how do you get them smaller?

okay no. dont excersize them to make them smaller. that builds up muscle and makes them bigger. trust me. i thought "oh ill excersize and they'll shrink" no. they got bigger. but bigger thighs are atractive as long as its muscle and not fatttt. ha.

well idont know if this helps but...

-cut out all of the artificial sugars in your diet

-eat a regular proportion of meat everyday

-drink around 7-8 glasses of ice water a day

-eat plenty of fruits to feed your sweet tooth

-cut down on the breads and pastas

okay, i have two questions.

1) I have a gut and i really want to get rid of it FAST! I feel really uncomfortable with my body because of it. All my friends are nice and fit and im the only odd one. Does anyone know any really quick ways to get rid of the gut by the summer besides crunches and sit ups?(I go swimming during the summer A LOT and i wear two piece swim suits and i feel as if people always stare at me.)

2) I have these weird dots on my arms and i don't know what they are. Anyone else have this? Does anyone know any skin care tips i could use to get rid of these dots? They look kind of like pimples and if you pop it, white stuff coems out but it isn't watery. It's solid.

i can answer the second question easily. i have it too. its very common among teenage girls. usually on the backs of your upper arms. its called keratosis pilaris. ive been to thwe dermatologist about it, they gave me some cream but it didnt work. it s uncurable. all you can really do for it is gently exfoliant everyday in the shower, when you get out, moisturize it with a thick lotion with with alpha hydroxy and urea and lay out in the sun for about 30 minutes everyday (with sunscreen). and wait. it usually goes away with age.

you cann look it up but i assure you thats what it is. good luck. and if you follow these steps everyday, it will prevent it from getting too bad. (:

Last summer I noticed that my body tanned really nicely, but my face was still pretty pale. My mom said that she had the same problem when she was a little older than me for a few years. I hate it though does anyone know why this happens? I don't want to have to wear makeup to feel good about it, especially in the summer when I will probably swim a lot. Any idea why this is happening and how to fix it?

what the other person said is good just make sure you usean oil that wont clog your pores. probably something specifically for your face is good.

and also, never tan with makeup on. the makeup actually prevents you from getting a tan and it a tan does come on when you're wearing makeup, it will probably be uneven.

i have this friend(she really is a friend) whos likes this guy..he liked her at the begining of the year and asked her out alot!!....but she rejected him everytime b/c he did'nt like him then...now she likes him alot...and he likes her friend...he calls her alot and ims her to get info about her friend...everytime he does that she gets more and more jealous...i want him to go back to liking her...is there anything she can do??...she flirts with him and everything..but i don't know wat she can do??

well i feel terrible cause honestly, there is nothing she can do. you cant really FORCE him into liking her, cause it wouldnt be sincere. you know? well all i can say is just get her to go to partys and socials and stuff to meet new guys... or if she really doesnt want t ogive up on liking him, just let her keep flirting. he may like her you never know, he may just think she doesnt like him because she rejected him last time...

ok well when i wash my face or clean it to prevent acne it is always soo soft and i like to touch my face cuz it feels really good. Is that bad for my skin?

yes because of oil of your hands (like the others said) and also, if you exfoliant, there maybe little microscopic cuts on your skin that you cant feel and you have bacteria on your hands that gets in there and can irritate your skin, or make it kind of red and blotchy.

okay well i have have a BEST FRIEND who is going through the same thing as you so i hope what i have to say can help you...


to put it plain and simple, you just need to be outgoing. not to the point of annoyance, but just enough to make him start thinking "i think she likes me, but im not quite sure" yeah?

try asking to hang out and stuff. but not like a date. make it so theres a couple of your friends and a couple of his friends and just see if he wants to "tag along". or come to a sport meet of his and just tell him he did a good job afterward. its a great way to start conversation.

i know these things sound chessey. but seriously, guys dont mind.

well im not quite sure if its the smae on your phone as most motorolas but after you record a sound, go to the options page of that sound (it may not be called "options" but its something like that) and selected something like "set at" or "assign to" or somthing like that.... then choose ringer or w/e you want.

okay so i am going to be getting a kitten soon and i need to know some information

about how often do you need to buy kitty litter and change it
[is it expensive?]

what about food
is there anything in particular i should buy thats good for them?

whats the earliest you can get a kitten because i know they have to spend time with their mother but i dont want it to be too old i want it little lol

lastly how do i train it, like not to pee and poop everywhere but to go in the litter box or will it know?

wow. okay you don't have to change it once a month. More like once a week or at least every 2 weeks. unless you want your whole house smelling like crap. ha. well i have 2 cats a 12 years old (we've had him since he was a baby) and a kitten we recently got. I use TIDY CATS SMALL SPACES because it really gets rid of any odor. I also use a roofed litter box. it filters the smell AND keeps them from getting litter everywhere. also a litter mat for right outside of their little box is good just so it can collect in one area and no all ocver the house. (ew)

IAMs have a good selection of kitten foods.


Don't forget to take her to the vet right away to get checked for everything. AND MAKE SURE SHE DOESNT HAVE FLEAS FIRST THING!

I have keratosis pilaris and the dermatologist said that laying out in the sun for at least thirty minutes a few times a week would help. I have pale skin and I normally only go tanning in the summer. But where I live, it is getting warm enough so that I can go outside and tan for a little while finally.
I burn easily, so I'm not sure what the best type of sun tan lotion to get.
Does anyone know of a good sun tan lotion for my skin type?

wow. well first off thanks for the whole laying out in the sun idea cause i have it bad and my dermatologist said to use this medicine, but it doesnt work... so thanks for that. and i know of a greatttt sun tan lotion. and its not greasy. its by Aveeno and its called active naturals continuous protection sunblock lotion. they have it for body and face. its spf 30 and i dont know how but it makes you skin naturally glow. (no self tanners though. i checked) its amazing. ill put a link to a picture of it on here so youll know what to look for in wal-mart or w/e.... (: hope i helped...

I'm thinking of getting my belly button pierced and my ear pierced in the middle like in this pic:

belly button = feel terrible but so worth it

middle of ear = about the same as it feels to get your cartilage peirced. maybe a tiny bit worse because the cartilage there is thicker.

IS it good to not wash your hair everyday. Some people say its good not to take ALL the oils out of your hair.

just get a shampoo that doesnt remove all oils. and use conditioner every time you shower. i know dove has a shampoo that doesnt wash all the impurities out. but if you play a lot of sports, yes. deffinatly wash your hair everyday. its not good for it to be dirty for too long.

Do the sport tampons really work? I play two sports. And i also do track at school. One time i was running on the way back from the track and i ahd a leak. Luckly my uniform shirt was long enough to cover it up. and that our uniform was black bottoms. Were the killer bees. Yellow and Black how dumb is that!Anyways do u have any advice?

hey. i have my own username on my family computer but i think my dad messed it up bc he is very controlling. there is no "switching usernames" and when i try to it comes up with a password thing, and also to get into my account you dont need a password. can someone please help to fix this? i want there to be a password on my account and you cant just go on the owner and delete the password to get into the computer. thanks.

So for Xmas my 2nd best friend got me a purse in colorado.Well the purse looks like a luis vuitton only without the LV. Ya know with the flower looking things and the 4 shapes that a regular deck of cards has (hearts/diamonds/spades/clubs). She bought cause she thought it was cute. well To me it looks like a purse that people would have to make it look like they have a louis.
