everytime i get out of the shower my knees are all red and parts of my legs. why is this and is this bad?
the water might be too hot. its sorta bad for your skin, but it happens to me to.
my hair is straight already, but sometimes it flips on the ends. do you think it would be dumb if i got a straightener even though my hair is already straight?

i'm 13(male). my brother is 10(male).
i've shared a room with him since the day he was born. when i was 7 or 8, we switched to bunk-beds. the ladder up to the top is prety much the only place of privacy i have, other than the bathroom. my family isn't the richest in the world, but we're in a pretty good financial situation compared to others (my mom is a college professer, my dad is a newswriter). my question is, am i selfish for asking for my own room. we've been searching for about a year give or take, and have been outbid in 3 situations so far. currently we're in the midst of bidding.
sometimes i do feel selfish, because my parents are slightly older, and i feel that i'm taking away too much of their retirement funds. (this isn't exactly all for me, the neighborhood we're in now is pretty bad for them, for ex: my view from my room is at my neighbors dark green pool, 10 feet away, and theirs noise pollution from the other side from a stupid bird, which drives my parents nuts.) so am i asking for too much?

Some of my friends tell me that I shop at expensive places. I pretty much shop at Abercrombie, American Eagle, and sometimes at Express. But there's more expensive stuff that I could get. And they say that I'm ubsessed with Abercrombie because I have lots of stuff from there. Is this true??
no i shop there too. i mean they can be expensive but like in my city there is nowhere else to shop. your not obsessed and yea there is alot of other expensive stuff.
Ok im a 14 year old girl that needs help! i cant wear tampons. ever time i try to put one in it doesnt go in all the way or it hurts. I've tried many times and its just not happening. THis is the problem. Spring break is coming up and im going to florida with a bunch of ppl, Just my luck its the same week as my period. I mean i cant wear a pad with a bathing suit! nd plus there are gonna b tons of hot guys. wear jeans (its non formal) and a cute shirt. then just do your makeup natural but maybe like a shimmery eye shadow and cute lip gloss. good luck!
i skate and have just gotten to the part where you are required to lift your legs high up to the side . ( you stick your arms out so you are in a T-shape , and you lift your leg up so that one of your hands are holding your feet , while keeping the leg you are lifting straight ) i can't lift my leg high enough . does anyone know any excercises that can help this ?
well i am a figure skater too and you must be talking about spirals. yea they suck major! i hate them but . just do splits and when you lift your leg on the ice and try and lift it higher make sure you dont lean too far forward or BOOM! you fall. keep your back arched and lift.
I can't make up my mind as to what style I want to wear everyday..one day I will want to be all nice and dressed up...you know, stiletto shoes, a cute sweater, nice pants from Express..the next I'll want a grungey, hippiesh Urban Outfitters look...the next I'll want cute and preppy and so on...

I have a problem with my clothes. I don't mind the way I dress or anything...I just feel I need to change something..add more style to me. I usually wear jeans, skateboarding shoes, hoodies and fitted tees/layeredtees, what can I ADD to this to make my clothes more......exciting? I'm about to buy a new straightener and I wanna make sure I get a good one this time.. I need some advice on what kind of straightener to get (cereamic, glass, gold, etc). Well, I am 13 going on 14, and I would like to have a party. My parents are strict..and for the past years my party has been just a sleepover with 2-3 girls. Wth, I know. That is certainly NOT a party. So, my problem is..I have so many friends, and I'm tired of narrowing down to 2-3 for a sleepover. I'm thinking of inviting around 10 people, maximum, because my parents will probably be pissssed. Ahaha. So, does anyone have an idea of what we can do? I don't want to go bowling..or golfing, OR see a movie, really. I wanna have a cool party, a fun one. My birthday's January 9th, but my party's not until later.
