Hey, im 5'6" and weigh about 119 lbs. Is that skinny, average, or what? I look more chubbier than people with the SAME height AND weight as me. Also -- ive tried eatting healthy, stop drinking soda, and running, but i cant seem to get rid of my love handles around my sides and lower back. Its so emabrassing AND obvious through my shirts..if you've gotten rid of yours, how did you do it? Thanks
hey,well dude thats not fat at all..its just baby fat alot of ppl have loose fat around hips and arms and legs and sides and stuff that just adds extra weight to what u already way so just eat healthy maybe jog or run about 3 laps maybe and go walkin everyday and do exersizes allll wayz works to alot of ppl i know!!! dont worry it will work it out just perfect..hope this advice works good luck!!

i've gotten really depressed lately. my parents relationship is (excuse my french) going to hell, and my sibs are mixed with alchohol.
my little sis is spoiled like god only knows, and i'm kinda left to life in the middle. i guess my mirror has a little play too... i'm 14, weigh 200lbs, and am 5'7. i'm starting to not eat that much anymore, and i really need some help with this.

Well parents relationships happen like this all the time im sure your parents will work things out what you just need to focus more on is your sibs and yourself..now my brother is spoiled like your sister he gets everything and i get barley anything in less i ask and thats hardley ever and i get a simple no..inless i beg lol..your sibs need a little help alchohol isnt the solution to take care of things if they are depressed..and theres nothing wrong with you..you just are goin through a fase probably right now..and dont starve yourself its really bad for you and your health issues..DONT CARE WUT PPL THINK as long as your happy with yourself thats all that matterz really..good luck with this one

Ok so theres a guy I met like last year and I was actually 14 then. I met him when he was down on vacaion. We tried to make it work but it didn't because he never moved down because his dad found a job up there. I still know his AIM/Email. Should I try to contact him? What should I say? This sounds crazy but I think about him all the time and love him sooo much. I'm sure the love is strong enough the distance now wouldn't be a issue. What should I do?

Go for it..Im him or email him..he might have a feelin for you and if you like him then you would talk to him..and dont worry ive been through this alot or several times it will work out for you just put a couple of moves down talk to him and it wont be such a common issue in your life hope this works for you..good luck!!

Ok, I think i have an eating problem but i`m not sure. I have a tremendouse fear of gaining weight and i honestly can`t help it. I`m starting modeling soon and so I feel like I HAVE to look thin. I`m not eating period and my friend`s are starting to notice so when they make me eat I throw it up. My boyfriend says he`ll quit doing drug`s if i start eating again wich mean`s the world to me but everytime i start eating again I start crying in fear of gaining weight and throw it up then feel terrible. I don`t think i have an "eating disorder" but it`s kind of hard to tell when all of your friend`s are "concerened" that your loosing weight and your starting to look "sick". They say i`m starting to look to skinny, I have bag`s under my eye`s, and i`m getting pale. I can`t eat properly it`s just to hard. I`ve been extreamly depressed latley. Do I have an eating disorer? Someone help me please !!

Well it could be 1 of many things..You could have a eatin disorder which theres a kinda eatin deise called anerexa lol sry cant spell thats what its callled i think..its like everytime you eat something you might throw it up..if you are really really concerened about this subject about you..you should contact or go see a doctor cause if u dont take care of it now and find out wuts wrong you could get very ill..so u need to go check up on it by a doctor....dont be scared...good luck on this one

Hello..when dogs do that its very natural when i had a dog it use to do that alot..its just either tryin to tell you to play with it or its just havin fun with its self..if other wise if u get the point that maybe theres something wrong you should take it to a vet..but its very normal as i know of..good luck with this one

Well its really easy if u ask me..All you do is put your lips together and slowly enter your tounge and just move it around in his mouth just play around with each others tounge like make circles around each others or bite on it or just wut ever is comfortable to you and him..good luck with this one!

That sounds like me ..i got to put up wit it every day the name callin and everything else..im 11 and hes gunna turn 16 in december he just picks on me cause he has nothing better to do..enough about my life lol...You should just talk to him about it or just ignore him..and sooner or later he will get the point that you dont care and maybe he will stop doing it i alwayz ignore my brother and he stops after a while..Good luck with this one!!

does it hurt when they put them on?

Hello well i dont have braces i might have to get them but one of my best friends got them and told me they didnt hurt when she got them..she said after u get them a couple days later they will get sore a little and you wont be able to eat or drink certain things..Dont get scared im pretty sure they will not hurt..GOOD LUCK!!
