okay. i have swim practice in the morning and the evening. they are the exact same practices. but yesterday morning i passed out at practice but in the evening i was completely fine..why? why am i so out of energy in the mornings if its the same practice in the evening too?

xluvkittyx answered Monday June 18 2007, 3:19 pm: its probably because u could be working yourself to hard aswell as this its the morning if you are ready for the day and could be tired from the evening. Normally when you get up your muscles arent properly working yet and your just warming up your muscles to fast.
