There isn't a way you can really get someone to LIKE you, but you can try and open up to them. I think all it takes really is a bit of confidence to bag the guy you want.

Ok I have a friend and he 'ACCENDENTLY' hit a guy in the head with a golfball. His head was bleeding terrable and I want to get my friend out of trouble because he already has like 15 more days in detention!! But anyway there are these girls that are preps thats ratting out on him so me and my friends made up a story that he was with us. The school cannot say that his actions were completely intentional and he did it unpurpose. I think the best thing is to tell the truth, but if you already lied it's going to rise questions why you lied and why you just didn't say it was an accident in the first place.
Honesty is the best policy. It could get worse if you just make up lies about it, then you all could be in trouble.

Same thing kinda....if you smoke weed, then doesn't it lead to like coke, and heroin? And all those club drugs? I've beenn partying a lot lately, and I've noticed afterwards, I was drunk or high, with out realzing it! I'm only 13.(going on 30...lol).. and I'm already in the world of sex and drugs! Wait, not sex...not yet at least. But if I keep this up, how will that affect me later on? I knew the answer, but I keep forgetting things!!! It's so frustrating. But I can't stop. It's like going to work without clothes on. You need clothes. I need drugs! But I wanna stop. But I can't! See what I mean? I'M A NUT JOB! And I've noticed I'm paranoid...so, yeah.. You should probably cut the parties for now until you become a more responsible person and make wiser choices.
People say that weed is a gateway drug, but.. I've smoked a few times and I have yet to do anything else but that.
If you're really having problems stopping then I think the best thing for you to do is to seek help. You might have an addiction to drugs =/

I had dinner with a friend of mine and at the end of the meal I applied a fresh coat of lipgloss. I looked up at him while doing this and he was gazing deeply into my eyes. The gaze lasted for about 10 seconds and he looked like he was getting turned on. Then I started sucking on a sucker that the restaurant gave us and he told me I had a sucker fetish.
Does this mean he thinks of me as more than a friend? Because it sure felt that way to me. (link)

With his looks and him telling you what a sucker fetish he had, I think he's into you. Flirt with him a little to see what kinds of other reactions he gives, if they're positive then you know he's truly into you.

i really want a baby of my own but i'm only 14. is that bad? i want a baby by the time i am a sophmore in high school. i am very motherly and plenty mature enough, i babysit all the time.
i have a boy in mind that i would want to get me pregnant and i'm sure he would have sex with me, but i know he wouldnt want to be a father at 15 or 16. (he's a year older than me) he's not my boyfriend, but he used to be,
i love him with all my heart and i know he already wants to move closer to me for college but still, thats a couple years away.
my family loves him and his family and his family feels the same way. i'm sure my family would help me out as much as they could if i did get pregnant, but still....
help!! any advice at all would be wonderful.
is it bad that i want a baby so bad? should i like, seduce this guy and have sex with him? what if he denies having sex with me if i do have a baby? what if he stops loving me because of me having a child?

It's not a bad thing, it's great that you want to be a mother. But you have all the time in the world for a bouncing baby.
You can't expect this guy to just get you pregnant. That's a lot on his shoulders, and that is a big responsibility for the two of you. Have you talked to your parents about this? Just imagine what they would think, they probably wouldn't be very open to the idea becuase you're so young.
What kind of life could you give this baby at 15? How is this going to affect you at school? You can't rely on just your parents and family to help you out. You'll have to get a job, and being so young they won't really pay you very well or give you the kinds of hours you'll need.
Don't you want your own place for your baby? And to have a good job with nice pay so you can afford to get your baby nice things? You'll want a father there too who is fully dedicated to that decision. Build yourself a nest egg before you have a child, I know with as much as you want one the wait is going to be a struggle.. but believe me.. it's going to be your best choice in the longer run.

Think of something that doesn't intimidate you. Like, think of it as looking a puppy in the eye. I know how lame that sounds but it might help.
Try to imagine them even as a really nice and awesome person. Try to be the intimidating one even. Just tell yourself "I'm going to look you in the eyes when I talk to you/someone."

Okay.... I have a big question and I dont know what to do.. sooo.. Okay. My mom has this problem that she wont let me date anyone thats 16 and older. I am 14 right now. I was melested when I was 12 by my brothers friend who was 18 at the time. So my mom is paranoid about me having older boyfriends. I think she needs to get through her mind that not ALL guys are the same. She thinks that older guys are more "experienced". So there is this guy. I told my mom alooot about him and I told her that he was a sophmore and he was 15. But then I found out that he was 16!! And like an idiot I told my mom. Now... I like him sooooo much!!!!!!!! Your mom has every right to be paranoid, but she also needs to really keep an open mind about who you date.
If this guy is into you then you should have him go out on a line and talk to your mother and tell her what his intentions are with you. She'll probably feel a lot more better once she meets him and they sit down and talk. She can get to know him and feel a lot more open to you guys having a relationship.

I am 17 and a female. I am wanting to get blonde highlights. I tried the lemon juice out in the sun thing and it doesn't work on my light brown hair. I told my mom I want to go to a salon and get blonde highlights put in my hair. My mom is willing to let me get it done. Is highlights safe for the hair? Does is damage it or make hair fall out? Please let me know and if you can find any helpful sites on this please post it.

I've had highlights put in my hair before and it hasn't damaged my hair or anything. It was perfectly fine and nothing at all to worry about. Highlights can be quite expensive though at salons. I know here they charge about 60 bucks.

You really have to persue them. After about 2 or 3 days call the places you applied to and ask for someone who reviews the applications and explain to them you applied and you wanted to know if your application had been reviewed.
Honestly, they'll hire anyone at fast food places. I know around here there are a bunch of 14,15,16 year olds working. Being that you're older than 16 it's probably a plus to them. So give them all a call and just ask what the deal is.

My parents went some time ago to try and get theres. With them working all the time they could only do a few classes a night and such. I think the time expectancy for them to get it done was 6-8months?

I'd clutch his side, just put your arm around him and push yourself against him like a damsel all in distress.
Or maybe run behind him, and still put your hands on his sides. Sometimes guys like a girl that they can be sort of protective over so you may get a really good reaction out of him.

I was wondering about Planned Parenthood. I know that you can go there and get condoms, birth control, morning-after-pill, etc. but I had a few questions. Can you just go in there and get condoms or do you have to like sit down and talk with a few people there with them asking you questions and saying make sure you're safe and ready, etc? Also, if you go there to get birth control, do they have to give you an exam "down there" or what all do they do? Plus, they don't tell your parents about it.. do they? I heard they were completly confidental. I'm just curious!! I rate high. (link)

When I was 16 I went to planned parenthood. As far as I know they will give you condoms without any question.
For everything else - pills, shots, ect you have to get an pap(a down there examination) and they'll probably also test you for STDS and such.
I don't know if they rules have changed with how they keep everything confidential or not. When I went.. as far as I know.. everything was confidential.

i am 14 im about 5'4 or 5'5 i weigh 135 pounds. i am very muscular with muscular legs and arms. I am gaining weight and its going right to my stomache.. i know i am eating poorly but i am excersizing daily b/c i am in athletics currently involved in volleyball. I will be in off season soon for basketball so i will lose acouple pounds off of that. I really want to lose weight! Any ideas to get my mind off of junk food and start losing weight >>FAST (link)

Nothing compares to the goodness of junkfood, it's an addiction and it's hard to get your mind off of. Substituting carrots might help, find a really good healthy snack! Like.. granny smith apples with a little bit of carmel. Granny smith's have something that help burn fat.
Or eat just a little bit of junk food at a time. Try to train yourself to eat smaller portions if you can't totally ween yourself from chocolatly goodness.
Get rid of soda completely from your diet! All I did was cut out soda from my diet and lost 5lbs in two weeks.
Instead of having anything fried, get it baked. It'll help =D
Don't burn yourself out with all that exercise, you'll regret it. Just exercise normally, or give yourself just a LITTLE extra push.

Call him up and ask him if he can hang out. Try getting some personal time with him to cheer him up or make him happy. He may not come right out to anyone about how he feels, so try to not really pry it.. but offer him any kind of comfort and let him know that you and a lot of other people are there for him if he ever needs them.

We need all the time we can get to put together stuff. They'll probably ask you why they think that you would be a good canidate to work at KB toys and why they should hire you.
Then they'll ask what kind of person you are, and maybe ask you to explain some things about your life.
Try to look professional as possible. Black pants, or pinstripped... khaki. A nice shirt.

Tell him what you just asked our advice on. Tell him you like him, you think he's great. You're just afraid that if you guys get into a relationship and break up that you won't have what you once did.
It's not totally impossible though. I went out with one of my best friends and when we broke up we were still best friends, nothing really had changed other than the fact we were slightly intimate with eachother.

Try to gain back his trust again. Apologize. Explain that you were mad and you didn't mean to let things just slip like that. Just try your best to talk to him in a civil manner, gain back that friendship.
