There's this guy who i really really really like (lets call him Jo), but Jo told me that he really liked someone else and only wanted to be mates with me. However he's still been flirting with me and today he wasn't even bothered that his "crush" was there. He looked really chuffed when i laughed at his jokes and i caught him watching me. But later on his friend Bob and i were being really friendly and when i looked over at Jo, he looked kind hurt and gave me this really funny look. Later on I was talking to him on msn and he wasn't as friendly as usual. So i guess the question is do you think that he's maybe starting to like me and what do i do? Thanx, soz this is so long

there is definately a chance that he wants to be more than friends now. he might just be afraid to tell you bcuz he thinks you stopped liking him after he told you he like dusm1 else. let him no u still like him and just see what he says. im not sure if itll help and its worth a try. whats there to lose?~

About a week after i start to like someone asks someone else out...its happened to the last 3 guys. I don't know what to do. The last one got dumped by the same girl that he had tryed to go out with a week before after 2 days (Which happened the last time he tryed to go out with her) and now i think he likes one of my best friends. tak lto both of your friends about what they told you and what you heard and ask them about it. if they are both telling you different stories you may want to consider what YOU know about both of them. don't assume anything because if you're wrong, that could led to a lot of trouble for you. listen to both of them and if it doesn't work out maybe you have to reconsider who your friends are.~

ok... so i've liked this guy for like 2 years. he is one of my bff's and his sister is too. I don't know if I like him anymore, but i think i might like this guy in my class. We talk alot and anyway... the other night.. our youth leader was giving us a devotion on waiting for the right guy/ knowing he's the one and i know im too young, but which one do I love? You don't LOVE either one of them obviosly because if you did love them then you'd almost definitaly know. If you're not sure which on you like more try hanging out wiht them more an dsee which one seems more like the type you'd want to get to know well. It might also help if you ask some of your friends what they think since they probably know you and your 'type' of guy that you usually like best. ~

i saw in some one elses advice to your question the book smack. i also reda that book and it was great. other books i would recommend are crank, tithe, blue is for nightmares, prospero's children, and just about everything written by edgar allen poe is great too... those are a few of the book i have read. ~

Well, my B-day is exactly one month from now(may 21st) and i was wondering if anyone had any ideas of kinds of (inexpensive) guy-girl parties. I was thinkin of a kind of message thing with the clues where you have to find them and then they lead you somewhere, but i dunno. i'm not sur ehow old you are so i can only giv eyou general ideas that work for most ages. one is s swimming party, but im not sure if you have access to a pool. the other is a movie party. since it is guys and girls and your parents probably dont want guys over late then just have it in the afternoon. other party ideas is just hanging out. have pizza and cake and music and just go with it form there.

okay so i am 14/f and i have never had a boyfriend before. Many times i have come close like this year but then something always gets in the way and ruins it. What i want to know is what is wrong with me i mean i have alot of friends and i am active and athletic and people tell me i am beautiful but i never have had a boyfriend and i dont know if i am doing something wrong. there is nothing wrong wit you and if you ask anyone at your skool im sure theyd say the same. guys just sometimes dont like to get into relationships that they think might get serious. if you relly want a bf tho and you find out that the guy you like likes you, my advice then would be to make the first move instead of waiting for the guy to.

i have a friend that is bipolar and my bf has anger problems so i no her side of this too.the truth is that you relly need to tell her how you feel.apoligize and tell her what you have and tell her how much you'll try to nvr ever let something like that happen again with her.it seems like you truly would do a lot for her.i hope she understands, and if she doesnt then you're going to have to find someone who does and will accept what you have.

so i'm selectively mute and i'm trying to be more outgoing i guess. i feel like i'm annoying my boyfriend..like i'm not a really good girlfriend or anything. i call him every other day and talk to him but not so much like everyone else. We talk on AIM and stuff but i don't know what to talk to him about. We have similar interests and stuff but it seems like i can't keep up with conversation. We haven't been going out for long but i worry a lot so yeah... i'm not all that open...and i need help on that. keeping a conversation going can be hard. my advice is to just talk about random things. it doesnt matter what, nothing you say cna be wrong, it'll also help him get to kno you better. if you don't want to do that then another thing you can do is to take turn asking each others ?z. i kno it sounds stupid but i do that and it works well. you learn alot about each other and it definately gives you somehting to talk about. it cna also basically be like truth or dare...just without the dares.

this girl just turned 16.. her name is Olivia.. we met b/c she goes to my school and we've been good friends and we made each other laugh and had a pretty fun and good relationship but then she broke up w/ her freshman b/f.. and we started talking.. and we had late conversations on the phone and talked on AIM alot. The problem is.. i can't say I'm in love w/ her truly if she doesn't talk to me in person.. she treats me like ne other friend when I'm around her but on the phone.. we're good.. and i asked her about it and she told me we just need to get to know each other better. Her best friend is giving me feed back on how she likes to flirt... and she went on a one on one "go out"... it wasn't supposedly a "date".. should i give this girl a try or just stop it?

Before you try to decide whether you want to make a move or not, find out how strong your feeling really are for her. If you just have a crush on her it wont exactly be worht it to try to tell her how you feel,(although thered still be no reason not to). If you find out that you like htis girl a LOT, like you think it could be serious then go for it! She's gonna be flattered either way when she finds out how you feel, whether she likes you or not. What's there to lose? And chances are she likes you back.

Time-out can mena dfnt things. It doesnt sound like he means time out from dating, just form some of the things you're used to doing wit him. one thing you should not do is immediatly assume he's cheating. bcuz if hes not and you confront him with the fact that you think he is then he might feel like you dont trust him. talk to him and tell him you dont understand. let him kno that you're not sure what he means by "time-out' and that you want to kno so you can understand how hes feeling too.

ok. so i go to lake bluff central school and i really like this boy. he knows from AIM but i can't seem to find out if he likes me or not. i mean in gym he always looks at me but when i turn he always looks away. we talk a lot on AIM about a ton of stuff like school, sports...ect. I just can't seem to talk to him on a regular basis. I mean the only thing i can say to him when he's around his friends is hi. the other day on a school trip my best friend and i had to sit with him because there were no more seeats on the bus. My bf made me sit next to him. we talked a lot on the bus ride home and that was really the first time i had ever really talked to him. Now i always say hi to him. but i still can't find out who he likes. i mean everyone asks him but he never tells. I guess my question is how can i start talking to him more when he's around his friends and do you have any idea how to find out who he likes without torturing him?

One way to find out who he likes is to tell him that you like him. If he likes you back its almost a garuntee that he'll tell you. If you really don't want to tell him you like him then you can either get someone else to tell him or you can try to show him by flirting. Flirting usually involves talking so I'm not exactly sure what you mean by flirting without talking. You can just smile a lot when youre around him and stuff like that if thats wut you mean. If you continue asking him who he likes, I htink he'll eventually get the hint that you like him.

ok two things can happen if you make a move and try to get back with her. 1)she'll say she still relly likes u too and that she relly wants 2 go back out OR 2)she'll say ur a jerk 4 dumping her and she's not going 2 get back wit u.
but my advice is to just give it a try. chances are she still relly likes you and she's relly upset you dumped her.

before you worry about the situation w/your best friends, get your feelings straight about this guys youve dated before. if you find out you relly do love him, he should be the one youre concentrating on. if you find out hes not all you thought he was, then u can think about the other situation. tell your best friend(the girl)that you like your other best frined (they guy)see if itd be ok w/her if you went out wit him. if she says she doesnt mind then make a move. if she says she DOES mind then thats when you hafta find out wuts more important, having a real relationship wit this guy or staying friends wit your other best friend(the girl)
