hmmmmmm...ok...if u have windows, go to my aim at the top of ur buddy list, select my options, and click on change password
if u have macintosh, From the Edit menu, select Account Options, and then select Password.

ive been takin these pain reliever pills that have sleep aid in them to help me sleep, nd then last night i tried to not take them nd i was layin in bed from 1am to 6am wen i desided to take them cuz i couldnt sleep wit out them even tho i was so tired my eyes could hardly stay open but once i closed my eyes to go to sleep i couldnt get to sleep! so idk but i think i mite be like addicted to the sleepy pills, so wut should i do to get UN addicted nd still get the sleep i need??

well, you sound sorta addicted to them...hate to break it to you..you would want to taper down on them...get one of your parents to help...like say you r takin 10 mg of that pill...you want to take it like 3 days in a row, then skip a day, 2days, skip a day, 1 day skip a day, then 5 mg for like 5 or 6 days, skip a day, etc. try talking to your doctor about it, and i hope i helped! good luck!

ok im 13 and i havnt gotten my period yet... lately i have been really emotional like the other day i was at my friends and i called my mom to see when she was gonna pick me up and i just like broke down crying... and like my friend said how i curse alot and like idk why but i felt like i was gonna cry... is this a sign that im going ot get my period? and what are some other signs that im goin to get my period soon... thanx alot... i will rate!

I'm 13, and I am 5`1. Is there any ways I can grow taller? I heard that after you get your period, you stop growing, but i want to keep growing, because I got mine at an early age (9). My mom said that Yoga will add PLENTY of inches (maybe up to 5`6) , but is there another way that I can get taller? Thanks. (link)

idk about that...cuz u heard right...after like..1-2 years after u get it u stop growing..thats wut my mom told me ((n shes a nurse))..but dont worry about being short...my friend is 13 and he is only like...4'8 or somethin idk i dnt measure him lol..if yoga will help then try it! go for it if u really wanna b taller!! alright hope i helped!

Ok well i'm 13 and i was getting to know this girl. She just broke up with her bf. And she told me that she liked me. C the thing is i didn't know her that well and i started to try and talk to her more. I was starting to like her but i've only seen her once and only talk to her online. But i started to like her. well, my mom did this when she wuz in school..u get like 5 pots of the same plant, and u give one regular water, one orange juice, one milk, one a water and powdered drink mix, and one a soda...then u test it for like a week, and record each plant for a day to c wut worked best...haha it sounds funny but it could b interestin...good luck!!!
