerator to get it cold. It will feel funny at first, but it really does help lessen the severity of the circles.
Other than that, you might try looking on like google or something. There are a lot of home remedy sites for stuff like that. I found these sites that you may want to look at.

It moisturizes it. Personally, i hate the smell of mayo, so i won't do it. But it is good on your hair. You'll definitely want some good smelling shampoo/conditioner after to rid your hair of the smell. But to answer your questions:
Yes, it works as a deep conditioner and No it will not bleach out your hair

Yes! Your period can last anywhere from 2 - 7 days. It just depends on your body. EVERY GIRL IS DIFFERENT. If it worries you, talk to your mom (assuming you live with her) or a close female family member. They'll know more about it

my doctor gave me an antibiotic called Minocyclin. It's amazing. You might talk to your doctor and have them look into it. They told me its a fairly minld antibiotic and if it didnt help they could increase the dosage or give me something stronger and add a topical cream to help.
Theres also an over the counter pill called Natures Cure. You buy it in like one or two month supplies, i dont remember which. Its like $10 but it does work. It comes with a cream that you put directly on the acne, and it dries them out and doesnt leave scarring. You might try that and if it doesnt work talk to your doctor.

I don't know how bad it will hurt. But on the tongue, HAVE SOMEONE ELSE DO IT! You have two major blood vessles under your tongue. If you puncture one of those, it could be fatal. You want to pierce from the bottom up and slightly angle it. And in order to pierce your tongue, you need plenty of room between those vessles and make sure your tongue is long enough. (sounds odd, but some people can barely stick out there tongue and can't get it pierced) as for the naval, make sure you don't get it in too deep. You could hit a muscle and cause damage. be extremely careful in doing both of these

Yeah.. don't go black unless your wanting it for quite a while. Something like a dark brown would be fine.. but i DO NOT recommend black.
I have black hair.. and the ONLY way to change the color after using black dye is to get it bleached out or stripped .. which will fry your hair majorly.
If you want to go dark.. use a dark brown.

Our high school requires freshmen and sophmores to do 2 hours (per year) and juniors and seniors to do 3 hours (per year) and since it was just started this year, you don't have to make up for previous years.
I do and don't like the idea. School isn't for learning to help out, its learning what you need to make it in life. It's good that they want us to help out in the community, but it shouldn't be required. The major problem i have with it : We can't sign out of our study hall and help out teachers for our "community service" I help out in the kindergarden classes daily and it doesn't count toward my service hours.
I think they should make it so if you do community service and have the other person sign for it, you should just be rewarded at graduation. Like with the cords they wear. Have a cord for the students who did the community service. More students would want to do it. Instead of feeling obligated, they could enjoy what they were doing and be doing it for the right reasons.

You might go to a dermatologist or even your family doctor and ask them to prescribe something for you. There is also a cream that they can prescribe you that is amazing. I don't know the name of it though.

Natures Cure is about $10 for a months supply. For me, it worked for a while and i saw minimal results for the first few months, and then i didnt see results at all. You take the pills twice a day. And the cream dries out your skin horribly. I hated it and wouldn't use it.
