ive out grown my hair for about a year+ now and my end are toally split like alot

i want to bleach my hair so i can color it w/ manic panic products [pink+] so here are my questions :

is it a good idea to bleach my hair ?

should i cut before or not do it at all[bleach]?

What can i do to not damage my hair anymore than it already is ?

if i bleach it myself how long should i leave it?

How severe will the damage o my hair be if i self bleach for too long ?

If I were you, I wouldn't bleach my hair. It is extrememly damaging and will cause splitting and breakage. If you still want to have it bleached, I would suggest you going to a salon and having is professionally done. Although this is a little more costly, the hair stylist will know exactly how long to treat it for, and the best products to use. Other than that, if you starighten your hair or use any kind of heat on it, be sure to use a product beforehand to help it not get so dried out.

alright...im 17 and my boyfreind is 20 and is like 2 hours away at college. I really have been thinking hard of what to get him for chirstmas and i really have no idea. he doesnt wear cologne, we dont have many pictures of both of us together, so i cant make a scrap book and he already has tons of picture frames of the pictures we do have. You can get a really big stocking, and put his name on it. Then, fill it with a lot of little things that you know he will like. This is a sweet way of putting something together yourself instead of buying one thing from the store.

You could get him a coupon book to go with his gift. They sell these at local gag-gift type stores. In my town, the store is called Spencer's. They have coupons in them for things like strip teases, trying a new sex position and things like that.

This stuff is different for everyone. When I had sex the first time, it was more like pressure than pain. I also didin't bleed at all. It also didn't hurt me the first time I was fingered. Stretching and masturbation can help.

okay, well... i started my period on December 3rd, and it's about to end today... which is December 6th. while i was on my period.. like.. since day one. i had a REALLY heavy flow.. i mean.. gross you know? lol. is it normal if it ended early since i had a heavy flow?

Yes, this is certainly normal. Since you have just started your period, it isn't regular yet. It will vary each month. Next month you may bleed lightly and for a longer time. Don't worry about the length and the flow until your preiod is a little more regular from month to month.

Like the person said below me, not every girl bleeds from their first time having sex. I didn't bleed at all. I am not exactly sure what the blood is from in detail, but I do know that the slang term is "popping your cherry."

I still think it probably has something to do with the fact that you're about to start your period. Every girl's body is different. Like i said, wait and see if it stops after your period. If not, then you probably need to let someone know so that you can go to the doctor.

If you are afraid of telling him because you think you might make him angry or embarrass him, you could guide his hand. Next time you're in the moment, take his hand and put it where it should be. Most guys actually perceive this as a turn-on.

ok im 15 yrs old and i have a boyfriend, and i know that at some point im going to have to get birth control pills but i dont know how to go about doing it. i highly doubt that im going to be sexually active any time in the near future but id still like to have them just in case we make that decision. i should probably add that ive never been to the gynos before so a little insight on that would be helpful too.

When you start on birth control, it can take up to 2 months of regularly taking them before they start working to their full potential. Therefore, it would be better to start early than at the spur of the moment. If you call your local Health Department, they will be able to give you all kinds of information on birth control, where to get it, good kinds, etc.

Okay well there are a couple of different things I can think of. Even though you are not sexually active, it could still be a fluid let out from getting "excited." If you get aroused, stuff will sometimes come out. If you haven't started your period yet or if it's around the time for your regular period, it could be discharge. If it doesn't subside within a week, I would try talking to your mom about it. I am sure she would understand and probably take you to a doctor. She was a young girl once too, you know!

I think this is a great idea!! This is the kind of stuff I do for gifts; I just think it is much cuter and means more. Put a nice big bow on the basket and a card with a little note inside. As a cute, silly gift for the inside, make him a coupon book. The coupons can say things like "One free kiss" or "One movie of your choice". I think all together your present will be adorable and he will really appreciate it!

I know that since you like him, all of this must sound pretty great to you. But if he did stuff with you and then decided he still didn't want to be your boyfriend, it would be very sad for you. I think you can go to the movies with him and spend some other time with him also. Just get to know him a little better before you go very far. If he likes you, you two could start dating and then you can go further with him if you are comfortable.

With all do respect, the girl below me is inaccurate in her answer. You can still have a period for the first couple of months after pregnancy. I am currently pregnant, and I had a period the first month after conceiving. All you can really do is take a test. I advise you to wait about a week, because some home pregnancy tests don't work if it's too soon.

i just started dating this guy about a week and a half ago. he has been one of my best friends for about 4 years now. we're really crazy about each other and i'ts great because we've been so close for so long. now comes the hard part...

As hurtful as it can be, some guys will even break up with you if they don't get any. Also, if you find a guy that you really like and want to be with, you may have an inner struggle with yourself. Your hormones will start racing and you'll get aroused. It will be difficult, but I encourage you to stand by what you believe.

A girl being easy means that it wouldn't take much to get her to sleep with someone. A guy may think someone is easy if they hear a lot of stories from other guys about things she has done, or if she is someone who flirts and has had a lot of boyfriends.
