passing out

okay. i have swim practice in the morning and the evening. they are the exact same practices. but yesterday morning i passed out at practice but in the evening i was completely fine..why? why am i so out of energy in the mornings if its the same practice in the evening too?

you could be passing out from lack of food. do you eat a well nutrition breakfast? if not, that could definitely be it because i know when i play sports when i haven't ate i feel like i'm going to faint or throw up. also make sure you get a good nights rest and warm up before you start doing the normal swim stuff. hope i helped<3

its probably because u could be working yourself to hard aswell as this its the morning if you are ready for the day and could be tired from the evening. Normally when you get up your muscles arent properly working yet and your just warming up your muscles to fast. Have early nights and eat a energy bar aswell as warming up by having i very slow length of the pool then do the proper stuff gd lk :D
