Hello. I don't really know how this works, but I am taking a crack at it. Lately, I have been reading many sites that teenage girls like me have been making about anorexia. Most often then not they are praising it, but I have found few who tell me to look away. I am about to be 15 years old in a month. Soon, I am going back to school. I weigh 204lbs. Everyone tells me I don't look overweight, but its not just the way I look. I feel heavy. I feel sick and digusted, but I when I read these websites I get inspired to lose weight. Though, never to such an extreme as to starving myself. Are there any diets or tips out there that can help me? I'm feeling really inadequate.
ok here's a diet that is a healthy way to lose weight . . .
*eat 6 healthy meals a day! small proportions, preferably 1-2 cups!
*drink lots of water! no soft drinks!
*don't eat a lot of salt bc that makes you retain water wich means water weight!
*if you do get hungary have a little snack like fruit or veggies!
*run,do crunches, swim, or any other excercises everyday!

I swear I'm not trying to brag, I'm 13 and only like 70 pounds, I sit in front of my computer all day, I eat a bunch of crap food, I go to McDonalds all the time, but you can still see my spine through the front. How can I gain weight? I rate high usually, but smartass answers will just result in me asking "Why do you suck so much?" as one of those personal questions.
*eat 3 meals a day, eat until you are full, drink lots of water, eat healthy, and have snacks if you get hungary in between meals! ik it sounds like a diet but just trust me!
*work out by lifting and running wich will help you gain muscle! muscle weighs more than fat! by eat healthy and working out you will gain healthy muscle weight instead of unhealthy fat weight! gaining muscle means gaining weight and it will thicken you up a little bit!!

the past week my boyfriend and I got in a huge fight. now he thinks I'll be mad at him forever and never trust him again. he says I don't care about him anymore. so I want to buy/make something that shows AND tells that I care about him and I'll always be there no matter what. My friend said buy him a little teddy bear and attach a note in its hand saying "I'll always be there no matter what." I thought that was cute but I need more ideas. I don't want to go anywhere, I want to give him something. Keep it cheap. Also give me a cute little line to say. thanks.

well you're probably just starting puberty! when my friends boyfriend was going through it he got boners all the time and when i mean all the time i mean all the time! it was crazy! don't worry about it, it's perfectly normal! i read somewhere that if you masturbate you don't get boners as often so maybe you could try that, that is if you don't already! hope i helped*

run, jog, walk, run up and down stairs (if you have them), swim (if you have a pool), dance to music, sit ups, crunches, push ups, leg lifts, and stuff like that! make sure to stretch before and afterwards! hope i helped*
