..Well i dont do any sports or anything so i have like no muscle on my arms and i am really thin..I would just to get some muscles and a six pack can anyone help mee with that and tell me what to do?

..Well thats okay they you dont do sports..It doesnt really matter or not..Just do some crunchs a day and do pushups and only do a little bit of them a day and then every week add like 5 more to the push ups..Hope i helped`

Every year we vote for who is president, vice pres, officer at large, secretary, and treasurer.
I am running for secretary. we were making signs and all happy when my BEST friend said she is running for secretary also. i dont want us to get mad at e/o if one of us wins and one doesnt.
but there might even be a chance neither of us wins. what do i do if one of us doesnt win....

There's this kid , and he's in my junior high class. He hangs out with all the biaches in my class, and his "girlfriend", but all they really do is make-out at parties and stuff. I have had my nose pierced for 2 months. My school doesnt allow piercings. I went to a tattoo place to get a nose retainer the clear ring she said I cant use it because it will get stuck in my nose or some b/s like that. Would it be ok if I went ahead and got one? I will rate 5's!
