i did the cabbage diet, the original version from Poland, and i lost 7 pounds in 6 days. it's an unhealthy diet since you don't eat carbs, but you should only do it for 1 week at a time. And most people say its impossible to keep the weight off, but I prove them wrong.

in the middle of may i am going on a trip with my school to boston.
in the hotel were staying in there will b a jacuzzi and pools & stuff.
im not overweight,but i look like i am.im 5"2' and 116 pounds.
i hate the way i look.
i need some exercises that will help me lose weight and get some abs.i also want thinner legs cuz mine are huge.
food ideas would also help.
please foods that are inexpensive & taste good ut nutritional at the same time.

i hate it. i get picked on for being fat.
i have stratch marks on my boobs and thighs.
when i wear shirts you can see my chubbiness.

I know this is a kind of personal question, but I've always kind of wondered what girls think when a guy gets a hard-on dancing with them. So basically, I only want girls to answer this question. Do you like it? Does it freak you out? Is it more of a compliment or is it offensive? Basically, just tell me what you think about when you feel a guy get hard when he's grinding with you, etc. thanks.

Personally, I really don't mind, because I know it's something guys can't really control. If a guy gets hard while dancing, I just act cool about it and pretend not to notice, because usually the guy is embarassed about it, and I don't want to make him feel worse. I like it when a guy gets turned on by me, it makes me feel good. If your in a situation where the guy gets hard and you feel uncomftorable, then just tell him your really hot and you needa drink and you'll be right back.

13/f 5'5''.sorry for it so long.im not extreamly fat but still pretty fat.im not active at all.i love chocolate.i always sit on my ass all day i play video games tv and computer.but ive never noticed my weight until lately because of presidental test in gym.so ive been only eating breakfast lunch and dinner and kiwis and mountain dew.im not stoppin mountain dew i only drink 1 a day and water.ive been tryin to exercise mainly my arms and stomach.i try like only 5min but like 6 times a day so around 30 min.but i try different things but i cant do push ups at all or pull ups i cant do arms.im not playin as much video games and tv anymore.i love goin to the mall so theres walkin but also i get soda and greasy food.but we do eat out alot atleast daily.

I have been going to the gym for about 2 weeks now....but I have only lost one pound. I usually get on the treadmill and stairmaster...should I start getting on other machines like the elliptical? I didn't get on that one first because it looks like you need to be kinda in good shape for that. I need all the help I can get! Thanks!

my best friend is having a birthday party, she is turning 15. we are looking for party games to play (nothing cheesy) at her party. i would appreciate it if anyone has some ideas. if its a game that not many people know please explain it for us! we are planning on playing twister so far. please no games like spin the bottle or 7 minutes in heaven. and there are going to be only girls at this party.

1. Consequences (sp) is fun it takes a while and you have to be in the right mood but you can get some really funny answers.
Basically you have a piece of paper each and you write down one line of the storty and the fold it over( so you can see the line) and pass it to the next person.
1) a male name (famous or school teachers are good)
2) female name (ditto)
3) where they met
4) what he said to her
5)what she said to him
6)what the did next (made out went scuba diving etc)
7) the consequence( the got married and had cats or brought as teapot and went to live on mars)

the best one are really surreal and very random.
and if you're completely crazy, like me and my mates, the line should be surreal too, like where they met- a marsh mallow.
so yea its kinda fun and quite a giggle.




2.Make a circle of chairs, one for each person minus one. Then pick a person to be "it" they stand in the middle. Have each person sit on a chair. Then the person in the middle says something (ex. you have a ponytail) and whoever that statement applies to moves one seat to the left- even if someone is sitting in it. I think my party record is about 16 people on one chair, it can get really rediculous but its soo much fun.




3.Well there is always 10 fingers: All gather around, and one person starts saying a statement that they have never done before( Ex. never been arrested). And all the people that have, have to put a finger up. You go around asking the questions, and the person that gets to 10 first is out. Good game to learn about your friend! err, this one is okay.


4.There's another game like the consequence one... you still have to write only one line/answer and then fold it over and pass it to the next person when everyone gets done... the difference is that

Line 1: Who... name any random person girl or boy famous or not

Line 2: What... write down what the person did, can be anything (ex. jumped off the roof, etc.)

Line 3: When... write when that person did that thing above (ex. midnight, yesterday) or be creative

Line 4: Where... write where that person did that thing.. (under the bed, on top of the neighbors truck)

Line 5: Why... write why that person did that thing that they did..( cuz the devil told hiim so) anything...

It is bad for young teenagers to drink coffee, it stunts your growth and contains a drug called caffeine that you're probably familiar with.

Question: When I told my parents and one of my good friends I had drank coffee that morning, they got on my case about drinking it. I never thought it had been a bad thing besides staining my teeth. I drinking the occasional frappachino since as long as I can remember. My drinking is not habitual at all. I was wondering, is coffee really that bad, that they feel they need to get on my case about it? I feel my parents are being a bit hypocritical since they drink coffee regularily as well.

Answer: Whether or not coffee (caffeine) is bad for you depends on whether how it affects you and whether you have other problems that make it inadvisable to consume it. Caffeine is known to cause the "jitters" (shaking) if you have enough of it. Some people are sensitive enough to it that even an early morning cup of coffee can make them jittery in the afternoon and keep them wide awake when they go to bed. That's not a health problem as long as it's not done night after night for an indefinite period of time. Loss of sleep can reduce your immune response and make you susceptible to infection. does anybody know any free programs i can download online that can like.. make your pics look tanner and change colors and do cool effects with?

A simple program that is most likely installed on your computer already is paint. You can insert text, invert the colors, change it to black and white, etc. etc. Another photoshop is Irfan View 3.9, you can change the colors, enhance the picture, blur it, etc. Another excellent one where you can do SO much more, it's AMAZING! is Adobe cs, you can basically so anything.

my boobs are getting bigger and bigger ... and i want them to be smaller! ...is there any way to get them to lose a cupsize without surgery?

Wow, I wish my boobs would get bigger and bigger.
But nevermind that, a way to make them look smaller is to wear a sports bra, it flattens the breasts out more. I don't believe there actually is way to go down a cupsize without getting surgery or losing alot of weight. It would've helped if you included your age, because during puberty, a womens breast will remain the same size no matter how much weigh tyou gain or lose. But after puberty, the size of your breasts is determined by your weight.

Ok - I need to workout and I know it. What are some good warm-up workouts? I feel fat and i'm even afaid to walk up to guys sometimes or even go to the Mall. I feel like i'm being judged and that even though we actualy seem to look so much the same ... its just little features that are able to tell us apart. I would like to know some good work outs or workout sites that could help me or maybe something that would help me with my convendence?

I really like this guy [hes 18]. All of my friends including him know i like him. He stays at my house alot cause he is my sister's good friend. And all my friends are always like 'did you make a move' and im like no, because i dont really know how to make a move..like what should i do? Well when your sister is not in the room, you could try the nervous game on him and see how it goes. If you don't know, the nervous game is when you place your hand on his chest or some other part of the body and ask him ar you nervous? Then slowly move to his crotch area, get closer slowly, and continously ask him are you nervous each time you stop and get closer. If he say's yes, well, he's not a good player.

I'm 21 and I do have crooked teeth. I've had crooked teeth for quite sometime now. It's something that runs more so on my dad's side of the family so I may have the gene. Anyways, I think I may need braces and am kinda nervous about wearing them. Could someone who has had braces tell me what I would probabily need to expect and how it was with you having braces?

Welcome to my life.

Braces aren't really that bad as most people say. The only painful part about getting braces is when they put in the blue rubber bands between your teeth, it is extremly painful, and usually lasts for about a week. Getting your braces on isn't very painful, but it is very annoying to hold your mouth open and not being able to swallow for half an hour. I've had my braces for almost a year and they're not much of a problem. When you get braces though your restricted from eating many foods including ice, peanut butter, laffy taffy, caramel, gummies of any kind, most candies, and on the list they gave me it said bugs. If you take care of your braces, then the most you'll have them on is about 3-5 years. My sister never took care of hers and had them on for 5 years which is considered VERY long. Sometimes crap gets caught in them, but thats the only real annoying part, besides not being able to eat candy. Good luck!

The best way to get your arms leaner is by getting them muscleish. I lift 2 5lb. weights everyday, 10 sets of 20, 1 minute in between each. After 2 weeks already it's already starting to gain muscle and lose fat. Not only are you getting muscles, your being tonned. Every guy loves a toned(spelling?) woman.

im 13 years old, i weigh 123 pounds or so. and i`m 5ft.

i really want to weigh less maybe around 110 for summer.
i know that im not overweight but i want to be leaner.

i know your supposed to do cardio but like i dont know what types to do that are really effective.

&then like after cardio to tone, how do i tone my arms, like get them leaner not muscleish.
