Dont rate me for this because I dont have an answer to your question, but I asked a similar question and someone said jergens on mine, but 2 people posted after her saying that jergens turns you orange. TWO PEOPLE! so I'd steer clear of that if I were you.

I think that you may have SAD (Social Anxiety Disorder) because it is in no way normal for you to tear up over going to work. I can understand maybe a big performace, but there is something wrong if it is happening in normal social situations. You should probably see a therapist because there are medications that will help you, however if you can't afford that or don't want to then I will give you some tips to help boost your confidence.
I think one main thing that is making you feel this way if your self esteem. I know all about that because I used to feel so bad about myself, but then I lost weight and now I am way more confident. I'm not saying that your issue is your weight...maybe it is, idk. It could be more than one thing,but whatever it is you need to overcome it. Either fix it, if its possible (ie lose weight, excercize) or simply accept it and be proud of who you are. It doesn't matter if you dont like ur appearance or your personality, there are ways to like it. This may sound corny, but stand in front of a mirror and list your good qualities and what you love about yourself. Focus on that, not your bad ones. Think about the fact that if people are going to judge you then there is nothing you can do about it and its not your fault its theres. That is key. When people gossip it is because THEY are insecure, so dont let that get you down. Be proud of who you are and where you come from. Another thing is to laugh at yourself. You seem to be so much of a perfectionist that you cant take doing something wrong. ITs ok we all make mistakes. but try to laugh at yourself if you mess up a word or if you bag something wrong just apologize and believe me, the customer will smile at you and say its ok. Dont worry if they dont though because some people are just not as friendly as they should be. You dont need to be scared of other people because they arent going to hurt and just think the worst thing that can happen at your job is you make a mistake. its ok, no ones going to die and it can easily be fixed. Just be positive and people will love you.

Q: I think that it should be required to rate. i know that i've spent time writing and looking things up for people so i can help them and then i dont even get a rating at all. i just started my account so i dont have enough ratings to have the average rating on my column....even though ive answered a lot of questions for people! does anybody else agree that after we give up time to help that the person who gets our advice should take five seconds to give us some credit??

I completely agree. I am in the same situation as you. I recently went on a break from advicenators, so all of my ratings no longer count because it has been to long, so I'm starting from scratch again. In the past week I've answered atleast 10 questions and yet I only have 3 feedbacks, which is not enough for an average rating. How unfair is that?! I went to look up stuff as well and I gave my best answers and yet NOTHING! I wish there was something we could do about it, but unfortunately I dont think there is. It's not like the administrators can make people rate...I don't think its possible the way that ratings work right now, which is a complete shame. Sorry, but the other advicenator is wrong. Yes, that is a tiffany and co, but it is most certanly not 150 $. I shop their all the time, so believe me when i say its more expensive. its actually 350$.

People say that when you're in the water, your period stops. But then why do you need a tampon if you're going swimming? What's the point in wearing a tampon in the water, even if you're period stops?

That's just it people "say" your period stops in water, but the truth is that it doesn't. that's just a myth. it will only stop it a little bit, so you could go swimming without a tampon on your last period days when you have very little blood coming out. Other than that you will get blood in the water, so its not a good idea. Anyone who tells you otherwise has given into the myth and obviously not tried it themselves. Don't try it believe me you will be incredibly embarrissed.

No, it will not. Fiber does help one to go to the bathroom, but not in that way. It just makes the poop come out easier and does not give you diarrhead especially since it is only 6 grams. believe me ive eaten a 9 gram of fiber bar and it had no such effect and thats 3 more grams. Don't worry you'll be fine. Nothing like that will happen, i can pretty much guarantee it. Fiber is good for you and people wouldnt eat it if it gave them diarrhea.

I'd say maybe 40 lbs, but to be perfectly honest don't focuse on how much you will lose because losing anything at all is better than not and in time you will lose everything that you want and trust me 40 lbs does make a difference and once you start the diet its way easier to keep it up because you've made progress, but dont expect to go back to school at 140 lbs because that's not going to happen, but just work at it and eventually you will achieve your goal.
I recently lost 23 lbs, so if you need any advice or help just send me a message.
Also, let me know how you're doing. Losing weight isn't easy and im here for you if you need it.

i agree with the person below.
it is a complete lie.
the water will stop it a little bit, so you could go swimming without a tampon on the last day of your period when it is really light, but anytime before that and you're going to get blood everywhere. Using pads in the water does not work either.
Use a tampon. Trust me they make life easier. I was scared at first to use them, but once i did I was amazed at how much easier having my period was. Now, with tamposn its no big deal and I feel a lot better cuz i dont have ot worry about leaks.
Go with a tampon or dont go in the water at all. You dont want an accident or to get embarred do you?!

i completely agree with the person below.
its not about what they want in you, its about what you want in yourself. If you're confident and happy with the way you look then they will be too.
Also, it does vary from guy to guy. Some guys believe it or not like shorter girls and some like girls with big asses while some prefer big boobs, but really until you get to know the guy there is no way of knowing.
Lastly, I want to say that any guy who is only dating you because of your looks or isnt dating you because of your looks is not someone that you should be interested in anyway because a real man and one that you would want will look inside of you at your personality, not your looks.

No, you're safe. A doctor can only see that the hymen is broken (cherry is popped), however there is no way to tell that, that happened through sexual activity or masturbation because normal activities such as sports, biking, horseback riding etc can break the hymen. Without you telling the gyno there is no way for her to know.

I've had the same problem as you. I'm the same height as you and I used to weigh 130 and i now weigh 107. which is overweight for someone who's 5'2. (i started losing weight in december, but honestly i dont excercise at all, so you should lose it faster :] and i went off it for a little bit. Not gaining, but not losing, which is ok) So what I did was count calories. that's all you can do, but to be more specific eat 3-5 small meals a day not going over 250 at each meal. If you want chocolate then have it, but no more than 250 calories worth in a day. It's ok to eat sweets in moderation. You can eat anything in moderation. Just remember that. Eat every 3-4 hours and try and replace your white breads and pastas to whole grain because it fills you up (maybe not all, but some of them). Also, a way that works for me is to have set times that you eat your meals that way you know when its time to eat and when its not you dont eat because you know thats its not time yet. I dont know, but that just works for me. I eat at 12, 3, and 6. but you could eat at whatever times you want, but just remember the only way you're going to do this is if you do it for yourself not your coaches who btw have no right to talk to you about your weight because thats a personal issue and you can be overweight and fit just so you know, but you're not that overweight because 127 is a good weight, so I would aim for that to begin with and see how you look and then you can go from there if you wish. (the only reason i lost weight is because it was the one thing i wasnt confident about and now that the pounds are off i feel completely different and more comfortable in my skin and trust me it feels good and I know you can do it because once you do. You'll be glad you did.)

I forgot to tell you that pills are lies. they do NOT work. They just want you to spend your money. Do it the healthy weigh and just cut down on those calories. 1200-1500 is a good amount for you maybe more because you're so active. Sorry, I forgot to put that in. haha

i eat a lot of junk foods haha.
if i were to eat:
breakfast: cereal and low fat milk
lunch: an apple, water, and fat free yogurt
snack: water and a grapefruit
dinner: lean meat, broccoli, water
and run for 30 minutes a day
would i see a difference in my body within a couple of months as in losing a small amount of weight and toning my legs?

First of all let me start by telling you that you are at a healthy weight for your age. you're BMI is around 20, which is in the healthy weight range, however if you feel that you would like to lose weight, I say go for it. :]
Yes, you will definately see a drop of lbs and toning in your legs if you do this consistantly for a couple of months. I can't say for sure an exact number of lbs, but it should be a fair amount and the 30 minutes is definately a great amount for toning. I'm really glad to see that you want to do this the healthy way. i like that :]

Suicide is definately NOT the way out, which i know has been said below me, but it's very, very true. I believe that you should talk to someone that you can trust such as an adult or school counselor and if you can't do that then please feel free to contact me. just send me a message and my AIM sn is all yours and I would gladly talk to you about it. Believe me, i know someone who used to cut and it definately didn't help them. it made them a lot worse because once they got better they still had to stare at the scars and they still do. I know people can be completely and totally rude, but what you should do is just try and act more out going around people and be yourself. Show them that you aren't just some person that they can treat like dirt. I know that, that is really hard to do, but if you try it, I'm sure you'll see that it'll work. Also, if you act confident even if you aren't at school then people will want to be friends with you. Try not to think about what other people think of you. Try hard in school and get good grades and in a few years you'll be out on your own. and if none of that works do this: PROVE YOUR PARENTS AND EVERYONE ELSE WRONG! Work really hard at everything you do and become an amazing person. Look at yourself in the mirror and think about your strong points. It'll really help. Everyone has insecurities even the popular kids, so just try and remember those things.
