oh thank you so much! The type of guy i really look for is a guy with wit. alot of girls absolutely hate it. if you arent naturally witty, then i wouldnt try to be it usually comes off like your thinking too much about it. the general standard for most girls is sense of humor. i look for that. people who are truly funny. i know girls think its refreshing for a guy to be polite. always good. dependable guys, even in high school girls want guys who will call whe they say they will. be there when they say they will. if you have something in common with her great, but if you don't ask her about it, and act interested. make it clear that you are interested in what shes saying. anything else, drop it in my inbox!

thats a thing that a best friend shouldnt do. first thing is to tell her that you didn't like what she had done. if she knew you liked him, then she shouldnt have made out with him, maybe she made out with him because she has feelings for him too. you need to figure that out also. if you both like him, you could see who he likes, altho, personally, after making out with your best friend, i wouldnt think of him as boyfriend material. or niether of you could have him, and it would fair in a preschool sort of way. anyways, thats not to point, you need to have a talk with both of them.

if you arent definetly sure, then you arent ready for it. and at this age, social situations are too fraglie to mess up. and this will mess it up. so wait until your absoletly ready(preferably a few years from now) and then sex will be more common.

Ok, I'm 13 and I get really bad depression. I've had it for like over a year now. I forgot what its like to actually have true happiness. And I know most teens go throug this, but mines pretty severe. Like I never want to do anything anymore, I just dont care, I hate life, And most of the time I just feel like dieing. And like ver since I got it, its screwed up my life. I lost all my friends and havent really had any in like a year. It seems easy when people just say "start making new friends" or "find an activity you like doing" or try to be happy or whatever, but its so hard. I don't know what to do about my depression. you need to tell your parent(s) so they can arrange an apppointment with a doctor, you may have chornic depression. do that first. then for now, you should find what makes you happy, if anything, and do it as often as possible. or find someone who makes you happy and talk to them as often as possible. satying busy helps me.

well he is your friend, which should make you comfortable that he will understand anything. and tho knowing whats going to happen makes you nervous now, you should be less nervous then if you didnt because then youd be wondering about it. if youre worried about doing it wrong, thats highly unlikely, its not rocket science, it comes naturally. so dont worry about that. if i were you, id just try not to think about it. or to think about in terms of, o hes coming over to hang out as a friend, and forget about everything else.

i had that problem too when i first saw that movie. the only thing that helped was realizing the unlikelyhood of that happening. and that you must likely don't have someone whod want to strangle you. maybe you could go in the bethroom when other people were there too, so you'd feel like you could call for help if needed.

every girl has one, maybe not as apparent as others, but its from being a girl. you start getting it when your going through puberty. it usually gets more apparent when you start your period. so, blame your period for this one.

a tinted moisturizer or bronzer. i prefer the tinted moisturizer because it doesnt make your face feel thick or dry. get a color thats one shade darker than your true shade, because your is pale in the morning.

My brother (he's 20) has been dating this girl (she's 22) for about 2 years on and off. The only reason they got together was because my brother found out he was the father of their now 3-year-old. They can never seem to stay together for more than 3 months at a time. But each and every single time they break up, they end up getting back together. They are together now and I found out today that he's going to ask her to marry him. The problem is this girl has caused nothing but problems for me & my family. I have an aunt who won’t even come to family gatherings if my brother's girlfriend will be there. She likes to cause problems and not a whole lot of people in my family even remotely like her. She's also had my brother thrown in jail for no reason at all when they were separated. How he can take her back after that is beyond me. I don't think she's good for him at all. I know he can do a lot better than her. I just don't know what to do. I don't want to see him marry this girl but I also want him to do what he thinks will make him happy. wow, well i think its more important for your brother to be happy than your family to like his wife. so i don't think you have to like her but you shouldnt pick fights with her or him about the situation. imagine how hard it is for them already. and even if the woman may need to change, you wouldnt be able to do that yourself. so, you should respect your brothers decision, and let him kno it.

Alright, so there was this boy that I was hanging out with like everyday for a few weeks(lets call him Matt)...I met him through a friend...he liked me and I liked him...problem was I had a boyfriend(lets call him James), but things weren't going well with him. Well anyways, according to all of Matt's friend, Matt really liked me. So my best friend (who is also a really close friend of Matt's) said that Matt wanted to go out with me, and wanted me to break up with my boyfriend so he could ask me out. Well, I wanted to go out with Matt, so I told James (my boyfriend of the time) that I wanted to cool things...and then I told Matt that me and James were in the process of breaking up. I thought Matt would like that, but instead he starting being all weird and almost acting like he was avoiding me. Then, the next day he doesn't even call (he would call me everyday). Then a few days later he did call and asked if I wanted to hang out. I said sure, and he said "Ok cool I'll call you back in a few minutes when I get to the park". maybe hes really nervous, because by you breaking up with james for him meant that there was something more between you and him. maybe hes got the jitters. you should call. see whats goin on. and if he seems like he likes you still but is jittery, you should ask him out. there is nothing wrong with that.

if he fools around with other girls, then i think you should be able to also. it sounds like from what youe described that he still likes you, but maybe is trying to see what else is out there, or doesnt want to be involved with anyone right now. don't wait for him.

I had a really crappy year in the 8th grade. I was harassed a lot, turned down by 2 guys I really liked, got straight C's, & lost a bunch of my friends. I also was accused of spreading a bunch of rumors! It sucked.
I'm really afraid to go back to school though in September. There's this group of girls who are all so mean to me for no particular reason! They constantly put me down & accuse me of spreading rumors. Towards the end of the school year, there was this rumor going around, saying that I said that some chick was cheating on her boyfriend. I never even TALKED to this girl, so I don't know why I was accused of spreading a rumor. That rumor pretty much damaged my social life & school life. I wound up getting hated on by a lot of my old friends & getting harassed by people I've never spoken to!
I'm doing better now, because I have better friends now & I'm a lot more selfconfident. I'm really afraid to go back to school, though. What should I do if anyone gives me crap again? (link)

i remember being given crap alot one year in middle school. and i too had problems dealing with it. but i realized the best thing to do is to let them know that what they are doing or saying doesnt bother you. because they are teasing to get your goat. and if you dont allow that to happen, theres no point in them teasing you anymore. even if this doesnt stop all of the teasing. you'll feel better by not letting it bother you.
