This might soung wrong, but I have a crush on my cousin. He's 14 and I'm 13. We used to be so close, and when we were younger, we always hugged each other and we even kissed once when we said goodbye. Until today, I've been feeling like he and I were drifting apart. But then today, he and I played video games, and he asked me questions, was super nice to me, and sometimes he'd get a little shy and talk relaly quietly or get nervous and start fidjeting. He didn't look at me much, but when he did, he had this awkward look in his eye. I know we're cousins, and I can't really date him, but I want to know if he seems interested or not. He's going back to singapore (in asia) where he lives, in a week, and I desperately need advice on what to do. (link)

Ok well theres this guy i met about 2 or 3 months ago when i was with my best friend. Well i started talking to him and what not well we were supposed to hang out but never got the chance and he told my friend that he was disappointed that we didnt. well i was on myspace today lookin around and i seen that he put my friend on his top 8..whats the deal with that? i mean he always called me beautiful nd stuff but he put her up there? im not mad it just has me confused because it seems like he really liked me and everyone thought so.. what do you guys think?? Ok i always try to stay fit but i never can stick to. Heres my questions
1) When is the best time a day to go jogging. ( and since its summer usally i wake up at noon)
2)how do i curve the craveings
3)im 13/f how many crunches should i do and when?
4) other things to help me stay healthy and fit?

you don't have to do all this stuff
but best time to run if you get up at noon
would be at dusk.
but crunches are you crazy go roller skating
with buds.
and cravings what cravings eat what you want.
just runnaroung more. not work fun.
1. play tag with friends.
2. bike ride with friends
3. roller skate with friends
4. squirt gun fight with friends
go to the local park and run around.
but don't do crunches and all this jazz
just go out in the day and runn aroung be crazy
have fun. with friends

I'm 15 and just signed up for soccer this year. We have been conditioning most of this month and now we are conditioning from 8-10 in the morning then having practices from 3-5 in the day. I'm not in good shape and conditioning is killing me. Its hard running long distances and keeping up with the team, I even threw up today. I'm not big, I only weigh about 115 (5'4). I need advice on how I can do better at conditioning and not get as tired. And, would "creotine" (the powder you mix with drinks to give you energy) help me? (link)

well i'm about 115 and i'm 13 5'6
and i love soccer the edrenilin rush every thing
and i'm the best player on the team.
and i love track it's not that i love running
or that i'm fit.
but i'm always angry and i run to take my mind off of my problems.
and soccer's pretty agressive.
all my friends say i'm alsome and nice and
friendly but when i'm in one of my moods.
even the coach himself is scared of me.
but the prob is when i'm in my mood
no one can touch me, get to me, i can only
get out of a mood when i'm out of breath.
so instead of hitting running and soccer
are the next best things.
but you may not get easily mad for the games
like i can.
so before a game eather get really mad
or really hipper.
belive me if i get anough candy in my system
i can out run a car. (probubly i've never tried)

ok i have a lot of discharge, i have not stsrted my period yet either. i live with my dad so its really hard to bring up the subject. i can't have a aunt or cousin take me either. i need pantyliners but i dont know how to get them without my dad knowing. what should i do???

what do cramps feel like. i havn't had my period yet. i think it may be coming soon, i have arm pit hair, hair "down" their, and some what breast development. so i need to know what cramps feel like, when i should be expecting to get those cramps and where exactly are the cramps?

I'm aware that the new style is now 'skinny' jeans, but I think they are absolutely hideous. I refuse to wear them. My question is will I stick out in school this year? what do you guys do in your free and occupied time besides school, eating, maintaining hygiene, and hanging out with friends?
i dont do anything in summer and otherwise. like summer camps/schools or like sports, what volunteering things, clubs outside and in school. can you suggest stuff or tell me what you do? all i do is watch tv, read, do hw, volunteer at a hospital one time a week (maximum amount possible in the program). pointers on getting a job? i feel like im wasting time and space in this world

i get to sing and write songs.

and random silly sayings i find.
and then next year i plan to "lose"
it on purpose some were someone will
find it.
cause you know how nosy some teens are.
they'll read it and get some advice or a good laugh and pass it on to there friends.

I would love to know if I'm singing through my nose or not. When I record my voice.. I hate it.

and i suggest asking the choir teacher at your school.
i hate choir but i love singing.
last year it fealt really good
my friends and people i didn't even know
would come up to me and complement my singing.
i sang alot so if you really love singing
ask the choir teacher of your friends if you're
good. and if you are fust go for it.

about a week ago, my parents were fighting. it was so bad that me and my sister had to call my grandparents to tell them that we would like to sleepover. our parents tried to work it out but i don't know what will happen. also the next day when my dad saw us, he started crying and saying that he loves us. it was weird though to see my dad crying but i thought something was going on. yesterday i went blueberry picking with my parents and my sister. i wasn't really up to it but my mom said privately to me that we did this to be together and we don't have to be together and not have my father.
i am really scared now. please can you help me?
