that site pretty much explains everything. you are average and most of the guys your age are probably not as big as you yet. you're still pretty young so you probably will grow more, but there is still a possibily you won't. if you don't grow anymore, it won't really matter considering you are already normal. hope i helped

exercising actually makes the flow faster for me, especially running. although most people the flow slows down. excercising also helps with cramps. hope i helped

i sweat a lot on a daily basis, and i've tried every deodorant out there and Certain Dri , as well as Secret Clinical strength .... nothing seems to work! What produces this sweat.. i sweat by just sitting doing nothing at all.. (link)

i haven't tried Secret Clinical Strength, but i have heard from a lot of people that it works good. you should try using an antiperspirant. i use antiperspirant at night, called Maxim (http://www.maximteam.com/testimonials.htm) and i use deodorant in the morning, Secret Platinum (http://www.secret.com/PlatinumProducts.do) the antiperspirant i now only use once every week, thats how great it works and i also used to sweat when i was sitting and doing nothing at all. good luck

I think I could have an infection in my underarms. Lately, since it's been summer, I can't fall asleep at night because of the irritation in my armpits.
I use "Certain Dri" night deodorant, which has always caused an irritation. The label said stop use if irritation or rash occurs, and I've always had an irritation/rash there, but never too bad. However, despite this I continued to use it because it was the only thing that stopped my sweating. Its pretty wierd, because now that its summer, my arm pits feel really itchy when I'm trying to go to sleep (Certain Dri is a night deodorant, which while you sleep, it shrinks the pores to limit prespiration). This past week, its been HORRIBLE, and every morning when I wake up, my underarms are so sensitive I can barely move my arms because ottherwise it sort of "chafes" (sp?) but in my armpit area.
It keeps me awake every night for about 2 hours, and then causes me pain in the morning. I don't think that I can stop using it though, because its summer and I hang out with a lot of boyyss =]

i would stop using it. i had the same problem with an antiperspirant. the problem was i was putting way too much on. try putting less on because no matter how much you put on, it will still stop the sweating and/or smell just as much. if that doesn't work, definitely go to the doctor or find another deodorant that works perfectly for you. hope i helped

okay. i have swim practice in the morning and the evening. they are the exact same practices. but yesterday morning i passed out at practice but in the evening i was completely fine..why? why am i so out of energy in the mornings if its the same practice in the evening too?

you could be passing out from lack of food. do you eat a well nutrition breakfast? if not, that could definitely be it because i know when i play sports when i haven't ate i feel like i'm going to faint or throw up. also make sure you get a good nights rest and warm up before you start doing the normal swim stuff. hope i helped

i'm not sure if you sweat as much as i did, but i tried just about every deodorant/antiperspirant that came together as one and none of them ever worked. now i use antiperspirant at night, called Maxim (http://www.maximteam.com/testimonials.htm) and i use deodorant in the morning, Secret Platinum (http://www.secret.com/PlatinumProducts.do) it works amazingly. good luck

Is playing a video game for a few hours bad for your eyesight? Or watching television for a few hours or playing on the computer? I think it is but how much damage does it do to your eye?

everyone's eyes are different, so the damage will effect everyone differently, but it will definitely do some damage if you play video games, watch television, or go on the computer. it also depends on how much you do it. before i started using the computer a lot i had 20/20 vision. now a year later i cannot see without my contacts or glasses. i regret not listening to my mom, haha. hope i helped

the orange crème frappuccino blended crème with whipped cream has 430 calories (save 110 calories by skipping the cream) depending on how much you exercise and how much you drink it, it's not bad for you. hope i helped

i wish i could help you think of something to say, but i don't know how you feel, only you do. just tell him everything. i don't know if i would tell him about the friends thing though, he might be offended. i don't really agree with the advice under me, plus the note could get lost and end up who knows where and a phone call would be more sincere. i think a good idea would be to write what you want to say down on paper so when you call him you won't forget what you planned to say or say the wrong thing. good luck

no, it's definitely not your fault if you didn't offer it to her. even if you did it still wouldn't be your fault because she had a choice not to do it. anyway, you're a good friend for caring. i'm guessing since she is your best friend, you two hang out a lot.. make sure you two are always busy doing something, having fun, keeping her mind off of it. or be around adults so she can't smoke. also it wouldn't hurt to offer her gum either because thats something in her mouth so that might help her not to think about it. good luck

proactiv worked for me for about a month but then it just stopped working, kind of like my skin got immuned to it. it also left my face red and dry and it peeled, especially in the winter. i heard it works great for some people though, so it really just depends on the person. also, proactiv doesn't really get rid of scars. if you decide to try it, i hope you get the best results.

how do you know if you don't really love somebody anymore?
i have been dating my boyfriend for a while now and i used to be butterflies in my stomach can't stop thinking about him in love. He was the same way to me, and the thing is he is still completely head over heals for me but im afraid i don't love him. he changed alot lately, he lies to me now, hides stuff from me. he's doing alot of stupid stuff like getting arrested when he is with his friends. i talked to him about it, we even went on a break. he appologized did anythign to get me back and the second i did, he lied to me again. im a good girlfriend and i don't cheat or lie and i am there for him when he gets in trouble but im afraid i don't love him anymore. how will i know for sure? i believe that if you doubt loving someone, you really don't. you could just really like him. how did you feel when you were on a break? did you miss him or want him back? only you know for sure if you really love him. it seems to me like you deserve better, someone who is as faithful as you are and doesn't lie or cheat or get arrested with their friends. i hope everything works out
