how do i lose 20 pounds in 4 weeks??
all you have to do it get up and eat breakfast, if uve heard the saying breakfast is the most important meal of the day whoever sayd that is beyond true. if u dont eat breakfast you will gain wait. also if u do start losing wait by eating healthy and exsersising dont get worried if u gain wait before you lose it bacause before you lose wait you gain wait because your body feeds off you muscles before your fat. that all i got to say talk to u later.
i am 14 years old and i am pregnate. my mom wants me to give the baby up for adoption but the father of my baby doesn't want me to give it up. i am 7 months pregnate and i don't know what to do. it is a girl and i am afriad that if something goes wrong and i can't have children again and i give this one up i am never going to have a baby again. what should i do?
im 14 and i know i couldnt take care of a kid but its really very sad to give up a child u just carried around for 9 months. so this is one of your decisons u have to make for youself make a good one.

okay dont tell a guy not to flirt with u like dont get all defensive or something. but if guys are asking for handjobs? youll get a reputation as a big slut. so the next time a guy starts feeling you up or sumthing just look at him give him a weird look and be like what are you doing??? theyll get the hint.
is it a good think when a guy calls u a barbie?
if u are a prep i guess but if some guy walks by and calls u a barbie usually he is making fun of u cuz u r dressing like a super model or something, or care about what u look lik to much. but if a friend says it to u in a non-mean way.. then i guess he could be calling u perfect like barbie.
i cant sleep EVER! i've had trouble sleeping all my life. I'll go thru times when i can fall asleep within 1.5-2 hours which is great but anlot of the time it takes atleast 3-4 hours to fall asleep. For the past few nights its been even worse. i couldnt fall asleep untill 7.00 am :(
its a nightmare! what should i do
ps i have seen my regular dr. but all she said was to do things to relaxe but it doesnt help!
well if uve tried sleeping pills and stuff then u cant fight it ur an insomniac i cant sleep either... its 4:06 in the morning right now. but another reason u may not b able to sleep is because you sleep during the day?? just a thought.

if your like drunk and u wanna puke then u can stick ur fingures down ur throat and do it cuz when ur in that state it really doesnt matter. but if ur doing it for some other reason... then if u absolutally cant stand something lik fish or some kind of alcohal that uve thrown up from b4 it makes u gag and youll throw up.

Okay, I like this guy, he's 20 and I am only 16. No he's not a rapest. He's got alot of respect for me and my father (he's afraid of him) and also he won't date because I am too young. okay i can understand why u feel this way im only 14 and i feel that way all the time unwanted alone and like noone wants to be best friends with me... ive thought about suicide but then when i thought about it more and more it seems like a selfish thing to do. think of how your friends would feel and yes if u were thinking i have no friends, if u go to school you have friends if u died the whole town will be affected ive lost a friend in highschool that i barely knew and eveveryone knows who he is now. now if you are hurting your slef you should really think about seeing a councilor or something, maybe they can find out just what is making you feel this way. maybe you lost a boyfriend you really cared about or friend but time heals and killing yourself isnt the way to go. it doesnt just hurt you it hurts everyone around you and i say this with all seriousness. think twice about it and look at your future, youll make the right decision.
