Be full but eat little

I am hungray but i want to eat healty, i've been trying but what can i have that can make me feel full, but i only have to eat alittle of it?

water is the best answer for that. if you don't drink the right amount of water, i would definitely try this. water fills you up, plus your body needs a lot of it. it also can be a major contributor to a healthy, fit body. it adds natural moisture to your skin, giving a fresh glow

try eating smaller amounts of food. don't snack a lot. eat healthy food, but dont eat so much of it. Eventually your stomach will actually shrink and you dont need as much to eat to become full, but still make sure you eat healthy and enough to keep your body healthy

pancakes definitely make you feel full
but they also have a lot of carbs.
i would suggest something like a weight loss candy like these:
