This is my second year running track. I was in the store buying some more track shoes and I saw a young man trying them on without socks. I have never ran without socks and I wanted to know if it was a difference? Thank you for you help in advance!

hey, well i think it was a date. she didnt say just going as friends, which would be clearifying it to be not a date. you should ask her out somewhere next time and if she says yes, then she likes you!
alright so my hair is naturally wavy. and this thing i hate about it is that in the summer is perfect and in the cold it is so not. like its straight in the front and wavy on the bottom and too poofy or what ever. sometimes its perfect and sometimes not. i ussaully just let it go natural or straighten it but thats getting boring. it also is getting split ends like CRAZY. i dont even straighten it that much. i put stuff on my hair before i straighten it too so that it wont happen.
so any really good hair ideas.. nothing stupid- serouisly.also i wanna know how i can like... make my hair perfect wavy.. not just like weird wavy haha. something like this:...but no gell if thats possible.

Okay, when I went tanning today, I went nude...obviously...so when I got home, I noticed a white line from my but to my shoulder on both sides. This has never happened before and I'm wondering why those to stripes didn't tan or whatnot.?????
Also, I'm guessing I have to raise my arms to get my sides tanned..right?
hey, well that usually happens to people in different areas depending on how they lay. move in a position that you think will make those stripes tan. only stay there for a little bit tho, you dont want to waste all your time doing one spot.

Okay so yes i'm 14 and people say your to young to be in love. But I know I am. Me and my friend Nathan have liked each other for the longest time...over a year! But I dont live by him anymore. He tells me that he loves me and that he cares for me and no matter what he loves me...but he has a g.f and he said his name on myspace (I think I found my love) was about me..but i told him i didnt beleive him because he has a g/f and unless he put my name there i wouldnt know or not. Then I saw his away message on aim today saying that he was talking to his LOVE amber...his g.f and i just sat there and in my head said (I knew he didnt mean it) I dont think he ever loved me even tho he says he does...

hey, first of all he has a girlfriend. thats a big redflag. if he really loved you and wanted to be with you he would have broken up with her and he would be with you right now. in my opinion hes leading you on. i would just stay away from him all together. but since you love him, have a talk with him. say what i just said to you. if he still doesnt take action and break up with his girlfriend, then screw him. you need someone whos going to love you for you and appreciate you.

hey, well you already straighten it. why not straighten it but try different styles. wear it in a ponytail, half up half down, or down with a hair scarf. with all of those styles you can put your bangs down or use a clip and create a bump. if you dont have bangs i suggest that you get them. there very stylish whether there sideswept or just straight across.

theres also the pantene curl hyrdration line. they have shampoo, conditioner, gel, mouse, and anti-frizz cream. thats all products for scrunching. you can get them at like cvs or those kind of stores.
the styles that i told you to do with straight hair you can also do when you scrunch your hair. theres also pigtails and braids and messy buns.
crimping your hair is also an option. for light crimping you can use a crimper. for maximum crimping, braid your entire hair with little braids while its wet. then sleep on it. make sure they can be in there for at least 10 hours. take them out in the morning and then stlye it.

hey, well http://www.xanga.com always has cute pictures. you have to click on blogrings. then in the search areas type something like "photos", "pictures", or "pics". then youll see a bunch of catchy headlines like "pics right here!" or "we make the best pics!". click on one of those. tip: the ones with the most total members are usually the best ones to click on. once you click on one there will be more catchy headlines like "oh so lovely pics". click on one of those and then there should be pictures there!

hey, well it depends how many stops the limo driver has to make [like picking up people in the limo] and how far away the last person getting picked up lives from the concert location. i would say on average one hour and a half-two hours. that way you can settle in the concert, buy drinks and food, and just hangout. ive been to a christina concert when she first came out. she was pretty amazing.

hey, well that dress is very pretty! if your the type that loves to dance your going to get hot easily, so i wouldnt spend too much money for something to wear over the dress. i would check in your closet or ask around like your relatives and friends if they have anything cute that would look good with your dress to borrow. if you just wanted to buy your own thing i would go for something with the style of this.

hey, well usually when someone gives back there stuff to them, they take it as a breakup. if you want to be together with him still, be the bigger person and email first. i dont understand why you would want to be with someone that has feelings for someone else besides you. you deserve someone who likes/loves you, and only you.

hey, well yeah thats a little early for my liking also. you sound like you dont even like him or want to be with him. if thats the case and you see him as more of a friend, dont string him along. breakup with him. another option for you would be this: take a break with him as for relationship status. just be very good friends and hangout and get to know each other better before starting a relationship. if you dont want to do either of those and just want to stay how you are but just have him not rush things, then just tell him that you dont feel comfortable when he says "i love you". tell him that you like him, but you just want to get to know him better first. tell him that "i love you" has a strong meaning to you, and just cant be tossed around like saying "whats up"?

so ..a little less than a month ago. i lost my best friend. because we got in an arguement.. and then the guy her, her sis and her mom were livng with beat up her mom and they had to move. we fixed everything with the arguement that we had...but she moved 45minutes away with her aunt. and her sister moved 4hours away with her grandmother. and it sucks. well..my friend decided she was gonna find a place here to stay so she couild finish up her senior year at our highschool. i offered to let her stay with me. and my family wanted her to stay with us. but..because her aunt doesnt like me...she couldnt move in with me. and now..she lives with this i used to be friends with but her and i drifted apart about a year ago. and i guess that s parents ...i dont know why..but they do..and now i cant even talk to my best friend because if she gets caught talking to me...then she gets kicked out of their house..and she doesnt want to be disrespectful to them after they took her in..i dont want to be selfish...because i know she has a lot of stuff going on in her life right now..but..i still have to think about myself. is that fair that i should have to wait until after graduation to even have a friendship with a ive been best friends with for a long time? just because people she knows dont like me? my friend will be 18 in less than a month..and the way i see it..once shes 18 shes pretty much free to do what she wants and stay where she wants to..am i wrong? i dont know really how to explain this whole situation besides by saying that it really sucks..because she keeps telling me that in a few months after graduation we can pick our friendship back up where we left it...but im really hurt by all of this. im hurt by the fact that just because people she knows dont like me..that i get pusehd off to the side..yet she can still call me her best friend? it just hurts..because i went from seeing her every single day..to not even being able to have a conversation with her..and she doesnt seem to care enough to talk to me. she thinks in a few months we can just pick up where we left off and everything will be fine..but im not sure that it will be..i want it to be..but im really hurt by all of this..and i dont know if i cant just brush if off my shoulders in a few months..HELP ME!! what should i do. sorry this is sooo long.
hey, well i understand why she wont talk to you now. i think that she loves you and that she wants to be your bestfriend, but if she ever does get caught talking to you, she doesnt want to be left in the middle of the street with no where to go. i agree with you that when she turns eighteen that she should be able to live where she wants to. i think that the right thing to do would be to thank her aunt for letting her stay with, but then move in with you the day that she turns eighteen. she might loose her relationship with her aunt for the sole fact that she ended up moving in with you, but who wants to have a relationship with someone that blocks you from seeing your bestfriend of many years.

My family is quite boring and we never go on big trips. I live in Rhode Island (the smallest state in the country) and my dad thinks trips to the city next to us is fun. the drive is 10 minutes and it's no fun. we've went to New Hampshire twice every year for the past 13 years. yeah it's boring now. and we've never gotten to the West Coast or even in the MidWest. I've been to Florida before when i was 7 but we drove and it was the worst drive in my life. my mom and sister are afraid to go on planes. i've never been on a plane before but i'm not scared. i really want to travel around the country and see different places and i feel like i'm wasting my life not going anyhere. my mom and sister are also afraid of boats and trains so thats out of the question. i really would like to go to Aruba or California or Minnesota (mall of america) but i'll never get to go. this summer we are going to pennsylvania (we're driving.) we never go anywhere fun and i want to get out of the NorthEast and explore other places. my best friend moved to texas and wants us to visit her and theres no way we can drive.
i really want to persuade my dad to go on vacation with me since my mom and sister won't go by anything other than a car. i've never even been on a plane and i just want to live a little
hey, lol sorry i had to laugh. there afraid of planes, boats, AND trains?! haha. anyways, its a good idea just asking your dad to go with you. but it might spark up some jealously and hurtful feelings. you should have a family meeting and purpose the idea there. talk to each family member individually and save your dad for last.
